I like how simple it is to jump into calls and share screens fast. Makes team collaboration pretty seamless without overthinking it.

I’d say sometimes the interface can feel a bit cluttered, and settings are spread out in different spots, it takes a moment to find what you need.

It makes remote communication straightforward. Quick calls, screen sharing, and chat all in one place, so projects move faster and the team stays aligned without needing a bunch of separate tools.

It is very intuitive and easy to use! I like the quality of the videos and audio it is always crisp and clear

sometimes it can be a little glitchy, additionally if there is maitenance needed the phone feature is not always reliable

My experience began when COVID-19 struck while I was still in college. During that time, it played a crucial role in helping me complete my online college education.

The only downside for me is that I missed out on the college experience. It makes me laugh to think about it.

I particularly appreciate the smooth, unified experience it offers in bringing together these features, allowing me to chat, meet, brainstorm, and co-edit documents all in one place without having to switch between different applications, which saves a considerable amount of time. The chat feature is fantastic for maintaining communication beyond meetings, with everything organized efficiently in channels, ensuring that updates and ideas don't get lost. During meetings, I find the built-in tools, such as screen sharing, reactions, and AI summaries, extremely helpful in accelerating and clarifying collaboration, especially when reviewing designs or presentations. The brainstorming tools, like whiteboards and sticky notes, give me an excellent platform for visual thinking, mimicking the feel of in-person idea sketching. Additionally, the AI-driven tools for summaries and follow-ups are invaluable for enhancing my team's collaboration, further motivating the decision to switch from other tools to Zoom Workplace. Overall, I find the platform beginner-friendly and would highly recommend it to others for its efficiency and practicality.

I want to highlight how easy it is to use this platform, as well as the excellent quality of audio and video it offers. I also greatly appreciate the ability to integrate different collaboration tools, such as chat, calendar, and digital whiteboards, all gathered in one place.

The mobile experience is quite solid, although some features, such as collaborative whiteboards or advanced controls, have limitations when used from a mobile device.

Solve the problems of scattered communication, low productivity in meetings, and lack of integration between tools. This is beneficial because it allows everything to be centralized on a single platform, saving time and facilitating better collaboration.
