Couldn't Have Survived...
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows us to put a human touch on a remote meeting that would not be possible via a traditional phone call. It helped us weather the pandemic & is now a viable everyday option. Zoom is a vital part of our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the process of scheduling meetings very burdensome & all of the different dial-in options with all the different cities is simply not necessary & visually distracting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the onset of the pandemic, we all scattered to various locations around the planet. Zoom has allowed us all to stay in touch, see each other's faces & maintain some semblance of an office while being located in NYC, LA, Italy, & Georgia. With Zoom, our company culture is intact & actually makes real face to face meetings even more special.

What do you like best about the product?
We loved the way Zoom integrated into our business. We were able to set up a Zoom room to better the efficiency of getting logged into meetings and getting things going.
What do you dislike about the product?
We didn't find anything difficult to set up or adjust. Some of the instructions for setting up the zoom room took some digging into to make sure everything was working properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are making the chat feature more intuitive and easy to navigate. They are updating the interface to accommodate easier navigation of the zoom client. Everything is working well and I am excited to see the next set of features.

What do you like best about the product?
Good connections, clear pictures and sound, typcially. Easy to use, so my clients are comfortable using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
On occasion, an attendee gets kicked off, can't hear, etc. Not sure if it's Zoom or their wifi, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to maintain an in-person feel, remotely, during COVID and beyond, which has greatly improved my practice and saved me time in commuting to my office daily.
Most user-friendly of all the conferencing apps
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is compatible with the widest range of outside tools. Most people know how to use it at a basic level and if they do not it is the easiest to onboard with people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more recording options -- audio-only or lower quality so conversion would be faster/easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom lowers the barrier to entry for video conferencing -- people that might not know much about it are easier to win over using Zoom. This has made remote work meetings much easier.
Love it! I have no complaints
What do you like best about the product?
I love the integration with my calendly account. This puts meetings with zoom links directly on my calendar and it's so convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have any negative feedback! I guess I dislike the "you're being recorded" notification - it sometimes requires explanation and that's annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I run a business that is completely virtual, so zoom is integral to our functioning.
I've never experienced a dropped call and it's easy to create customized meeting rooms quickly.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of scheduling and connectivity to my google calendar, which makes it even easier to invite others to my meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes other people are not using the same calendar services, which makes it harder to send out invites -- but that's only a minor inconvenience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As someone who works from home, it solves communication. It's easy to set up a meeting and start chatting with coworkers and clients ASAP!
Polished interface with great features
What do you like best about the product?
The integrated whiteboard is incredibly useful, especially with the recent update! I'm a math tutor and use the whiteboard all the time. There are also other apps that are very useful, such as the timer app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of that is ever an issue is that when multiple people are talking at once, Zoom seems to filter out all the voices except one. I want to hear everyone at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote work! Having meetings and clients from home is so effective because of Zoom.
New & Exciting Business Changes
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has allowed us to be flexible for our customers in a way we never could before. We are able to connect remotely and save our customers driving sometimes over an hour to meet with us!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only difficult thing is making multiple meetings work at a time on a business account. We need to use the account for multiple buyers at once and connecting with Caneldnly makes this hard to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Logistics for our customers of saving 2 hours of driving in some instances. We are allowing them the option to meet in person or on Zoom and it's a huge time and gas saver!
Good platform for small business virtual meetings
What do you like best about the product?
The cost is reasonable for the options I need as a small business owner. I like being able to have automated reminder emails go out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything, it really does work very well and is widely used so my clients don't complain about having to download anything else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to meet face to face with clients all over the country without the need to travel.

What do you like best about the product?
The break-out rooms and recording features. The waiting room is helpful also.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing right now. Maybe support sometimes. Support takes some time, and it would be better to have a chat function to get a representative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtual services and programs. we never had that capability until now!
