Using Zoom for years
What do you like best about the product?
I used the zoom app in the final year of my Master's degree at Bangalore university for online classes. The audio quality was good, with an option to chat as well to share important info.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about zoom. As far as I remember, I just noticed an issue with the audio when the video was on. but that was probably because of the internet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During COVID-19, using Zoom was the only way we had to continue with our classes. It made work from home and online classes a reality not just for me, but for many others.

Zoom - A perfect online meeting tool
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very easy to login and user friendly. Everyone can share their data and screen with everyone present in the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Video quality during meeting can be improved. Permission system can be changed to enter in the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping in bringing all employees together without coming to office physically. It is benifitting me in working from anywhere.
A wonderful video conference app that can replace Google Meet and Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom had the easiest interface to use and the best part would be that everyone can use it even without creating an account.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limit of time for personal meetings of 2-3 people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meetings can be scheduled anytime across times zones faster than Google meets. Also integrates well with the current ecosystem.

What do you like best about the product?
Whats best is that it is easy and can be used for official and personal use both. I have been using it for interviews, meetings and personal call as well. Never faced any network issue or any kind of technical issue. It work smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dont like is the claims that it is not safe on the part of privacy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has been helping people all around the world connectimg people on a work as well as personal basis. It has been a major helping part during the tough time of Covid-19.

We can add unlimited participants who can participate and name lectures interactive. Also features makes lecture student friendly.

Zoom for business analysis
What do you like best about the product?
- Zoom rules are easy to explaim even to people who aren't too acquainted with computers. Greatly integrates with Calendly and Google Calendar; however, that's a bit harder to explain to other people. Even better with Dropbox, Salesforce and Zapier.
- Encrypted calls. You may confirm you are adding a person to the conference if needed.

What do you dislike about the product?
- When you're running an event, it's complex to moderate users' comments on the go. People often tend to see them first before they are deleted.
- You need to pay extra for 1080p and 4k calls. Not everyone from standard users has this type of accounts.
- When switching from one account to another on a mobile, an app may give a message that an unknown error occured. You just can't switch accounts in a timely manner. And when it happens, support is slow to respond.
- You have to download a separate app and can't run a Zoom call from a browser.
- Sometimes cloud files go way beyond 1Gb.
- Would have preferred if it was possible to record calls both to the cloud and on the device from which the call is done for.
- You need to pay extra for 1080p and 4k calls. Not everyone from standard users has this type of accounts.

Zoom makes easy to calldifferent people while maintaining confidentiality. You may be showing what's going on your screen and even do a bit of streaming if your connection quality is good enough.
user experience of Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a superb platform where multiple persons can digitally meet & interact with or without video. After the pandemic for my daily meetings, I need to engage with Zoom call where there are more than 40 employees engaging and interacting where we use to meet physically everything changed into this new digital way to interact. It has great features like we can screen share on it and do several presentations. zoom really helped me in getting in touch with my organization and my team without it it was kind of impossible to work.
What do you dislike about the product?
there are no such things which I don't like about it but I would like to mention one thing that some screen sharing option doesn't work and it really pity situation and people start complaining that they can't see the presentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has helped me a lot with working remotely from the office since I was an operation manager handling over 90 staff in my team and it was really important to connect to make connections with them. There were also superiors to whom we report that meetings presentations whole thing came on zoom call at that time. Zoom also helped me to connect from my cell phone my home is in the village network was bad but I can still have conversations from zoom call although it was only possible when switched it to audio-only.

Only 40 minutes time limit. Zoom should work over it and make enterprise version payable but personal use should be free

Whenever i had meeting with clients i needed to look for anydesk or teamviewer which always run in background and eats a lot of ram. Now with zoom i can quit only after my meetings

Zoom provides a wide range of functionality like sharing large files over the chat along with a very good interface which is very attractive and easy to use for beginner also

For non-subscription user who is not taking paid license, there is a time limit for it some new feature should be added in the whiteboard to make the tool more attractive

Zoom provides better quality video and meeting conferencing tool that heps people to connect at one platform without any user restriction if we have paid subscription license
A professional video meet app for businesses
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is significantly better than any of its closest competitors. It provides the best video quality and many options to make you more presentable even in a dim light setting. The breakout rooms feature of Zoom is particularly helpful when you are organizing large events online.
What do you dislike about the product?
Starting or Inviting someone into a Zoom meeting is a little bit slow. Nevertheless, the performance during a meet is seamless. During slow Internet, Zoom lags a bit when compared to G Meet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps us arrange Business meetings and events over the Internet. It works great even with hundreds of participants. The breakout room feature makes these events more interesting as it allows users to create mini-meetings inside the main meeting.
