Zoom Workplace excels in combining ease of use with powerful features. I appreciate how video meetings, team chat, whiteboards, and calendar tools are integrated into one platform; it simplifies daily workflows and reduces the need for multiple apps. The setup is straightforward, and the interface is intuitive even for new users. I also value the frequent updates and responsive customer support, which help teams stay productive and connected. It’s a tool I use regularly, and its flexibility makes it ideal for async and hybrid work environments.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Zoom Workplace is feature-rich, its interface can feel cluttered, especially when navigating between chat, meetings, and whiteboards. Notifications across channels may require manual tuning to avoid overload. Some features, like Zoom Scheduler or AI Companion, aren’t immediately accessible without extra setup or premium plans, which can slow down implementation for smaller teams. Integration with external tools is decent but could be more seamless. I’ve also found that customer support varies depending on the issue, and clearer onboarding for new features would improve the experience.

The platform’s reliability and ease of use mean I can focus more on impact and less on troubleshooting tech.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has many useful features, and I use some of the most important ones to make my work more effective. Its ease of use and ability to integrate with different systems help me attend important meetings and complete online tasks from anywhere. It feels almost like being in a face-to-face meeting, where I can easily ask and answer questions, share my screen, and explain my work clearly. Their customer support is also very helpful and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I face technical issues when I try to ask a question or talk to my colleagues. Even after unmuting my microphone, it doesn’t work properly, which creates problems during meetings. I’ve also experienced similar issues when I host meetings and give access to others to present their work — they sometimes face the same microphone problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me assign my work more effectively because, during meetings, I can clearly understand the client’s requirements directly. This allows me to complete tasks with greater accuracy and to explain the main tasks and subtasks properly to my team members so that we can achieve our goals efficiently. It’s also beneficial because I don’t need to visit the client’s office for meetings — especially when the client is in another city or country. Zoom helps me overcome this challenge easily.
User-Friendly Setup, Needs Longer Call Duration
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Zoom Workplace for its simplicity and user-friendly setup which made getting started very straightforward. I am particularly fond of the Zoom Rooms feature, which is invaluable during large company calls as it allows us to break into smaller groups, making our discussions more focused and productive. This feature significantly enhances collaboration and has been a true benefit for our workflow. The ability to separate into groups during calls is a real highlight as it supports more productive and structured conversations within large teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how Zoom Workplace doesn't integrate with Google calendars in the same seamless way that Google Meet does. I find it inconvenient that Zoom meetings end abruptly after forty minutes when using free version, which disrupts my workflow. I wish it was bit longer

Zoom has solved the problem of not being able to meet with people in person due to where I live being so remote.
Seamless Integrations and Smart AI Features Make Calls Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
The best useful features for me are - 1. It's integration with different apps like google calendar and slack. This integration helps in scheduling calls very easily and also get a reminder before every call. 2. The new AI feature that gives transcript of the call. 3. Recording feature helps in keeping knowledge transfer sessions recorded, so I can refer it back whenever it is required.

Nothing i can think of as of now. Maybe some more backgrounds can be added.

The zome software is very easy to use that helps in scheduling calls very easily. Recording and screen sharing features also adds great value to the work.
Full of Features but Little bit Laggy
What do you like best about the product?
The various features that are in Zoom just fell me in love with it, and also the chats during meetings and when organizing a big meeting, then to switch off the mic and camera of participants.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little bit laggy, it may be because of my PC's processor, but I think it is not that much optimized because most of the other apps don't lag on my PC

It helps me in doing meetings easily and also the various amount of features in just 1 app just blown my mind
Best tool for online education purpose
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the best online video conferencing tool for online education. It feels like a classroom with useful tools like whiteboards, screen sharing and one can also share slides, pdfs and videos. For teachers and educators zoom is perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem is the 40 minute limit on group meetings in the free version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Interacting with students and fellow members is always problematic. With Zoom's tools like whiteboards, screen sharing and annotations group interactions gets better.
