What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes team/client meetings possible without the limitations of 4 walls. You can make more efficient use of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
You are limited to your internet connection. Although you can meet from anywhere, if your connection is poor, it will affect the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can accept clients from anywhere in the world. I can meet with someone in Portland Oregon and then someone from upstate New York, all within the same hour.
Great for Meetings with Client Groups
What do you like best about the product?
I regularly use the "Share Screen" function to present an agenda to the group and review it in real-time. The ability of the host to mute attendees is helpful when some forget to mute themselves.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not find any downsides in the way I use the tool. I use Zoom in the simplest ways possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with groups of adults, and at any time one or more of the group could be on vacation or otherwise away from home. Zoom allows them to join the group meetings regardless of their location, whether on a computer or a phone.
Consistently works for telehealth practice
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is reliable and high quality. It rarely crashes. It is easy to share an invite link with my clients. Plus, Zoom is a service that many people are familiar with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Clients don't get advance notice of when it's time to upgrade until they sign in and then it's too late and they are tardy to the appointment, which frustrates them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reliable service for meeting with telehealth clients. Easy to use interface. Widely understood and compatible with any video or audio hardware I have used with it thus far.
Good overall service when you need it
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use and has the features I need without having a lot of fluff that I don't need. The video/audio usually are also quite good.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is frustrating to have to pay for a longer meeting when I might only have one longer meeting every couple of months, wish there was another tier or a way to only get it when needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have to organize a lot of meetings as I work fully remote so it is nice to be able to see and chat with people as needed but it is also easy to set up meetings for others as well.
Zoom has made life easier for all.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that zoom has the best and easiest functions, as well as many options to learn more. I enjoy taking the zoom courses that better suit my needs and what will help me in my job.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many things i dislike about zoom. Sometimes sending zoom links is confusing especially if people are used to using something like google meets. Finding the room is sometimes hard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
zoom immediately solved the problem of people not being able to get together, and did so easily. Before there was only skype - which you had to dial into and it was hard and confusing.
Made working from home during pandemic possible
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that it's user friendly and most people know how to use it with no training. The ability to mute and unmute, both myself and the audience is important. Screensharing a presentation. The photo retouching works well. Easy to join, leave and record. Chat feature that you can both direct message a person and to the group. Remote controlling senior's screens is very helpful and provides a collaborative experience that I can both solve their problems and they can see how I did it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot copy and paste from chat. I dislike the voting feature. Grey boxes appear on your recording if you have zoom features open like the chat. Provides a platform that people expect me to turn my camera on even when I do not want to. Zoom does not notify me when I need updates - only when it's too late and that makes me late for meetings. More functionalities with presenting - it takes up the entire screen and you cannot see outside of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making meetings possible with screenshare without being physically in person. You can share visuals that you cannot typically in conference calls, you can take votes, you can chat privately, multiple screen shares, and mass meetings all while staying safe. I enjoy the whiteboard feature. You can hold votes during our statewide meetings and gauge how people are feeling and what they like, hate, or do not care about.

versatility, able to add make-up to video views
What do you dislike about the product?
one host cannot hold multiple meetings at the same time. If one meeting runs late, the next meeting cannot start until the previous meeting ends; two meetings cannot happen at the same time if they are via Zoom. Teams, on the other hand, does not have this issue. for an EA like myself, who sets up multiple meetings for multiple people in different teams, that I had to find this out the hard way. Zoom needs to work around this and find a solution!

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes it possible to meet when travel is not possible. And it allows for small and large group meetings as well as one to one. For me, it is simple than Microsoft TEAMS
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, setting up assigned groups was challenging at first, but I eventually learned how to do it. It just takes practice. I would have been helped by an easier way of setting up presasigned groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allowed us to stay on schedule despite the pandemic... and individuals started to do small group work together as well. This help the organization move forward.
Reliable, Easy to Use and Breakout Rooms
What do you like best about the product?
Breakout rooms help me work with larger groups. Meetings are easy to set up and adjust when needed. Fast load time means I can set up a meeting on a dime - great when f2f becomes unexpectedly necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
Of all the platforms for video conferencing, zoom works best for me. No complaints on its use, loading or reliability. Price while reasonable could always be lower.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fast, efficient meetings. All my clients can use zoom so it makes it the go-to service for my business. Recording feature and options about where to save have helped often.
Zoom in live production
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has transformed the way we have been doing live events by not requiring us to bring speakers to the conference in person. We can bring them in remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
The quality of a basic account is standard Def. You have to upgrade to a 720 account to get some HD. I can't seem to find a way to upgrade to full 1080p with the account we have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer have to spend thousands of dollars flying participants/speakers into our events. We are able to bring them in virtually through zoom and integrate it into our vision mixing software
