What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom Workplace for its easy setup and scheduling features. It helps in quick connecting, even for adhoc meetings, and mostly works well with no lags in audio or video.
What do you dislike about the product?
For setting meetings with people in different time zones, it would be great if it could help by showing another time zone apart from the default one for scheduling meetings.

There is a significant issue with poor collaboration across departments, mainly due to communication silos and inefficient information sharing, which ultimately slows down our work. The Zoom platform addresses this problem by offering features such as chat, file sharing, and integrated tools like Meetings and Channels. Ease of scheduling a call, recording calls, screen sharing, and also the best feature giving access to other to use my screen.

The main problem it is solving is the communication gap between the remote employees. And getting the meeting notes in the end using the AI.

I like Zoom Workplace because it fits naturally into my daily routine. I use it for online patient follow-ups, team discussions, and also while teaching medical students. Joining meetings is quick and hassle-free, even for patients who are not very tech-savvy. Video and audio quality are reliable, and screen sharing really helps when I explain reports, presentations, or case studies. I don’t have to spend time setting things up it just works when I need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
During long meetings, Zoom can feel a bit heavy on the system, especially on older laptops. Sometimes updates pop up at inconvenient times. Also, a few advanced features are only available in paid plans, which may not be ideal for individual users or small clinics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace helps me manage communication without being limited by location. It allows me to connect with patients, students, and collaborators from one place. I can teach medical students online, review cases with my team, and handle content-related meetings without travel or delays. This saves time, keeps my schedule flexible, and helps me balance clinical work, content creation, and teaching more smoothly.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy and smooth to use, making it accessible for anyone without any difficulties. You can enjoy its benefits without needing to pay, but if you choose to upgrade to the paid version, you'll definitely notice a significant improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, I get disconnected from meetings, and the free version also has a limit on the number of participants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduce the necessity of traveling hundreds of miles just to meet with a business associate or client. Enjoy the convenience of being able to complete all your tasks from home with full access.

It's pretty easy to use and does everything I think I need it too

The quality of video is poor. Security also seems to be an issue and so my company won't let us have the app.

What do you like best about the product?
You are able to access in multiple ways and move it to many platforms and it integrate well with google.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much sometimes I have calendar time zone issues.

Being able to meet with business partners virtually and clients with ease and schedule zoom links to meetings and calendars with ease.
Perfect for Productive Meetings and Interviews
What do you like best about the product?
Very convenient for a teach to do a meeting and productive interview. It's also connected with google calendar reminders, great! A lot of amazing backgrounds , and break out room feature is fantastic too.
What do you dislike about the product?
It will be helpful if there is ai note talker available to use during any meeting

Longer time free meeting is beneficial
