Must Have tool for all my work
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is amazing. It even works at low bandwidth. I have tried others too but the glitch free experience that zoom provides is umatched. At present the AI summary of meeting I am finding is amazing. I use that summary to resend the content to attendes. It is another piece of content created by zoom. Thank you zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
None as such. Zoom has been improving all along.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me to conduct webinars, workshops and consultations.

Simple, Feature packed, and Reliable.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Use, Feature-packed ( Professional and Fun), Great calendar implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notification center could be a lot better. Very few status-setting options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves a major problem for me i.e. whiteboarding. This is probably the most useful and best feature of Zoom. The integration of the whiteboard in the Zoom calls makes it very convenient without leaving the product and a need of a third party software.

Zoom is Less Secure than other tools and take the high quality internet.

A good tool for video meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use for employee meetings. I use it twice a week. What I find most practical with this tool is that it allows all participants to access a meeting via the same link, even for different sessions.
Plus, the quality of the videos on call is very good.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback I've noticed with Zoom concerns updates. Sometimes, when I open the application to make a call or join a meeting, I'm asked to do an update first, which may take a while. This is rather frustrating, especially when I'm late for meetings. In addition, I find the application a little harder to get to grips with for older people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom simplifies communication with my customers. It also allows me to share the maximum amount of information in the shortest possible time, thanks to screen sharing. It makes my day-to-day work as a content creator much easier.

Connecting in a remote first work force makes it hard for teams to work together. Zoom makes it easy for us to talk to anyone, anywhere with a good connection.

I think the scheduling and calendar integrations are probably the part that is least "easy", at least for me. (note, I use hubspot)

We are a global fully distributed business, so live on video. Zoom is our go-to.
'Just Zoom in when you Need a Better Option'
What do you like best about the product?
There are many reasons why I prefer Zoom. Its got exceptional virtual collaboration, video conferencing, webinar hosting and screen sharing in online meetings. It spurs reliable connections and interactions. So much so that i recommend it to anyone who repeatedly gets stuck trying to virtually engage and meet online.

It works for me and is simply the better option among the ones I've tried so far. Yet to dislike anything about it.

It provides a platform for engagement both internally, externally, on-premise and remotely when the need for virtual collaboration, communication and connection arises. Simplifying meetings and streamlining operations too.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very simple to use zoom , the features on the app are quite plenty and effective from virtual backdrops or screen sharing m extra camera sharing , sharing of audio etc. The platform is very easy to use and deplpy. I found it easy to integrate it to multiple apps and systems. The implementation of the sam eis very easy. I use it very frequently speically when I need quality recording over cloud . The customer support is effective and devently prompt to respond
What do you dislike about the product?
It is little more expensive for addons for larger number of people to be present in the meeting. Also the webinar platform is more expensive. for meeting zoom is good but for sales webinars or where chatting is needed, the issue is that people joining from mobile are not able to see the video screen while chatting and vice versa , so the interaction on mobile is not so good. Also on the join from web it is having limited capabilties compared to the app version
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I streamed from zoom to a multicasting platform like restream to help take the events live to large audience. It is also excellent for recording content that can be used for L&D purposes. It has been easy to integrate into our lms and other platforms too .
