Zoom makes my online coaching a dream
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity, the sharing features and the privacy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price for webinars is too high for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the problems of making remote connection as real and impactful as possible with the technology at hand.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is better than most meeting applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
the login not caching different Zoom accounts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issue of not being able to quickly hold a meeting. Th issue of having to be in so many places in short periods of time.
Zoom Works!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use, easy to navigate, and easy to share with others. I conduct all of my interviews on Zoom (and I am a ghostwriter, so I conduct a lot!) Clients young and old are familiar with Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much that I dislike about Zoom. I do wish there was a cheaper subscription plan, as most of my interviews do last over 40 minutes long. Maybe a $5 or $10 a month plan would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is saving me a ton of money on gas and connecting me with clients around the world! I am able to easily conduct interviews and sales pitches with anyone who is interested in my services.
Zoom is perfect for staying in touch!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of sending links for zooms, easy to open and start a zoom immediately, scheduling capabilities for weekly zooms, easy to chat, share, change hosts, whiteboard, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Loging in between my different businesses can sometimes be a challenge. One was signed up using email... the other using google... I forget which one is which so sometimes trying to open and host a meeting can be challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communications, I have 7 different co-workers/employeets/partners across the globe and with zoom we can all meet most anytime we need to without an issue! Truly amazing!

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to view & chat at the same time
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to separate easily into chat rooms & then lose access to main room

Communication w/ individuals who would not be able to participate otherwise
Zoom is the best!
What do you like best about the product?
It is very simple to join or create a meeting which is awesome. Turning on and off the mic and video is very easy as well. The only other one I have used is webex and its horrible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I see is the lag when you control someone else's screen. It is faster than webex but can still be improved hopefully in the near future soon. The green screen application can be apporved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a few employees who moved out of our state and is working from home. Without zoom it would be impossible. Also scheduling meetings with our clients that arent in our area.
Perfect tool for online classes
What do you like best about the product?
Easy set up of recurring scheduled meetings/classes. Easy to navigate and love the share tab to post photos of the workout.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find I have to sign in all the time. For some reason it logs me out daily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to service my members both locally and those that are traveling or have moved. They no longer have to stop working out.
Zoom Saved My Business During COVID
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to screenshare other devices such as my ipad.
What do you dislike about the product?
The website... the apps are fine, but people always seem to have trouble with the desktop site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing me to connect with prospects and business partners internationally face to face.
Awesome Virtual Meeting Software
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating and sending out a meeting invite is great! I can quickly put together a meeting and copy the link to share with all those who need to attend.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not particularly like all of the phones prompts you have to go through when connecting to a meeting, but it's not horrible. And I know it's mostly for security reasons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to meet any time, anywhere. With several clients going remote or partially remote, it's nice to have an option for them to still be engaged in our weekly meetings.

Nothing - zoom has perfected its security settings during the pandemic
