Very valuable Tool for business communication
What do you like best about the product?
I like the level of interaction that I get seeing someone rather than just hearing their voice. The screen sharing setting is super easy and lets me share presentations easily with multiple people. Being able to connect people in different states and even different countries is simple and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that not everyone is willing to have the first consultation on Zoom as we haven't gotten used to having our face on the screen yet. But it's coming
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to meet on camera with clients right here in my town quickly and easily. No transportation issues, no parking issues. Meetings are just the time you allow with no travel additions.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is secure, reliable, and configurable
What do you dislike about the product?
Google has a free-to-use video conferencing tool that makes paying for zoom seem slightly less valuable. Slack provides quick 'huddle' call functionality that I can't do with Zoom unfortunately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working for a remote company makes video conferencing a requirement in day-to-day operations. Personal connection just doesn't work over the phone.
Seamless transition
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has helped me to stay connected to my clients with busy schedules. Thanks to zoom I have been able to create an effective hybrid model of care for my clients
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of my older clients have trouble with new updates or new installs at times. However I am usually able to walk them through it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me stay connected to busy clients who are traveling or unable to make it to in person sessions. It has created more flexibility and opened up more opportunity.
a great tool for working and connecting
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes communication at my job so easy. Between my company number and chat within the organization. Zoom makes my job more efficient as a department head.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the phone can be glitch when answering the phone, and it doesn't ring long enough. But other than that I love it

What do you like best about the product?
Not very many issues! I use zoom every day. I do wish that there was a better system in place for musicians, as the audio can be quite sketchy when students are playing instruments.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I mentioned previously, the audio cuts out when students are playing instruments. I'd also really like integration with iPad as a sort of whiteboard where I can demonstrate drawing things out in real time, while being on camera at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom really paved the way for music lessons during Covid. Half of my students are still on zoom vs in person because of the time saving and ease of just jumping online from home.
Zoom allows International Connectivity
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows our organization to connect with people all over the world in different time zones. Even if people are not able to attend live the record feature allows them to view the meeting or conference later.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom would benefit from having a built in time zone converter. It is extremely frustrating to look for 3rd party apps to convert time zones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Distance! We never really were bothered by the pandemic in the first place. Simply time and space.

Ability to use breakout rooms and screen share.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be great if the co-host had more capabilities.

Zoom provides the ability to reach so many more people, connecting folks from around the country for classes and spiritual services in a meaningful way.
Couldn't live without it
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy interface, fast to load and never any latency. Way better than google meets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to access invites on the spot in case anyone needs to join the meeting, it's never obvious where to go and you should be able to auto copy to clickboard versus clicking 2-3 times

Connect with anyone anywhere instantly, like you're in the same room
Very Happy with Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and incorporates a lot of valuable additional features that are also very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I would suggest is that the navigation bar when hosting a Zoom is rather large and gets in the way.

I teach English globally and use it all the time.
Excellent tool for our business
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom became an invaluable tool for us to stay connected with our staff as well as to continue offering classes to our customers
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything about Zoom unuseful so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping us to still deliver classes to our customers who are not local or not still not comfortable being in group settings.
