    Professional Training & Coaching

Helps expand and make services accessible

  • August 18, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is the ease of features- breakout rooms, captions, whiteboard, etc. it's very simple to learn and makes it easy to host trainings and events. It is way easier to use the competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult to support folks who are having tech issues in real time. If their connection is unstable it can make it hard to hear and or see participants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps make our services more accessible nation-wide and even globally. We are able to connect with people who aren't able to in- person events and it's helps us broaden our network.

Zoom is here to stay!

  • August 18, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows us to have face-to-face meetings with anyone at any time. It has changed the way we positively interact with clients. Zoom has been invaluable over the last 2 years.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is still no substitution for in-person meetings, but Zoom is the next best thing. Zoom is certainly where the future of meetings are going. Overall, it's very convenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing our firm to still meet with clients without any restrictions. It's saving money and time on travel and it's making us more efficient. We can see our clients face-to-face.

Easiest To Use Online Video Platform

  • August 18, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is user friendly. There are tutorials if you need assistance. I also like the opportunity to chat with someone. The help that I recieved from Zoom was so helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
There really aren't any downsides to using Zoom. The ony thing I wish was available is to purchase a one time use of the translation. I would also like to have translation available in the breakout room
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because of the ease of using zoom I very rarely have to go to the office any more! I save on gas, travel time and parking! It's a win/win platform. Zoomis the leader in the online video platforms.

Solid video platform for personal and work meetings

  • August 18, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is an effective video-sharing platform for personal and work meetings. The connection is almost always more solid than Facebook Messenger, Skype, Google Meet, or Facetime. I rarely have audio or visual problems. Also, most people know how to use Zoom already; its ubiquity is a solid plus.

Sharing video and sound is easy and effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom's webinar features are pretty expensive. There are better solutions for mass webinars. Zoom should reduce pricing for webinars.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I hold English classes over Zoom; my students are able to join from across the world. It's a simple, easy solution for my international students.

Also helps me host business meetings for 50+ people.

Best Video Meeting Software

  • August 18, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is extremely easy to use. Out of all of the video conferencing software I use, this one seems to be the easiest for people outside my organization to join.
What do you dislike about the product?
The continuous updates seem to disrupt the software to the point that I am constantly being forced to log back in. This can be stressful when trying to join a meeting quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need a video confrecnecing software that is easily accessible by the various customers I work with. The meetings are easy to access and are easy to navigate.

    Architecture & Planning

Easy To Use

  • August 18, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find it easy to adjust the settings so every other time I go in to create a new meeting, all my favorite options are already there making it a very quick process.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I create the meeting on my work computer but click the meeting link on another computer, it doesn't recognize me and I have to resign in. This was confusing for a while as it's in small lettering and I thought for a long time that I had to use the computer I created the meeting with in order to go into the meeting as the host.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not sure about any problems that zoom is having/solving. I believe I use the account for very simple meeting types so I haven't had any issues that would warrant solving.

An Indispensable Tool For Modern Business

  • August 18, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to connect with clients, prospects and team members across the country (globe even) has been extremely helpful for our business. Of all the video conferencing tools I have used I find zoom to be the easiest and most intuitive in terms of controls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have a lot of downsides. Occasionally there are issues with freezing/buffering but that really applies to all tech.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication, especially during the pandemic. The ability to host webinars for prospects has also helped us grow our business.

    Management Consulting

Strong basics, grabby marketing

  • August 18, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Solid videoconferencing and collaboration platform, widely accepted and used, with good cross-platform stability. No complaints about the service itself or the administration thereof.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom is as much of a sales and marketing engine (with the user as the target) as it is a service. There is a constant flood of "customer engagement" emails, offers to upgrade, and otherwise give up personal information or money to the benefit of Zoom with nothing of value offered to the user in return. Yes, one can unsubscribe and change communications settings, but the experience getting to the point of doing that diminishes the brand and offering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtual communications and collaboration. Having worked remotely for years before COVID, Zoom has made it even easier to work now that more people are open to meeting remotely and doing so.

Zoom is the best

  • August 18, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the reliability with zoom. I feel like every time someone sends a bridge that isn't zoom it takes me awhile and some adjustments to get in correctly.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes I'm stuck in the waiting room like when boomers don't notice I need let in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
just makes it much easier to work from home/remote.

Couldn't have done it without Zoom!

  • August 18, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I have used it in a number of situations, and it is always good, allowing conversations among many with the benefit of seeing as well as hearing. For me, most importantly was the period during Covis lockdowns when we were able to maintain classes for a vocation formation program I was in charge of. We had two cohorts of students, each attending seven 90-minute classes in a weekend. They traveled as far as 60 to 70 miles one way to attend. When the lockdown started, we quickly turned to Zoom and were able to maintain the program with minimal impact. Recording classes for someone who might not have been able to attend was an added benefit. Pricing is also excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike, especially after we discovered the value of breakout rooms during classes. The only challenge we had were rare occasions where online access was limited, causing some students to have to "double up", using a tablet for video but having to dial in on their phone for the audio portion. Minor annoyance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For the class use described above, Zoom literally saved the day for our formation program. It's a four-year process for men to be ordained and we maintained that schedule during the lockdown, staying on course. My current usage involves more small meetings or one-on-one calls for interviews and meetings. I work in a diocese that covers a seven-county region, and have freelance writers and designers that I work with. The audio/video element adds so much to conversations, screen sharing makes the exchange of ideas and concepts so much easier. I have tried other platforms: Google Chat and Meet, Skype and others. I have found Zoom to be the best of the bunch.
