Best Video Conferencing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user-friendly and simple to use, and very useful for video conferencing where it involves screen sharing, and files/documents sharing. Supports both browser and mobile versions making it easy for the end user. Works well even with low internet connectivity providing a seamless meeting experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The basic/free version only allows up to 40 mins of meeting duration, and if you want to continue, one has to rejoin the meeting again which is not a good way to conduct long meetings. Option to edit/delete sent messages could help if it was sent by mistake.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using zoom to communicate with our onsite team to go over project activities and zoom is helping us conduct them professionally and efficiently. Breakout room options help conduct various events which involve forming teams and help in team-building activities.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is one of the best conferencing app that I have ever use. It is user friendly, easy to install and can help people of any background to connect virtually. Competitors charge some amount of fees to use them like skype. But this has free version which is very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the server goes down of the zoom app. Backend team should be proactive in this area.
And when connected with bluetooth audio devices the quality of acudio degrades.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping us to connect with people, who are geographical apart from us, virtually. This app helps students/businesses to conduct meeting and connect virtually.

The quality of the application is very good. The voice and video quality of the application is up to the mark.

The app is a bit on the bulkier side as it offers various features so it requires good internet speed in order to work properly.
A Lite version of the app can be introduced to crack this problem.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom offers audio and video call facility where we can have a group discussion.
It reduces go to office work as we all can collaborate easily from home and connect easily.

Good but better alternatives available depending on the use case
What do you like best about the product?
Quite seamless for video conferences without encountering any hiccups. Video and sound quality works with moderate internet speeds too where others may falter. Switching between devices during calls is a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Costly against some other alternatives like Microsoft teams (which also gel so well with other parts of their ecosystem) atleast here in India. Zoom does provide good features but depending on the use case may not be needed. Startups or users who need >40min call may go well with alternatives to save costs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Atleast for my use case, I think Microsoft teams or google meet makes more sense for the business collaboration need. I usually do long calls and there are no bandwidth issues usually amongst the participants and seldom use recording and transcript features.
Perfect for video meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has lots of collaborative features unlike other video meeting applications. For example, it is easy to change background or impose yourself on to a presentation background.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike, but I don't prefer to directly login to a meeting without a preview. In some of the competition applications, I have liked the option to see how many people are there and check your video/audio before joining the meeting.

Easier collaboration with all teams and customers. Ability to record and share later.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows you to host a free meeting with your colleagues, students and friends. And with premium it allows to use a full pack of features which makes it stand out from all the other video conferencing platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
But the only con is that it only allows you to host a free meeting for 40 mins then you've to arrange a meeting again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the covid times, all the businesses were impacted badly and shut down so for collaboration for the meetings, sessions and seminars organizations adopted these video conferencing apps to resolve their problem and keep running the business. It is helpful to collaborate with the team while working from home following all the covid restrictions.
A free, non restrictive, user friendly video conferencing software
What do you like best about the product?
That you can use it even if you don't install, very user friendly to join any video conference. No need to sign up, you can just go and join the call. No much of a security check needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI designed is not too much user friendly. Sometimes you don't know who is talking as the signs are diff than other conventional chat program. Worst is, 1 min before the call, it will ask you to join install which is kind of confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't have to worry about any paid siftwares, its encrypted and can be integrated with calendars. Little tricky UI but with the features that we can avail are pretty satisfactory.

What do you like best about the product?
I used zoom and my best task was that it has its own whiteboard and draw tool. While Google meet has not their own. Also to use that we need to install jamboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom uses too big memory while on meeting. So, it uses high battery power even our camera and sound is off. Also if we connect/disconnect with Bluetooth between meeting breaks voice and have to join meeting again.

Don't know but seems like they stopped their development

I started using zoom this year for my online classes and it helps me a lot. Zoom has amazing features of screen sharing, and screen recording and gives you perfect video quality with a good voice.Zoom is user-friendly, you can conduct your meetings from anywhere anytime.

The only thing I dislike is You can't control and delete unwanted comments on your live meetings, they should improve their live streaming audience unwanted commenting.

As a freelancer Zoom helps me to arrange meetings online with my overseas clients. Zoom is the best choice for business meetings because you can also record your meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
Less Interenet Data consuming and Less computer memory with Hasslefree usability with simple UI design which do not confuse users in different options and smooth meeting experience even in slow speed as compared from other competitors such as teams, webex, etc
What do you dislike about the product?
Lacks some of advanced features such as adding up of contacts and instant messaging feature for which organisation has to depend on other rivals such as teams and slack.

Zoom is solving problem where most of the meeting application require high and stable speed for smooth ongoing but zoom manages to work smoothly even in slow speed without any buffering even in hardest disruptions.
For remotly located users who do not have promising good internet speed on the go for all time they can go with zoom as it also consumes less data with speed and will be affordable in usability.
