At times, Zoom Workplace can seem a bit overwhelming because of the sheer number of features included, and it does take some time to figure out where everything is located. Additionally, getting used to managing meeting settings and notifications can be somewhat challenging in the beginning.

Zoom Workplace enables us to deliver urgent support to users by maintaining an open meeting throughout our shifts, allowing anyone to join immediately when assistance is required. The addition of new AI features has made transcribing and generating meeting notes effortless, which not only saves time but also enhances accuracy. Furthermore, the tools for managing breakout rooms and participants have simplified the process, making collaboration more seamless and efficient.

There are more useful product but there are some drowbacks of this product is that is the product used all the sectors and used advanced features and admin setting but when new user are not easily used to this. when we used large meeting that used many conjume max memory and major is internet because internet is the key point of this without this we do not crete and join meetings.

There are many tools for meetings, calling and messaging but zoom workplace is best for single platform for this using.you can record, transfer files and others. this product are centralized admin control for helping consistent policies.

I have used Zoom Workspace, particularly for conducting interviews. It is simple to join from a laptop, phone, or tablet, which allows candidates to participate from virtually any location. This makes it especially convenient for applicants who are remote or out of town. In my experience, it is generally reliable, even when the internet connection is only average.

The browser version offers fewer features and tends to lag more compared to the app.

What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to schedule a quick meeting and have lots of features. zoom's AI feature is one of the best- no need to write down the points, after the meeting a good summary with next action items also comes, which really helps in saving time and coordinating next steps
What do you dislike about the product?
zoom have lots of background filters, but the blur option not supporting in all devices. Would be nice if zoom have that feature irrespective of devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I could easily connect with anyone and convey my points and even present my ideas by screen sharing and also Ai notes helps me in saving my time as they already summarise it and gives the notes on next steps.
