Easy and Simple To Use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy for everyone to use and understand. Regardless of age or computer skills, everyone that we have used Zoom with has been able to easily understand what to do with the program and jump right in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish could stay signed in on multiple device. Because my work requires me to be "on the go" a lot of the time, I am using many different devices. I always have to log in on the device I am using since it is usually different from the last device I was using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the connection issue problem we see with other programs. With other programs, if someone in a meeting has poor internet we all can visually see the problem and it slows down the call or meeting.

Overall pretty good
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, lots of features, nice interface. Zoom room integrations are a plus. Integration with other apps (Outlook)
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can only be signed in to the Zoom app on one computer at a time. I frequently switch between my work computer and home computer and it would be nice to not have to sign in every time. Another issue is that I often get a message about 'low system resources' or 'unstable connection' while using Zoom, but I am not sure if this is a Zoom issue or a PC/internet issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have not yet returned to fully in person meetings, so it's great to be able to meet with colleagues easily over Zoom. We also have consultants in various parts of the country/world, and in general Zoom works pretty well.
Zoom works for small business
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom integrates easily with Google calendaring, making the setting up of meetings so easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I'm not sure how to maximize Zoom for teaching. Like do breakout rooms have access to document sharing (I think so now). I have a hard time staying on top of changes. I also had a big error in a recent program because I didn't take the 2 steps needed to get a large room needing an interpreter, and I wish AI had asked me what my goal was to catch my error before the conference. (Eeek)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is innovating regularly, which I appreciate. I am able to create better trainings because of these innovations, like large rooms and rooms for interpretation and white boards, etc.
From meetings to podcasting.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility. When having a meeting, being able to switch to what works best. When podcasting, I like that there's an option to separate the audio channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much at this point. Any issues I've had have been more on how the Mac OS interacts with the app. That there are times when you have to relaunch the app in order to get a function to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it quite a bit for podcasting. Before I would have to be in a location to record an episode. Now I can record with folks from all over the world.
The valuable tool we never knew we needed.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Zoom is the accessibility to virtually anyone around the world with an internet connection and a mobile or tablet device. I also use Microsoft Teams as mandated by my kids' school district when conducting parent-teacher meetings and I have to admit, it is easier to log in to zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
What is a challenge is when my internet connection is weak and the audio distorts as though I was in the matrix. Also, it would be helpful if the zoom instructions were clearer in troubleshooting. (I.e., muting all participants immediately upon entering the meeting room.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to connect with colleagues who do not live in my city. My outreach is far greater. I feel like I'm living the life of the Jetsons! :) This has led to more business partners who live on the other side of the country.
Zoom remains the best UX for video calls, with the fewest glitches and a streamlined set of features
What do you like best about the product?
Extreme simplicity in setting up a meeting, sharing the link, gettting on, and participating!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the settings can be a tad decipherable - i.e. when a meeting is set via Calendly, there's no option to uncheck the "Enable Waiting Room" option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do (and long have done) most of my work remotely from my colleagues and clients. Zoom enables "face to face" communication on a small or large scale, with document sharing, backchannel conversation, and recording for documentation.
Ubiquitous video conferencing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes it very easy to use for users of all skill levels. The virtual background allows for easy privacy for folks working from all around. Easy to use mobile devices to connect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many downsides to using Zoom. Would like better ability to create shared accounts for business function use, versus specific user use. I wish it were easier to move between devices during a call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Zoom to facilitate physician video visits, meetings with parties outside of the company, as well as a replacement for an aging Skype for Business system.
Zoom the greatest powerful conference tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Thanks to ZOOM, we had the opportunity to communicate and meet in a large group, despite the problems that fell on us, especially during the pandemic. This time of the pandemic has shown how much we need a tool like ZOOM.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's really hard to find something I don't like in ZOOM, maybe it's just that there is no 3D image or hologram yet? :)

The problem of meetings, thanks to ZOOM you can have a meeting anywhere, anytime.
User Friendly and Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows face-to-face interaction in a culture where physical presence can be difficult and somewhat challenging. Zoom is user-friendly and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've not yet encountered any dislikes about the Zoom platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visual access to team members without the precaution requirements in a healthcare setting. We are able to improve productivity by visually encouraging one another.
Zoom is a lifeline
What do you like best about the product?
I find Zoom the most helpful in keeping connected with clients and friends who live out of state or even the country in which I live. Not only can I communicate with them but I can also share information and media with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful about zoom is that free accounts are limited to 40 minutes for three or more connections in a meeting, but it is a realistic limit. And on occasion how quickly it can drain my device's battery can be an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves how to meet up with others when we are physically far apart, in different states, or in helping us maintain safety measures in meeting together when one or more attendees is not feeling well.
