A single pane of glass for our meeting and telephony needs
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been a reliable tool in our business for many years (well before the pandemic). Meetings remain stable even on questionable connections, everyone can be heard loud and clear, and the collaboration tools keep getting better and better.
We love the simplicity of Zoom Phone, especially compared to the legacy VOIP system we had before.

What do you dislike about the product?
The Zoom client is easy to use and functional, but it has several bugs and issues that cause it to bog down employee machines. There have also been a string of security concerns that keep us scrambling to make sure everyone updates immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a remote-first organization and Zoom allows us to operate with remote and office-based colleagues seamlessly. It also allowed our employees to take their work phone line "home" rather than having it available only in the office.

Best Quality Video Calls!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is so easy to use and I love the camera filters so you can look your best!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the program may be a bit heavy for cheaper computers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My biz went from being in person to now being and staying 100% remote! I am happier than ever to do my work from home and my clients are happy too!
Easy to use, saves tons of time!
What do you like best about the product?
It's so helpful being able to meet virtually while still retaining full interactive/engaging features that would be necessary for an in-person presentation. Use this regularly!
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall works very well. It does seem to take up a lot of hardrive usage for me though – makes my computer sound like an airplane when I'm saving out video for archiving purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlines meetings for me and saves me a ton of time. Also gives me the chance to work with clients worldwide rather than being limited by location as before.

What do you like best about the product?
You can see everyone's screen. The moderator has a good view of everyone and you can see who is also trying to get into the session. A few other competitors don't have as good of a view of everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is a bit of a lag when two people are trying to talk at once. I think this is probably a software issue and I'm not sure how it could be fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to meet with ladies in our church on a weekly basis. It has helped us to stay connected and spend time together without having to leave our home. We have had many new people join because of the convenience.
Zoom is the industry standard for a reason. Rock solid.

Quality is always good and it's easy to use.

Limited on bells and whistles. Price could be better.

It's bringing me together with people and companies I would never have the chance to connect with without it.
The best video meeting technology
What do you like best about the product?
Having worked with clients remotely prior to the pandemic via Zoom, the switch to all-remote was not difficult. Zoom made the process smooth, and has the easiest most intuitive format. It is the most fluid and easiest to set up for people who are not as familiar with video conferencing, and it is easy to direct them remotely to adjust features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like all video meeting applications, Zoom is limited by what can fit on a screen. The screen sharing with video and sound can get clunky at times, but Zoom is still better than the others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has allowed me to give up my physical office. Clients who could meet in person no longer want to bother to drive there, so it saves all of us time.

It always works. Every other service has some sort of glitch and ends up taking additional time to get a meeting started.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with all services it still relies on the computer for peripherals, and they are occasional glitches. So I move to my phone, and it works.

Making meetings easy no matter the time, location or topic.
I've found Zoom to be the perfect online meeting solution to grow my business.

I don't dislike anything about the product. But it would be great to have some HD business backgrounds to use.

Reliable platform to use for virtual meetings and calling internationally
What do you like best about the product?
I like the rate for international calling for Zoom it is one of the cheapest options out there. It is also quite reliable in terms of stableness.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think can add more filter features to it and make it more trendy.

Business meetings are a lot more stable compared to Teams which is a big plus. It also has features that can be used to share screen and other contents.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business meetings, collaboration, multiple hosts for any meeting, locking the meeting, end to end encryption to address privacy concerns for enterprises. Additionally, waiting room functionality is super important for critical meetings.
