Used before pandemic
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and connection was very easy. I was instrumental in getting our department to switch from WebEx to Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any downsides of using zoom. I was a champion before the pandemic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting meetings done over long distances and with teams in different locations.

What do you like best about the product?
The personal feeling and great quality of video and audio.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom sometimes does not show my meetings for the day. I'm not sure why it doesn't but it skips some meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed my small business to be more competitive with larger firms. I have expanded my customer base nationally now. My business performance has greatly increased, as well.
We used Zoom for online tutoring during Covid and are still using it. It's very user friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can share your screen and also that everyone can interact with each other and also write on the screen. What I also like is that you can see each other and the connections are good.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I start a meeting I always have to change the share button so everyone can share. Sometimes it's also hard to understand people because the speakers and mic is not connecting at the first time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us and students doing homework and tutoring during Covid while the schools were closed. It helped us to provide a service to parents who needed child care.

What do you like best about the product?
I use my zoom account for business meetings, classes that I teach, and also family gatherings. I really like that I can record to the cloud, makes it easy to get the recording.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. Everything works pretty seamlessly. There are months, though, when I might not use it, and I'm still paying the fee - so that might be a dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's difficult to get people together for in-person classes still. Zoom helps with that a great deal. And then having the recording is great in case anyone misses the live.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used Zoom for the last several years, even before Covid made it a household name, and I loved working with the platform. It's easy to use, and stable, and I love the innovative things Zoom has done over the years with backgrounds, chat, and connections to YouTube and Facebook.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't like having to use a password or waiting for clients to be admitted to Zoom meetings. However, I totally understand why that came about during Covid days. To be honest, I'm so used to it now that it really isn't very bothersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves two things for me: 1. It gives my clients and me a stable platform to share information, and 2. It interfaces with YouTube and Facebook so that I can broadcast my work to my community. Before Zoom, there wasn't an easy way to do that.
It by far the best value for the money

I have used all of the possible platforms and found Zoom the best value for my money. Features, ease of use, integrations with other platforms, etc

Nothing! It is by far superior and feature rich!

Zoom is a simple solution that appears to just work and most people can figure it out, even elementrary kids.
What do you dislike about the product?
The floating windows can be frustrating. When sharing a different monitor, zoom collapses to a floating toolbar, then chat is minimized, etc. Zoom should stay to a fixed window and not separate chat, participants, etc., and stay maximized. I would prefer to see a preview of what the student sees, especially when using two or more monitor (which most business users have now).

The Best Way to Collaborate via Video
What do you like best about the product?
It's user-friendly and easy to use. I feel that it's simple enough for almost anyone to understand, but also has more advanced features that are helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom as a platform is great, but there are severe limitations to video meetings. For example, it's nearly impossible to have casual conversations while waiting for a meeting to begin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes it very convenient to schedule meetings when being face-to-face is inconvenient or impossible. It frees up time by reducing the need to commute. During the pandemic, it make business collaboration much easier.
Zoom works and everyone uses it.
What do you like best about the product?
It works simply enough, and it's become the default experience for remote meetings. Centralized settings for accounts (rooms).
What do you dislike about the product?
Recurring meetings are a little wonky, but they work ok.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
People don't want to meet in person. It's good to have this option. Meetings are a lot shorter.
