New AI support adds so much
What do you like best about the product?
The AI companion makes minuting meetings and checking back on meeting summaries so easy. A real time saving tool that has helped me become more efficient in my job.
What do you dislike about the product?
An introduction to the AI companion and how summaries work would be helpful (I thought it was automatic but didn't realise I had to switch the AI companion on for each meeting).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meetings that would take up time in arranging and costs in meeting physically are streamlined and simplified. Online concerts and events run through Facebook brilliantly too.
Effective Communication Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows me to see people face-to-face just as if we were sitting right across from one another. In today's busy world, Zoom offers an effective solution for communication. We have moved into a phase of meeting and communicating not in person over the past couple of years due to necessity. Zoom offers me a way to still feel connected, even though apart. I have never experienced a time when using Zoom, that was not clear.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had times where someone may have been in a location where they had no signal or connection. That has been the only down side I can recall when using Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The state of our health crises over the past couple/few years has delayed and closed businesses, proceedings, and the like. Zoom gives me a way to conduct all business, or personal, matters despite any conditions that might otherwise have impeded my progress. I have participated in meetings, notarizations, depositions, interviews, and all sorts of communications that could not have taken place otherwise. Even in a place where most people are meeting again in person (for the most part), Zoom has proven itself to be so effective that now it is comforting to know that almost anything can happen when one needs it to now because Zoom is very convenient.

What do you like best about the product?
Most people are familiar. Relatively easy to use. Chat, recording, screen sharing is useful. Generally video/audio quality is better than most other conferencing platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to find settings. Can't change some settings during a meeting (e.g. transcription, save chat, breakout rooms). There are so many admin settings that it can be hard to find what's needed (e.g. polling/surveys, reports, breakout rooms, capacity limits etc). A lot of variation between plans on what's available to use can make collaboration difficult (e.g. using a client's account). Differences in what users see make it difficult to point people to things like raise hands, annotations etc. Alerts like for breakout rooms and raising hand are not prominent enough. Polling is very limited in terms of number/type of questions. Would be nice to have more integration into chat like voting up/down chats. Can be hard in a big meeting to find chats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting remotely. Need a platform to meet with clients in a remote environment. Need to run workshops, presentations, conferencing, 1:1s etc. Not sure what else to say.
Zoom provides seamless video meeting services with great features at a great price.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful features about Zoom for my business are the ease of scheduling, particularly due to the integration with Calendly, quality of the video connection, and ability to meet with multiple people in multiple locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
From time to time, a meeting link will glitch, which results in me resending the link/sending a new link to my client. It seems to happen most often if I send the link in FB messenger, I'm not sure if there's a fix other than to send it in a different form of communication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting with clients regardless of location has helped me grow my business.
I am 17, and I founded my own non-profit. I use zoom to teach immigrants. It is very easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and with the help of zoom business, we can have meetings for more than 40 minutes. Moreover, we can use the same links for more meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a lot about zoom that I dislike, but, zoom needs a lot of documents to subscribe it for zoom for nonprofits. Moreover, you cannot start another meeting if one is going on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving many problems such as removing bugs which helps make the meeting go smoothly. Moreover, we can download the zoom app and control all our phones' activities.
Zoom Is Great
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the easiest-to-use video conferencing service out there. The fact that people joining in don't need to create an account or install an app is key to accessibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
The friend function of Zoom is clunky. It would be great is Zoom supported user profiles so connecting with contacts ad hoc would be easy like Apple's Facetime.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to connect with large organizations remotely and with ease; Collaborative screen sharing and presentation is much easier to manage vs competitors; improvement w/ remote productivity.
Zoom is my go to for Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use compared to other tools! The recording are simple to share, the option to send pvt messages helps navigate conversation amongst team without having to pull out our phones.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I can think of that I dislike about zoom.

What do you like best about the product?
I can keep working no matter what is happening in the world. It has enabled me to expand my business offerings.

Hands off approach and how tiring it is to be on the computer instead of in person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with clients one on one, Zoom allows me to keep working no matter what is happening. If a client feels unwell, we can still meet which keeps me working. Vice versa as well.
My Clients Enjoy Meeting in Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using it for years so I know where everything is. I like being able to stream to other platforms and also being able to share my screen with sound. I like the virtual background ability too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe just waiting for the recording to upload to my computer, but it's worth the wait. Clients enjoy receiving the replay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of connecting with my clients from around the world. It creates a greater sense of connection with the use of video.
Lots of features, easy to use, an industry standard
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is user-friendly and has a variety of features that make it a more well-rounded product than some of its competitors. The layout options during a call give users the flexibility to customize their experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to be able to be added as a co-host of a meeting without being on a pro/paid plan. Sharing of files/links in the chat section of a live meeting is a bit tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom provides an option for remote meetings with easy registration, scheduling, and hosting of the meetings. Especially during 2020, Zoom because widely-known and used, and so it is easy to get guests to join meetings, as most everyone is now registered to use it.
