Zoom has gotten better since the pandemic. The platform still needs a little help.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Zoom has partnered with Google to add meetings to calendars. It helps to keep things organizaed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom should allow you to invite people before saving the scheduled meeting. It should be a simple one-step process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has made it possible for our team to meet regularly without having to travel. We are dispersed in several locations.

At times the connection drops off and interrupts the flow of the meeting

Intuitive and easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
I love how multi-purpose this platform is. I can use it to record audio or video for my online program. I can stream it into Facebook, I can share my screen, and it's easy to have an interactive conversation with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
It wasn't well advertised that I needed to go through a process to allow Zoom to stream to my Facebook group. Had I not heard about it from a colleague, it would have been embarrassing to be on my call and unable to immediately connect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps it feel like I'm in a 1:1 setting with clients. It's also allowing me to make videos and audios that I can multi-purpose across various platforms. Plus it's webinar function is handy for classes I want to be more formal.

What do you like best about the product?
I like having an easy-to-use virtual tool for meetings, group events, etc. The best features are the clear video, background filters and excellent sound quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the limits on chat formatting and chat accessibility. I cannot seem to resent the size of chat text. Also, it is not always possible to copy or save.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows people at great distance to meet as if in person. I can attend many meetings that would otherwise be inaccessible to me. I can connect with people I need to see.

Zoom tools are great for our hybrid environment

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of setup and use has been awesome. Very easy to roll out to all of our employees. We have even used Zoom Rooms and Webinar licenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price point is a little daunting, but manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When COVID hit and we had to send a lot of employees home, Zoom was our go-to for continuing to keep in touch with employees, have meetings, etc. Now that many are back in person we still have a lot who are hybrid or remote, and this is a perfect tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been a reliable platform for meetings, especially during the pandemic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally an attendee will struggle to get their audio or video working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom saves me from dressing up and driving to someone's office for a meeting that can be handled easily via Zoom. It also has grown some components of my business into other parts of the country.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly and you get past the learning curve. Clear picture and sound most of the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The instructions can be hard to follow at times. It would be nice to speak to someone about it instead of paying a higher tier to talk with someone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None so far. However, I would like to see an easier way to access captions.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about using zoom is how easy it is to use and schedule calls throughout the company. I also like the ease of features and accessibility. for example, backgrounds, the option to record (either on icloud or through computer), enabling passwords for participants etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing I dislike about using zoom is that it does not give record to the number of participants who actually attend meetings. there are those who are expected to attend and not show up and it would be nice if zoom had a feature to keep track of that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that zoom is solving is the ease with which members of a team or organization are able to meet. The world is shifting into a more digital era. Work from home is becoming essential and zoom allows connection no matter where the employee or member resides.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and most widely recognized by others invited to the meeting. Since COVID, Zoom has been the most widely-used meeting software that most people know and trust, which makes this platform our preferred conferencing software. The improvements made with AI have provided additional capabilities and features that have been beneficial for recaps, follow-ups, tasks, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The need to enter a meeting ID and in some cases, a passcode. Would be nice to have an instant connect number where you do not need to enter in so many codes to access the meeting. There is the quick connect, however, it is a bit cumbersome to go through the process of setting that up versus just being able to give an 800-number or link to quick-join.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since Zoom is widely used and known by many professionals, it is our preferred conferencing system. We are able to easily send out meeting requests using 3rd party platforms such as Google Calendar or HubSpot and it will automatically add in the conferencing line to the meeting for the attendees to join. We conduct business on a global scale so having the ability for international meeting attendees to join with ease helps to provide better customer service and create lasting business relationships.

What do you like best about the product?
As a work-from-home digital freelancer, I count on Zoom for the success of my business. In fact, if I didn't have zoom, it would be quite the challenge to meet with clients! I love that I can set up unique recurring meeting IDs so that every client has their own meeting room and we aren't constantly having to confirm links/details the day of. I also love that I can record meetings as this has become invaluable for my team member trainings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that if I don't keep it updated, it will close down on me unexpectedly! But, that is much like saying I hate it when my car breaks down on me after having its check engine light on for several months...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to communicate with clients in multiple time zones is invaluable to me as a business owner. It also keeps my overhead costs low with an affordable yearly plan.
