Really excellent service
What do you like best about the product?
I've found zoom to be an extremely useful service that works well. The ability to quickly set up and edit meetings on the fly has been deeply helpful for me. I've really appreciated the ability to connect via phone audio when computer audio hasn't worked.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found that the service, while it works well, has some issues. The primary one is zoom's inability to adequately handle slow web connections. Ideally zoom would have a feature that could get throttle the video connection and enhance the audio connection, though often both slow down, with the video the most slowed down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has helped me to be able to speak with people with a range of different devices and locations. The ability to speak with people who are on different systems and to share my screen has helped a great deal.
Excellent way to collaborate remotely
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity... any of my agents who are technologically challenged can easily join meetings. I also like the ability to customize backgrounds. I do like that people can use their Gmail addresses to log in and we don't have to create a separate username and password.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using the backgrounds, it sometimes cuts off part of my face. Most of the time I choose not to use them. During a zoom call where the presenter is doing a screen share, I wish there was a way to see all the participants instead of having to scroll through just 5 at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We still live in a time where people are very concerned about exposure to Covid and other contagious diseases. Zoom provides a way for us to stay connected without risking our health. Also, it is nice that we can have "face to face" meetings with people from all over the world. Meetings are so much more productive when you can see the people you are working with.
Wonderful for our half-remote office
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been incredibly easy to transition half our office to remote work. With the pro membership, we are able to allow multiple users to co-host meetings so that no meeting is canceled if it does not work with everyones schedules.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning how to use multiple webcams whilst screen sharing is not super intuitive, but there are resources available to explain the process. Pinning multiple webcams is a little tricky as well!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has helped our company easily set up meetings internally and with clients. It is easy to send invites directly through zoom and allow clients and prospective clients to share their screens when troubleshooting issues.
Easy with experience
What do you like best about the product?
I think how easy it is for others to join meetings. It is also easy to invite people with the sharing link and to be able to post it into the google calendar. I also have been appreciating the background feature so if our teamis outof the office, our clients do not have to see their backgrounds.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not like how hard it was as a fresh beginner. I felt like I needed more training on where to setup everything, and all the features that were available to me. After learning I have been able to enjoy Zoom more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the issue that we have a lot of remote workers and only a few local clients, the rest are all over, so Zoom makes it easy to connect and show our screens.
Zoom saved my business and income during fhe pandemic, allow me to easily connect with my client.

What do you dislike about the product?
I tend to use 2 devices with the same account for most meetings.
And it always asks me to switch who's in charge.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am now able to expand my business in a direction that allows me to stay connected with my clients and travel.

Great tool for the REMOTE consultant
What do you like best about the product?
Resume allows me to engage with my clients face to face which ishighly important for what I do. Words plus body language are key to a successful engagement

While it's great to see my clients often there is a mismatch in the quality of video from one zoom to another

Because all of my work is remote, I can easily meet with anyone at any time with just a simple click
So much better than Teams - or anything else
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom holds calls even when my Internet connection is slow when other platforms drop the call. Great flexibility and options for breakout rooms and polls makes interaction with big groups really effective.

Literally nothing - everything works as I want it to

We are a training company and decided to stay online permanently after the pandemic because feedback from our Zoom trainings was as good as the face to face trainings, and they were much more profitable
RELIABLE PLATFORM AND EASY TO USE
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom keeps everyone in our company connected. It is userI feel our me-friendly and easy for everyone to use. People can join the meeting using thier computer, laptops, Ipad and phones.

I feel that our meetings are more productive and allow people to be heard easier in person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps everyone in our company connected. There have been no disruptions in our business since we started using zoom. It allows us to connect with business associates in other states and save our company money since we are not traveling as much.
Brilliant Tool for a new world of work
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to quickly pull together meet meetings with multiple people - the ease is what makes zoom so great and the convenience of creating scheduled meetings means we can all work collaboratively
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the lAtency can mess up and delay the picture and audio - at times this has meant it's difficult to hear the person speaking if the internet drops out thought it's rare

Working remotely - allows for me to work from home and have a balanced family life - it gives me an opportunity to see people face to face and build a closer connection
Changed the way I do business and I can connect with so many more friends. I LOVE ZOOM!!!!
What do you like best about the product?
Our company went to Zoom the day after we went indoors for Covid and we still use it - makes it much easier to see people, more people. I also reconnected with a love of old friends and my family and I started a Sunday at Noon Zoom in March of 2020 and have been there EVERY week.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to hug live. Also, you can feel someone when live in a way you cannot on screen. I HATE that the iPhone and Chrome Book cannot have the remote passed - we need signatures and cannot do with these devices and many come on their iPhones. Seems crazy to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Used to have to drive to see everyone and also for all our meetings and trainings. Zoom has changed my life - am never going back to how it used to be. Also, can meet with people all over the country plus the ability to hop on a Zoom NOW.
