Zoom Makes It Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that zoom makes it easy and efficient to meet via conferencing. It has all the features to make the video conference run smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish closed captioning came with every plan. It is helpful when collaborating with various individuals from all over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have meetings throughout our business and it makes it easy to share screens, collaborate, and conduct presentations. It has really helped to work together from remote locations and be productive.

Es una plataforma para reuniones muy interactiva e inteligente ya que puedes manejar a un grupo de personas con bastante facildad, se puede hacer salones en la misma reunion

el no agendar distintas reuniones para llegar a un objetivo especifico, haces salones y colocas al numero de empleado necesario y se puede trabajar por separado en la misma reunion

Zoom is considered as an easy platform due to ease of use and user friendly interface.
The platform is easy to navigate making it accessible to all. It has wide range of features like screen sharing, virtual backgroud, recoring capabilities etc. It allows users to join meetings from laptop, moblie phones,tablets seamlessly

What do you dislike about the product?
There are view technical glitches which I have experienced such as audio or video lag , connectivity issues. Also, it comes with limitations on meeting duration and participant count

Zoom helped to connect globally, breaking down geographical barriers. It helps to operate in international market or having a gloabal customer base.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to lock down the login and room controls in general. Additionally having the auto answer allows the device to be in a secure place for public use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setup can be a bit difficult when first starting out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a place that Inmates could meet with their attorney in private per client/attorney priveledge. Have the device being set to auto answer and securely located, protects the device and keeps the inmate from being able to access the device and possibily get it to do something they are not allowed to do while they are not monitored.
