All-in-One Collaboration Powerhouse for Enterprises

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is in one place. It has the necessary functions to join and run meetings, supports good cross-company collaboration, and offers a nice before-and-after meeting flow. It also includes admin features and is enterprise-ready.
What do you dislike about the product?
Chat can sometimes feel secondary compared with dedicated tools, and getting notifications tuned the way I want takes some effort. Search can be hit-or-miss, and knowledge tends to sprawl over time, which makes it harder to find the right information quickly. Meetings can also start to feel like overload. Performance varies depending on the machine and network, and the plan/add-on structure feels more complex than it needs to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Less app switching, better continuity, easier collaboration with outsiders, and simpler IT with fewer accounts to manage.

Exceptional for Large Meetings and Reliable in Low Network Areas

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is designed for hosting meetings or sessions with a large number of participants, and in my experience, it performs better than MS Teams when it comes to managing such events. Also, the stability of Zoom is quite good in places having low or poor network coverage. Ease of joining meetings as guests which require minimal login.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom primarily centers on facilitating meetings and conferences, which means it does not offer the same level of integration with productivity tools as MS Teams does. Typically, people turn to Zoom when they need to host sessions, while MS Teams is more commonly used for official work-related tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my organization, we typically use Zoom for meetings with external stakeholders or when hosting sessions for a large number of participants. Zoom works well for these situations, as I have noticed that MS Teams tends to lag when there are many people in a meeting. Another benefit of using Zoom is that it allows people from outside the organization to join meetings as guests easily, while MS Teams requires them to log in and authenticate before they can participate.

All-in-One Collaboration Made Effortless

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom Workspace because it brings meetings, chat, and collaboration into one simple place, making teamwork faster, clearer, and more connected whether I’m working remotely or in the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
I appreciate Zoom’s reliability and the range of features it offers. However, I sometimes find the workspace a bit cluttered, as the settings and options are distributed in a way that can make navigation and efficient customisation take a little extra time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solves several key problems that are especially relevant in the third sector, where budgets are often tight and teams are spread across different locations.

One major problem Zoom Workplace addresses is the high cost and logistical challenge of in-person meetings. Travel expenses, venue hire, and time spent commuting can quickly drain limited resources. By enabling reliable virtual meetings, Zoom allows organisations to connect staff, volunteers, partners, and beneficiaries without these added costs. This helps ensure that more funding and time can be directed toward core mission activities rather than overheads.

Zoom Workplace also solves the challenge of collaboration across distance. Many third-sector organisations work with remote teams, part-time staff, trustees, and external partners. Zoom’s video meetings, chat, and screen-sharing features make it easier to collaborate, make decisions, and stay aligned, even when people cannot be in the same physical space.

Another problem it addresses is accessibility and flexibility. Zoom allows people to join meetings from different devices and locations, making participation easier for those with caring responsibilities, disabilities, or limited ability to travel. This inclusivity strengthens engagement and helps organisations draw on a wider range of voices and expertise.

For me, Zoom Workplace is beneficial because it enables effective communication while keeping expenses low. It allows our organisation to meet regularly, respond quickly to issues, and maintain strong working relationships without the financial strain of frequent travel or physical meetings. As a result, we can operate more efficiently and focus our limited resources on creating positive social impact.

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's all in one collaboration experience. It's reliable video meetings, instant message option, file sharing regardless of location. Additionally, it's interface is intuitive and the option for keeping notes is a great add-on. Also, I have never experienced it's server going down.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it requires and lot of system resources and in addition to that the pricing for addition features is very high. Also it does not allow bulk messaging which could be great help if added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's all - in platform like texting outside organization and video conferencing within organization is great. I don't have to use multiple platforms which waste the time. The notes feature is great, as it helps takes notes on the go while on call with my candidates.

What do you like best about the product?
This platform is incredibly easy to use, and both the audio and video are consistently reliable. I appreciate having meetings, chat, and scheduling all integrated in one place, as it really streamlines my daily workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the app offers some valuable features, it's important to note that certain functionalities are restricted to paid plans. Additionally, I have found that the application can become somewhat sluggish during extended meetings or when used on less powerful systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace addresses the challenge of fragmented communication by integrating meetings, chat, and scheduling within a single platform. This has helped me remain connected with my team, save time, and collaborate more efficiently, which is particularly valuable when working remotely.
