Working with Zoom for 5 years, Zoom has been amazing in quality for video, sound and recordings.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to remotely work on other's computers (when access is granted) is a HUGE help, especially with the ability to not have to buy additional remote software. Quality of video/sound and ease to access recordings.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, not being able to take advantage of many of their great offerings due to my company already having many of the same features already in use (Slack, telephony). Not Zoom's fault as they have some amazing features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are 99% remote from home company and the ability to be able to work with them, as well as work on their computers has been immensely helpful. Before we went remote, we had been using Zoom Rooms made connecting with our international offices every day super convenient.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been a user of Zoom for at least 15 years. The connection is reliable, and meetings and tools w/in meetings are easy to understand and utilize.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the recordings are good, they could be better for editing videos that represent companies more accurately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've worked from home for almost 10 years. Zoom continues to add features for conducting meetings and events that anyone would benefit from.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, setting up meetings, sending links etc, and the features are second to none!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the whiteboard is great but it would be better if it integrated with a pen better so you can erase with the eraser on the pen etc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes it so we can reach clients that are in other areas and has made it so we can do business Canada wide

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Zoom is the convenience. I like the fact that meetings can be spontaneous and I can share information visually with my meeting participants.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most annoying thing about Zoom is the background noise from a participant that can be distracting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has helped me to meet with a large group of people at one time to disseminate information. Also, it eliminates the need to spend on travel which saves us money.

What do you like best about the product?
I believe that ZOOM is relatively easy to learn. I work with students of all ages and all are able to work with it. It offers great face-to-face communication, which builds the brand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes an issue can be Occasional glitches but they are rare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZOOM has benefitted my business greatly by offering an opportunity to schedule multiple clients without having to drive to them. We can simply meet online, beneficial and efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, it just works. Everyone is able to connect, there is very little latency, and it is very reasonably priced. Aside from some nebulous policies, I haven't had any issues with them whatsoever.
What do you dislike about the product?
The application selection is limited. I understand that it is mostly for business, but I'd like to see a lot more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can connect with anyone, anytime and either do podcast interviews, business meetings, or whatever needs done. Everyone seems to have it installed and if not it installs quickly or they can use the web client.

Most Essential Work From Home Tool

What do you like best about the product?
All in one stop shop. We can talk, collaborate, see expressions and even multi-task at the same time. A great way to see colleagues and clients when you're not in the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes up a lot more bandwidth than other video communication programs and oftentimes makes my internet connection unstable. Would be great to reduce the power but keep the level of quality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being face to face with colleagues and clients all over the country. As a remote, start-up, this is essential to our success and how we will grow. It also allows us to collaborate without being in person.

The Reasons Why I Chose Zoom Platform To Run My Business

What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom because it makes my workflow simple: Recording/ Screensharing/ Coaching/ Cloud Storage/ WebStreaming and Compatible with IOS & MacOS. My rating of Zoom Customer service 10/10 and my Experience this far is also a 10/10
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like it should be a little bit cheaper when it comes to cloud storage. Also on an iPad, it is difficult to Livestream compared to working on a laptop. I think the changes made so far have been great and zoom is quick to help its clients with ease and add new features that help sustain the experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has been a long-time resource since my account 10 years ago and now as a solo business owner. Zoom has made my workflow easy to manage and collaborate with clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ease of setting up new meetings, and screen sharing options (I especially appreciate the recent update, allowing me to screen share from other devices without a separate login.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of at the moment. Everything I have seen has been great so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great having the option to video conference with anyone, anywhere, at any time!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the Home Screen options with the four selections (although I've never chosen Screen Share or Join directly from the Home Page). Scheduling is pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe it's a user error, but each time I schedule, it asks me which (Google) calendar I want to use, then opens a new calendar tab. I wish it would default to my main calendar and quit asking every time. I also dislike that it doesn't label the screen with the meeting you are in like Google Meet does. I've also had snafus when the day/time of the meeting changes...if I make the change just on my Google calendar (and not in Zoom) sometimes the participant can't get into the meeting. Then it's texting on the phone beside my computer and a scramble to create a new Zoom link and send it out. OK, I've just changed my overall rating from a 9 to an 8 now that you've forced me to articulate my gripes!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My clients are more familiar with Zoom (and Teams) than Google Meet which we tried to use. They had trouble accessing the Google
meeting, and said they needed to sign in from their personal gmail to get it to work.
