What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about zoom is that you can schedule your meeting at any time, and execute it. It has many features so that the meeting organizer can control meetings in their way and you can also stream the meeting with different platforms. It is completely free to use, and it's user interface is also very interactive.
What do you dislike about the product?
As we know that everything has its advantages and disadvantages, there is lot of security concern while using zoom and the other thing is that it lacks many security features if we want our camera off then if by mistake it is own and we are on the other window then it have to give warning or notify us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is one of the best used application in the covid period and it evolves the way of taking meeting, student classes, tution, online with its excellent features. The zoom help me lot, my university used zoom for conducting the online classes in lockdown, and I also connected with my friends with the help of zoom.

le soucis avec zoom, est qu'avec une faible connexion, il est difficile de communiquer.

problème de proximité avec les clients . plus besoin de dépenser enormement avant de rentrer en contact avec mes clients les plus éloignés.

It is one of the best video conferencing app that I have used in my 20 year long career
What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which I can record the sessions for later use and the great clarity and compatibility with other devices. It is very easy to hold multiple meetings and the availability of breakout rooms helps in separating the groups I want to speak to separately
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs a higher bandwidth when it comes to the internet as compared to other competitors in the market. I am saying this because it is an issue for some of my team members who stay in a remote area and the network connectivity is not that great

I work with a team that handles projects in remote and rural areas. Zoom is the platform that helps me stay in touch and pass on the updates and deadlines to my team members so that the desired output is met.

I will recommend all the business owners and people in management use zoom for video conferencing and subscribe to it. This is a great help to your organization especially if your employees and team members are working from home

What do you like best about the product?
There are many things I like about Zoom, it always gets me out of trouble for urgent meetings, I can organize meetings with my coworkers and according to their availability, I like that I can record the meetings and save them in the cloud because this serves as a basis for organizing future projects and plans according to the ideas raised in the meeting. Another thing I like about this software is that you can share the screen and allows other people to view what I am doing, a very innovative remote access.
In addition, I can use a timer that pauses the meeting and after the added time the meeting restarts automatically, this is something that I and my coworkers like because we can take a break and then continue working. Also, you can make signs and they are activated on the screen, and I can dismiss or postpone the meeting with just one button, without much protocol.

What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom works very well, but from my point of view it should improve certain things like:
1. Screen sharing does not allow others to demonstrate the screen they are sharing with you, such as annotating, pointing, or flipping.
2. First the meeting starts and then you can make all the notifications, this should be before the start of the meeting.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have obtained many benefits thanks to Zoom, I am more connected with my coworkers, we have improved work plans because we have dedicated more time to it, I can keep up with all the things of the company and I have dedicated more time to my home because now I can do a remote job. I can also make a presentation to improve workplace communication, this makes it more dynamic and effective.
In addition, due to the workload, sometimes I travel a lot to other countries, therefore, through this software, I am always aware of the company, of all the projects to be carried out and of the daily tasks, thanks to Zoom I cover all my work at the perfection. Security concerns for the host for example if the host didn't enable a password it will affect the attendee, Too many advertisements and popups in the middle of the meetings, Nonexpandable white dashboard

Zoom is easy to use and has a variety of options for both smaller, interactive meetings and larger webinars. It is an extremely reliable platform and feels high quality compared to other platforms of this type.

The customer service needs to be improved. It is difficult to reach someone at Zoom, and when I do, they are not always knowledgeable. We end up fixing issues ourselves internally because zoom is unable to help with their own platform and products.

Zoom enables our Board Members and volunteers to meet easily even though we are spread out across the state. It also enables us to collaborate easily on projects.

What I most like about zoom is how easy to use it is, it is the most practical tool that I have today. I have to use it all day long and it is always so intuitive

What i feel less useful is the extension that is compatible with google Chrome i don't find it very practical during the day because there is not a Quick dial choice

What's most helpful about Zoom is its simplicity. Its features are very user-friendly to all. Even if one has never used zoom before, he or she can manage zoom.

What is least helpful about zoom is that it doesn't give all members equal access during conference calls. Hence, it can be improved by giving everyone the ability to do more.

Zoom is solving the office crisis. Due to the pandemic that took over the world for the past 2 years, zoom was there for those who work in the office that were not able to go to the office.

It's excellent for demonstrations and training sessions but also works well as our phone system. We now use Zoom for most of our outbound external contact with our clients. We've found that Zoom is better for screen share activities than Teams, which is one of the most critical aspects of our sessions.
We've linked Zoom to Calendly for our demonstration booking system so that our clients can easily book sessions without the back and forth via phone or email. We've also linked Zoom with Fathom for better demonstration and training session recording.

What do you dislike about the product?
Though there are many 3rd party add-ons to Zoom, the need for them can be slightly frustrating. Especially when you need to manage multiple systems rather than have it all in one place. It's also not as good for internal team messaging and calls, which means that we use Teams for internal use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves multiple problems in our business. Firstly, it's our phone system, which has made home working much easier than using our previous locally hosted VOIP system. Secondly, it's the main point of contact for our clients, be that a Sales, Implementation, or Support function.
