Best video calling app
What do you like best about the product?
The best part are the filters, Even you are sitting anywhere you can apply any filter blur the background, apply some other place good background and it becomes very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much I dislike, it's like it's slow sometimes and required a good internet connection always to connect. The speed usually gets slow sometimes when best internet not connected
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So, the best part is I can connect with anyone who is from s different world. We can connect talk over the video call , Smile together that's what a person need in work from home.

A Decent Video conference app
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is pretty much straightforward to use.
During this pandemic time, it provides all the necessary functions like video calls, voice calls, screen sharing and a whiteboard for meetings and presentations.
I can easily connect from my phone and can efficiently switch different devices without leaving and rejoining the meetings.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only downside is the 40 min restriction in the Free plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well it helps me to connect with my client on a daily basis with great audio and video quality thus helps in doing my work virtually.
Seamless way to to have a virtual meeting
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes virtual meetings more interactive almost to mimmick a real face to face meeting

The buffering at times and the limit place on the free version

Zoom supports virtual meeting with the current wave of work from home, businesses are able to run because people can collaborate and work through zoom
Great way for virtual conferences
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can all meet online. It's great for big meetings where we could not all be in person.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every once in awhile someone who is not supposed to be on zoom will join us and say bad things. We are password protected, but I may need to implement work login to join our meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the problem of needing everyone to be at work at once. Our conference room is small and being able to join virtually ensures everyone can attend.

The whole system . The levels of options available . The ability to connect with vast audiuence easily. best managed camera and audio setting and sharing options are excellent

The need for app for most of the people. It is little techologically complex for use with common no so tech friendly people. the addons and webinar plans are quite expensive

Zoom helped with build an axtensive connect with my patients , via zoom meetings , via streaming options , via webinar solutions. It has helped bridge the distance gap and connected us ditally

ITs 40 MInutes capping for free clasess.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its allow to record meeting for later on memory, allow share screen, its allow us to take meeting where u r only need internet connection
Best video conferencing platform for organising webinars
What do you like best about the product?
I love the webinar feature. So easy to organise it and have a large audience. Also for video calls, the feature of adjusting the tiles of people with video on, and feature to adjust the size of screen share and video participants is amazing. Most of the features are very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
One pain point is that to join any zoom call, it is necessary to download the zoom app. For simple webinars where a lot of features are not required for audience, they should be able to join it using browser. Seen a dropoff in attendees when shifted to zoom from google meet due to this one big reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for internal meetings with large attendees and also for organizing webinars. Most of the meetings are recorded so having a recording feature is a must for us.
Easy and convenient app
What do you like best about the product?
Among all video calling apps, I found this app very easy and convenient to use for professional and personal video calls as well as conference meetings. It has different background-changing themes and has good security.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires improvement in video and voice quality to have a better experience. Also, improve personalization in-app and make it more premium looks and also more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Still, I did not find any problem, but yes there is some available. And if there is any improvement which I mentioned in my dislike comment then yes it will help more.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike a such however I would appreciate if this Interface was slightly more interactive. Zoom has an App Store that provides a lot of app plugins and we can use those for some on the add-on features but I would appreciate if Zoom would provide these features without any plug-ins
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the problem of scheduling video conferences with clients and within team members. Secondly it's also solves the issue of having to navigate multiple links and channels and it integrates all my calls in one interface which is very easy to read.
Exceptional Video conferencing Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature about zoom is the hand reactions and gesture which one can raise and put across which i don't think is possible in other VC's available. The view of participants is also amazing and one can search the list easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
For zoom basic versions, the limit of meetings is set to 40 mins, which i feel is quite less and should be increased to maybe like an hour or so. It throws out the people post exact 40 mins.

Zoom is helping the business meets of talking to various clients and internal meets on day to day basis. Interacting with people, using virtual backgrounds etc is quite easy and helpful.
