I am pleased with my Zoom subscription
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom is constantly updating and giving us new features. I noticed the other day that I could use my iPhone camera for my Zoom, which is huge. My laptop does not ha e the best camera.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly appreciate that I always have to log back in. A few times, I could not get my Zoom application to work, and I had to restart it multiple times. I am not sure why I get logged out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a part of many organizations, and we all use Zoom for our monthly meetings. I am also able to use Zoom for my schoolwork. My husband uses my account for his meetings as well.
Developing their service unlike Google Hangouts
What do you like best about the product?
They've got a lot of things as standard which Google have only added lately to try and get market share. Breakout rooms can be set up in advance as can polls.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time limit when using the free version is annoying but then that's fair enough since it is free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to get together with committee members without having to think about travel times.
Providing fantastic experiences to my audience
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I was able to switch my Video to my IPEVO cam or other device to give a closer look while I teach
What do you dislike about the product?
A learning curve, I've had to read dozens of help articles to use Zoom's video features. I've not figured out how to add a monitor so I have 2 screens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to hook up an extra video source helped me show my students content as I demonstrate. This is a huge benefit!
Zoom Webinars - Great for Investor meetings and corporate training
What do you like best about the product?
Webinars - the ability to record, change views, allow or remove attendees and control the audio.
What do you dislike about the product?
not being able to downgrade user licenses during the year. You have to wait until your renewal date to make reductions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has been an asset for meetings with clients and employees that would not or could not come to our office. The webinars have been great for giving our clients updates on their investments.
The Best Video Conference Software Out There!
What do you like best about the product?
Before zoom came along, I was using Skype and Google Hangouts. These tended to freeze and be unavailable. Upon switching to Zoom I appreciated the fact that even with my slow connection, I can access the software, and it easily records and makes the process a breeze for everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like for the cost to be a little less, but I also understand this software has so many capabilities. It would be nice to be able to get business discounts for more than one person connected with the same business or household. But I really cannot complain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Zoom, I never would have attempted a podcast. I was recording using a digital recorder, and I didn't even know how to capture digital recordings all that well. Zoom gets me connected easily with people I have never physically met, and now I have a podcast! I can interview anyone anywhere in the world without having to physically be there.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up meetings, good functionality for sharing information and presentations, and good technology in the application. Easy to invite attendees and put on your calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real dislikes - could be easier to set a new background.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped tremendously during the pandemic when we could not meet in person. Zoom allowed in person meeting to continue. If the pandemic had happened in the 70's we would only have had old fashioned phones!

How easy and simple it is to use everyday

I do not have any complaints at all! I like it a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to connect with my clients across the world. When covid hit I was able to still connect every day. It has actually increased productivity and performence!
Zoom has so many features and is very user friendly that I would recommend it to anyone.
What do you like best about the product?
I like all the flexibility to be able to have a meeting via video conference but have the effectiveness of an in person meeting. So many screen sharing options.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is having to do certain things before the meeting like a poll. I wish if I felt inclined to throw up a random poll I could do it live.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of clients that live out of town so being able to meet face to face via a video conference over a phone call has helped us connect deeper with our clients.
Easy to use for the basics.
What do you like best about the product?
Helpful is the ease of setting up a meeting. And I've always had very good quality in my meetings. I also like the ability to share to a Facebook Live. The reps are very friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had some issues with customer service. I spent over an hour trying to get something resolved, and once it was resolved, it should have taken 10 minutes. Sometimes, it can be challenging to find what I'm looking for. So many sections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to meet with a large group in real time. I'm able to "meet" with people virtually, whereas before, it would have only been a phone call. So adds the personal touch.
Allowed me to continue to work
What do you like best about the product?
As a mental health professional, I could not see patients in person during COVID. Zoom also allowed me to expand my catchment area to see patients from far away.
What do you dislike about the product?
The technology (breakout rooms, whiteboard) were not easy to master. Also, in a breakout room chat doesn't work to contact people in different breakouts or in the main session.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Continuing to be able to provide care to my patients. I would have had to retire otherwise. Joining meetings has become easier for patients although some have terrible wifi and connections can break down.
