Great Communication Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The app that lets you collaborate and communicate with your team in real time. It is one of the most compelling options out there when it comes to meeting virtually. Whether you need to host a webinar, teach a class or any other personal and professional use. The app that brings people together no matter where they are. It's features are also unparalleled.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to suggest some points of improvements. I think it is much better if only those inside will see the chats in everyone and will not appear on the whole meeting. Separation of chats from everyone and direct messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't need to coach one by one since there has screen sharing and zoom meeting in zoom.

Very useful when conducting organization meetings if participants are from different locations.

None so far. Helpful features are being added from time to time which makes it more useful.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is best for video conferences. Best audio quality, best video quality.
It's free, no premium is needed. I used this tool daily, for client calls in my company.

Sometimes, the video invite link does not work, so I have to send the link again. Only this is an issue I face. Overall this tool is perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping me to interact with my clients on a daily basis. We can schedule conferences on a Zoom calender. And then we don't have to worry about sending the invite again and again. Zoom automatically send the invite daily.

While it is a great tool, there are some security concerns and there are some occasional technical glitches. Also , limited functioalities are available on the free version.

Zoom has been solving the technical glitches issue which has overall improved the meeting experience!!

What do you like best about the product?
I have used zoom app for video calls and in my company superiors and clients using zoom app for Training freshers and to discuss with clients regarding app development, data security and internal calls in Organization.

1. I have faces some issues while using zoom app like sometimes it wont recognize headsets/bluetooth
