Nothing Compares to Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
The quality of the video and audio on Zoom is better than anything else out there and the fact that the quality is just as high on a mobile device is what makes Zoom the can't miss, affordable, video conferencing platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I appreciate that Zoom stepped up their security because the Zoom bombing was detrimental to a lot of organizations but the security makes it hard for first time users to smoothly join video calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Post-Covid, Zoom allows my team to have meetings when not everyone can be present. It has allowed us to not all be on site and still have clear and consistent communication.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and ability to communicate across the globe.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the sound is very quiet without headphones and it is fixable but I'm not sure why the auto sound option isn't loud speaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I live in a small-ish town. Zoom allows me to reach my audience from far outside the reach a brick and mortar could attain.
Great Platform for Video - Missing Webinar Features
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been extremely valuable in helping host webinars and virtual meetings with clients. I like how easy it is to integrate with just about every app out there and quality during meetings have never dropped. I would highly recommend to any business - large or small. Way better than using Teams or Google Meet.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use Zoom for webinars but it feels like the tool is a bit outdated. The customization options for branding emails is limited and not very user friendly. Seems like it fails in comparison to other webinar platforms like ON24.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly webinars. We use it a ton for hosting large-group webinars for our clients. We stopped using it for internal meetings because Google stepped up Google Meet but this has become the primary platform for sales/outside folks.
Easy to use!!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it enables me to screen share. It's also easy to setup meetings in a pinch from both the app as well as the outlook plug-in.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to be able to record my meeting sessions if at all possible so I can refer back to the discussion at a later date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing me to connect with businesses throughout the country as well as the world that are necessary for me to function in my capacity. Thereby eliminating the gap that travel restrictions create.
Excellent service for a non-profit
What do you like best about the product?
Improvements in features keep coming, tech support is always good, non-profit pricing, ability to customize and lock-down camera square placements,
What do you dislike about the product?
Multiple accounts are expensive, double-factor authentication is onerous for multiple users on a single account, can't speak into breakout rooms
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Covid precautions alternative, digital recordings of conferences, the ability to broadcast music in stereo (simultaneous with speaking)
It Just Works
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Zoom compared to the alternatives is that it simply works. No matter what firewalls are in place or restrictions a company has, Zoom works. It's simple to use and far more co-operative than alternatives.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like stronger collaboration features in the product over time, and things like an easy way to split the whiteboard and the presentation (so I could easily whiteboard on my iPad).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use and connection. When I am presenting a class or doing a business call I don't want to spend ten minutes troubleshooting at the start of every call.
Best Platform for Internal & External Communication among Teams
What do you like best about the product?
We use Zoom for internal chat and messaging among our team all day every day. We also use it for meetings with clients. I love the versatility of an all-in-one platform that's so widely adopted in the business community!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Zoom is the limits on features for hosting virtual trainings without paying a hefty licensing fee per event.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team works remotely, in four different cities, so Zoom helps us stay connected and get more accomplished without having to pick up the phone or use personal text messaging to ask quick questions. It makes us feel more connected, just like if we were an in-person team.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has good screen-sharing options and it allows the host to configure privacy options. The live chatting feature and other options to easily integrate with your calendar is a big plus. Zooms options for in class learning is great. You can riase your hand, provide different inputs for the host to connect with the students. This can be used in breakout groups, or screensharing with a poiner. Marking up your screen and much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom somtimes likes to break up and cause choppy video. This could be due to poor internet connection but I have stable internet. Another issues with the teams application I have noticed is the lack of instant messaging. Something you can do in Mircosoft Teams is send a quick chat to another user to conversate on something. This isn't something we can access or well adopted. To get the most out of Zoom you need to pay for a license. The pro licenses can get quiet expensive. This is why we have a limited number of licenses in our organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for team collaboration and meetings for people who are not on site, along with other vendors. The ability to easily conduct an interview, or collobate with others is a massive plus.
A great video tool for organized events
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has a ton of functionality, especially on advanced event management such as Q&A, polling, ticketing, and event registration. It's something that everyone is familiar with and therefore is great for large events.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom is quite resource intensive and doesn't function on lower end laptops. It has difficulty launching on some devices it isn't nearly as simple to join as a Google Meet link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is great for large scale events where Google Meet and other video platforms fall short. It's organized in a way that we can easily moderate large groups of people.

I can record easily and share my meetings with the people I work with. I can conduct group business if necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sound quality should be more updated and higher quality. Either for performing a song or even just general speaking.

I can connect with people all over the world for my work if necessary.
