Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
That it is mobile friendly, haven't had any issues there.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a better user experience when raising the hand, besides that I use it all the time at work and it is very helpful.

All my work meetings are being done trough the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use for the calendar, IM, and video. I also like the filter options available for the video. it is definitely the easiest to use for office communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't always communicate properly with Outlook, but that might be a Microsoft problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instant communication even when travelling. This is very important since many of the agencies we work with use other platforms. Zoom keeps us together.

I like the fact that it is efficient and able to be used by people all around the world. It connects people with the many features it has. Integreation is ease and customer support is very well.

Sometimes with saving of the video files down not happen seamlessly.

Solving remote depositions when clients and counsel cannot be at the same place at the same time.

The best thing about zoom is its so easy to use and provide a wide range of facilities for students and teachers both. The customer support is so good and we can use it a lot no. of participants

When we record the session, it does not show the chats anywhere, I think it should show that
