Works well and everyone uses it
What do you like best about the product?
Everyone uses Zoom so it's the easiest platform to have calls on.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes the amount of times the rep calls is annoying, but nothing with the product

Covid hit, and we all work from home now, so this is how we have meetings

Great For Work Presentations
What do you like best about the product?
What I love about Zoom is its user-friendly and easy-to-use interface. I used Zoom for my online presentations and it was very convenient. With features like screen sharing and annotating, it was easy for the client to interact.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel sad that you only have a 40-minute limit on free meetings, they could have limited the features but not the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of our clients are based Internationally and we can only communicate online. Zoom solved that problem for us by providing such an amazing platform for us to host and conduct meetings. Zoom is enriched with many features that help me conduct my meetings with ease.

Flexibility in Scheduling, With Zoom, we can schedule meetings at our convenience without the need for everyone to be in the same physical location.

Sometimes there are frquent latency issues especially on a cellular network even at proper connection range.

Zoom is giving me a platform to connect and held virtual meetings webinars etc throughout the world which is helping me upskill myself and exposure into the corporates.

What do you like best about the product?
One thing I really appreciate about Zoom is how it streamlines video calls. Just clicking on a link allows you to join a meeting, and the audio and video quality is excellent. Additionally, it enables seamless communication with a large group of people simultaneously, almost as if you're speaking with them in person.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Zoom is fantastic for online meetings, there are a couple of drawbacks that can be bothersome. Occasionally, the video quality may not be as sharp as desired. Moreover, the free version imposes time restrictions, cutting off meetings if they exceed a certain duration. Despite these minor inconveniences, Zoom remains incredibly useful overall.

Zoom solves the problem of virtual communication by allowing people to join meetings from anywhere with just a click. This flexibility enables individuals to work while on the move, saving time and making it easy to connect with colleagues or attend events without leaving their desk. Zoom is very easy to use online classes and employee meetings. I use four times a week.The quality of the videos on call is very good

The only drawback I've noticed with zoom is concerns updates. This is rather frustrating, especially when I'm on important meetings.
