What do you like best about the product?
zoom is great for connecting with others remotely, offering clear video and audio quality to facilitate smooth communication. It's convenient and user-friendly, making it easy to join meetings or catch up with friends and family from anywhere

Some potential drawbacks of using zoom are security concerns, such as the possibility of unauthorized access to meetings, as well as privacy issues related to data collection and sharing. Some users may also experience some technical issues or glitches depending on their on internet connection or device compatibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has facilitated remote collaboration and communication among team members who may be located in different geographic locations. It enables virtual meetings, presentations and coferences, which can improve productivity and efficiency by reducing the need to travel and allowing for flexible work arrangements. Zoom also helps business save costs associated with renting physical meeting spaces.

What do you like best about the product?
I have lots of work as an HR/Recruiter. So, I have to manage all the meetings and interviews and the best thing about Zoom meetings is that we can easily do meetings on Zoom. I can do 2-3 meetings in Zoom daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are lots of errors and we face lag issues apart from that all things are good. It is easy to use and they have having good customer support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have lots of roles and responsibilities as an HR/recruiter so there are some points below:
1. Easy to schedule meetings.
2. Easy to make Business Scheduling.
3. It is very helpful to have a meeting on an urgent basis and that will be beneficial for us.

Perfect platform for Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the best app for meetings , training sessions and for interaction with employees. Its a user friendly and efficient app. The captions , emojies , access to choose different background is an add on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the zoom recordimg turns out to be a little slow or contains glitch.But overall a good app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has made connecting with collegues a lot easy.now for any issues we can share the screen on call and discuss the problem. it has also made learning easy as virtual classroom helps in learining.

When I was using the free version, I used to experience disruption when making video calls due to unexpected hanging after 40 minutes.

Confined and user friendly platform for sharing ideas and information in social and corporate world. Best feature is smooth Video calls, additionally: Team chat, AI companion, VoIP phone system, appointment scheduler.

Zoom is one of the best software for video conferencing. we can eaily connect with our team members with both audio and video conferencing. we can conduct meeting immediately and as per schedule.easy to do presentation by sharing our screen with team members.
