This has enabled me to connect with the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can’t think of one thing! It has so many features, so many make communicating seem less of a job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication, being able to meet with others, in many different capacities. The ability to work together, with screen sharing, whiteboard etc..

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up and connect. Easy for users to join. It's the standard for a reason and has never let us down! We use it every single week. More reliable than any other software out there
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the meeting invitation emails were a bit more compact, as it can be hard to navigate if you are just trying to share a simple link to someone. Maybe I am using it in an unexpected way though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our employees are remote, so Zoom provides easy communication and access even though we are states away. It helps boost morale being face to face and increases our bond as a team.

I love how zoom keeps me connected with my team and makes my job so much easier. I love how I can give them quizzes and tests and all of the above

What do you like best about the product?
Secure privacy for therapy sessions built on trust or the company created by a long history with this company . Breakout rooms for therapy groups and ease of use of features . Gallery view for therapy sessions feels the closest to the in person experience we all miss as well .
What do you dislike about the product?
Other than not meeting in person not much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were moved to all virtual sessions die to Covid for therapy . Some have stayed virtual and the trust has grown even though there has been movement back zoom has allowed me to feel connected and be able to offer that flexibility without compromising relationships

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use for both business and personal use with adequate options for free and great options within the paid platform. I especially like the ability to use breakout rooms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Early on, I believe there were issues with security but I personally have not experienced this problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has really improved my ability to connect with colleagues and friends on a more personal level. I particularly like being able to see people's faces. I also appreciate being able to review calls I wasn't able to attend and to skim the transcripts to take minutes.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, intuitive, easy-to-create links, meetings, invitations. Pretty much, all-in-one solution for our Conferencing needs. Also, great pricing blocks, pay only for the level of service you need. On the spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, Zoom does with audio restrictions whatever it wants. For example, I set the conference to be closed-mic for everyone, and then 1 or 2 people come in with their mics open causing disruptions in the meetings. Not sure why, but Zoom allows this to happen even when we set the meeting to start with everybody on mute. Like I say, it's selective, not 100% start the meeting like that and the admin, me) has to mute them manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need to broadcast meetings and conferences, especially during the pandemic, when there was really no other alternative. Zoom allowed us to keep working with our seminars and groups from far away, when presence-only meetings were not possible.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Zoom saves me the hassle of driving to court, saves clients money, not having to pay me to drive and wait in court, and reduces pollution.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike. It's all upsides, as far as I am concerned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can work/meet remotely, participate in court hearings remotely (I'm an attorney), eliminates my need to drive, and helps me be more effective with my time.
My Business Depends on Zoom!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very user-friendly and the most commonly used video platform. Everyone has it and it's free to use so there is no barrier in getting involved with someone or with a business that uses Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Zoom would let me revisit past events and change the details of past events so the same link could be used for future events with only the password changing every month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is the cornerstone of my business! It is helping my business (virtual yoga) expand across the country and reach new audiences that otherwise wouldn't be able to be involved in my business.

I love the share screen and remote control features. They are two of the most useful aspects of this product that I use almost every day.

The share screen feature when using zoom on a phone is a little complicated.
If any permissions need to be accepted, zoom should open them automatically rather than manually going into the phone settings.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has allowed a work around for people that used to have the limitations of face to face meetings. It has opened up so many more possibilities that I am grateful for.
Great, easy to use communication platform
What do you like best about the product?
Offers a great option for connecting with clients and keeping those meeting concise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not everyone knows how to use the platform and sometimes the connection can be iffy but really depends on internet so not a huge issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives me a way to connect and communicate easily with clients that located outside my local area.
