Best Video Conferencing Tool I've Used
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use, seems to have great technical support, conferencing is clear and fast. Lots of tools like chat and screen share make it easy to use as well as fun additions like backgrounds and filters. I love that you can post a sticky response on your image rather than talking or entering something into chat
What do you dislike about the product?
Really disappointed that Zoom no longer offers free, 45 minute conferencing between two people. This was a great way to let people try out and use the platform as well as supporting communication between individuals at a time when so many are isolated.
I don't know if this is resolvable, but time/synching to let people sing, chant, pray or talk at the same time without lag errors is a constant frustration.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to connect over long distances and form groups and study sessions with people who are outside of our geographic location. We are able to connect with people we are isolated from and make real connections and progress

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to use them as part of my job, to visit with family members and other states. It also allows me to multitask without leaving my location! How much better can it be.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the least helpful things about Zoom is that there are sometimes bugs, it gets Frozen when I plug in too many accessories but other than that I'm able to work around it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me personally Zoom is solving the problem of continuing to meet with my congregation is a pastor. On a regular basis without feeling as if we're losing that connection. It also allows me to be in contact more with my family that lives in different states.
Business Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy and efficient to use. I wasn't very tech savvy before zoom and now my meetings are easy and I can hold my staff accountable. I'm a visual person so the asthetics for Zoom are my style.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price point could be better. As a small business there's so many fees for so many platforms and it becomes overwhelming at times. Would be nice to discount small businesses or give us credits periodically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving not having viable meeting spaces or an office I currently can't afford as a small business owner. A lot of my work is visual so I can screen share and talk with my staff while viewing.
Zoom makes audio recording a dream
What do you like best about the product?
The audio quality of the file that Zoom records are studio quality. It makes recording our radio interviews a dream.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't really any downsides to using Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to interview guests from all over the world. This allows our non-profit station the ability to compete with the commercial stations.
Great service with great features!
What do you like best about the product?
We were quick to utilize zoom at the beginning of the pandemic to switch our programming over to vertual. The use of breakout rooms was pivotal to the success of the programs and continues to be a key staple for us. It works when we need it to!
What do you dislike about the product?
The shift for free users to be limited to only 40 min on 1:1 calls made it really hard for staff who just wanted to take internal conversations over zoom to do that without having a time limit. It was a big shift for the staff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has been helping us shift our company to a virtual capacity for our day to day work allowing for coworkers outside of the one place where we have a main office and when we run programs it allows us to serve people outside of our immediate community
Zoom is Outstanding!
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, reliable, and the quality is almost always very good. I like the chat feature as well as the backgrounds and the ability to share documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! It's simply the best meeting software out there. I don't think there's any feature that I would add.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have clients all over the US and in Okinawa and Germany. Meeting with them is only completed via Zoom. I'm able to get a lot done in Zoom meetings.
Zoom In an It Environment
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy zoom is to use, the other person doesn't need to download the application.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that sound and video quality issues are harder to resolve

The ability to show and be shown solutions to problems and be able to meet with companies around the world
Easy to use and Connect
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use and connect. When other company sites have been down I have quickly logged into zoom and sent out to others in minutes. I have never had it disconnect or lag when using. I highly recomend.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything. When you have the full version everything works well.

Zoom solves us being able to connect with clients and colleagues easily.
My go to office aid
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use! I use it just about every day for calls or meetings for my teams. I'm loving the new whiteboard feature. It really helps us to collaborate when we are in working sessions. I also enjoy the fact that most people have Zoom so it's easier to connect and integrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Zoom doesn't communicate from the web to the app on my phone if I am scheduling meetings. I've had to find a workaround to get it to cooperate at times, but it's nothing that would detour me from using the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to connect with clients and my teams. It solves the problem of me being in an office space, because I work with so many teams and clients, I'm able to connect without having to travel a lot. It also is great for when I do have to travel for a client, I'm able to connect to calls from my phone with ease.
Zoom making meetings better and faster
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows me to meet with clients all over the world in a simple and easy-to-use platform. For our hearing impaired the closed captions are great. The features and controls are easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times I lose the ability to easily see the participants during a screen share. There are times I need to chat with a participant and I then have to open the participant's list
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can have worldwide meetings at any time where we can share our thoughts and expression as well as brainstorm using whiteboards. We can see the reactions and interactions with others.
