What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the stable video quality that Zoom Workplace offers, as it ensures that I don't encounter any issues during meetings. This consistency is crucial as it allows for seamless communication and a more productive meeting experience. Additionally, I find the chat features to be very beneficial. They are particularly handy for engaging with participants during a session. Compared to other apps like WhatsApp, Zoom Workplace delivers superior video conferencing capabilities, which makes it my preferred choice for professional meetings. The chat option further enhances interaction and collaboration, making Zoom Workplace a valuable tool in my day-to-day work environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that sometimes the platform is not very user-friendly, especially in the beginning. I often got lost trying to navigate the settings or figure out how to set things up. Initially, without much guidance, it was a challenge to adapt to the interface and settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace for work meetings, which is crucial during the pandemic when going to the office is challenging. It provides stable video quality and chat features, enhancing virtual collaboration compared to other apps like WhatsApp.
Great File Sharing and No Time Limits, But Heavy on System Resources
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can share files in the chat and that the chat now saves if the zoom is recorded. I also like that there's no time cut off with zoom workplace accounts

i hate that it takes a lot of ram and space on my computer and often crashes my computer due to size and space issues

Zoom allows for virtual meetings which has completely revolutionized my workflow, schedule, time management and productivity!

What do you like best about the product?
The Zoom Rooms and Events feature has become essential for supporting hybrid work environments. I also appreciate the workplace analytics, which provide valuable productivity insights. Having chat, calling, meetings, and whiteboard tools all integrated in one platform makes collaboration much more seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many of the chat features feel outdated compared to Slack and Microsoft Teams. Additionally, most AI functionalities are only accessible to paying users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform minimizes the need to switch between different tools, as it brings together meetings, chat, phone, calendar, email, documents, and a whiteboard all in one place. Sharing screenshots and passing remote control are both seamless experiences.

I find Zoom Workplace incredibly convenient and easy to use, which makes it a go-to solution for my work meetings and yoga classes. I especially appreciate how it allows me to communicate effortlessly through quick calls, facilitating both short and long meetings with minimal hassle. The process to set up Zoom Workplace was straightforward, and this simplicity has continued to be a defining feature throughout my use. One of the standout benefits is the ability to adjust meetings for multiple participants, which is particularly advantageous during our yoga sessions where having multiple participants on the call simultaneously is incredibly beneficial. Additionally, the fact that Zoom Workplace is not overly expensive adds to its appeal as a practical communication tool for various needs.

I don't like the shortened duration of the free meetings offered by Zoom Workplace. Additionally, I find the lag time during calls to be an issue, as it can disrupt the flow of communication.

Now, as a healthcare recruiter, I rely on Zoom Workplace to conduct meetings with heads of departments, project managers, and healthcare candidates I am sourcing and staffing for my company. One thing I particularly appreciate is how easy it was to set up and use Zoom Workplace from the beginning. The functionality is straightforward, and features are easy to access, making the entire user experience seamless. In terms of daily work, the screen sharing feature on Zoom Workplace stands out to me as the best among all vendors. It works flawlessly without any lag, which is crucial during video conferences. Additionally, the in-app messaging feature allows easy communication while engaging in video calls, making it extremely beneficial for maintaining fast communication with my bosses whenever there are issues or problems to solve. Overall, Zoom Workplace provides me with the efficient communication tools that are essential for my role, thereby making it a vital application in my lineup.

I find it challenging to change the background in Zoom Workplace. Even though the feature seems to exist, I haven't been able to figure it out. I believe it should be easier to change the background to a more professional setting, especially if one is not in an ideal environment.

As a scholar, Zoom has been an incredibly valuable tool for recording and transcribing interviews for data collection. One of its greatest advantages I find Zoom especially valuable because its audio recordings and auto generated transcripts are synchronized making it easier to follow along. More importantly, Zoom enables users to edit the auto-generated transcript as they listen, which helps produce clearer, more accurate data for analysis.

This can make it difficult for the presenter to navigate features such as built-in polls or managing breakout rooms efficiently.
