Security and The Quality of calls , Basically I am more concerned about security to be Honest, Because I have Rejected 3 different vendors because they were not following security parameters, But zoom done all

Pricing is very high , for 9 License cost is 16k + Dollars which is not that justifiable

Suzhou basically allowed me to call directly over VOIP which was my first key point second when I have used the zoom works place I have got a good amount of quality plus recordings and everything which is actually being needed and the limitations are over like 40 minute limitation is over so that was a good thing for me as it using Zoom works place because like sometimes Google meet goes and or other solution goes and so yeah

What do you like best about the product?
It really help us taking virtual classes for the students, it helps us to connect with the students world wide. Ease to use and implementation and good customer support in the paid version. We use it frequently for classes and it has number of features like, screen sharing, board usage

Sometime it lags and in the free version it only allows you to have a meeting for 45 mins, so it is always better to use the paid version

What do you like best about the product?
I use it for giving training and demo of my software. The best thing is i can make my invites as a host and ask for the remote access. It makes it very easy to work remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't such thing that i dislike. But when ever we start a meeting from a meeting link it ask me to download the app and if i already have a app then also it asks me from where to join the meeting. It should choose by itself and start the meeting.

We are a saas company and we need to give demo and training virtually. Zoom helps a lot in that and make the process seamless. It fullfills my need in my sales process.

One downside of Zoom Workplace is that the sheer number of features and notifications can sometimes feel overwhelming. It often takes a while to learn how to adjust and personalize the settings to minimize distractions. Furthermore, having chats, channels, and meetings all integrated in one platform can occasionally make it more difficult to quickly find previous conversations or files.

Zoom Workplace has significantly improved my communication with colleagues, allowing me to connect quickly through meetings or chat without unnecessary delays or misunderstandings. I also appreciate how having all the necessary tools in one platform saves time, as I no longer need to juggle multiple apps or constantly switch contexts. The shared channels and meeting spaces are especially helpful for keeping everyone aligned, making it easy for the team to stay updated with files, decisions, and important information. Additionally, Zoom Workplace supports my need for flexibility, enabling me to collaborate effectively whether I am working remotely, in the office, or on the move, without being restricted to a single location.
