What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about zoom is that available free in the market. You can also access it through your smartphone it's very user-friendly, UI is simple, and helps users to communicate effectively with their workforce. Along with this, you also have features like File sharing, Screen Sharing, and etc. Overall a very good conferencing tool and we are using it for the last 2 years and quite happy with the services.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe security is the biggest concern for us while using the zoom. In a free version, you only get 40 minutes of time for zoom meet then it will automatically get over. So it creates an interruption that's awful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In this pandemic, we suddenly started to use zoom a lot than before because everyone was working from home and to communicate with them the tool company chose was zoom. So on a daily basis, we use zoom for client meetings and internal meetings with our management and staff many times. It makes your life easy because for file sharing you just have to select a file that you want to share with others and click on the send button and you are done.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To all the corporate people who are looking for a free and easy to use conferencing tool go with a zoom that is what would suggest.

What do you like best about the product?
You can invite participants easily, it links to your Google Calendar and gives them the link through their invite. You can also switch the view of participants to be on speaker - or the full crowd so you can see everyone. Even if you don't have a Zoom account you can still use it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you have to change settings if you can't make it to a meeting and need to let participants in without the host. Also the backgrounds a little glitchy and don't cover the back completely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved working at home with a team all across the state. We are able to all meet together at once and have very productive meetings, using features like screen share to describe or show what we are talking about.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a bit expensive so I would recommend buying the multi-user one.

What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely easy to set up zoom meetings and even edit settings if necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I haven't really found anything I dislike with zoom. Never having used it before the COVID-19 lockdowns, it has proven to be very easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits are that you can set up a meeting in no time and add it invitees calendars for efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom everyday with all of my classes. What I like best is that I can see all my students at once and we can have a live lass as if it was in the real brick and mortar classroom. I like the hosting options as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
Many times I have had issues with Zoom not being so stable, but that might be because of so many people using the program all at once. I do not like the options available for the co-host of the meeting. I have a paired teacher with me in class and I really wish she had the same permissions to do things that I have to do as the host. Either she has to wait on me to allow things or direct things to happen within the Zoom platform or if I make her the host, I have to wait for her to unlock a feature. This is a huge disadvantage for me with using Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because of Zoom, I have resolved the problem of not being able to hold class sessions with my students. I meet with them every single day. I also have resolved the problem of not being able to serve my students with disabilities in small group settings. Because Zoom has breakout rooms, small group instruction has been made possible! I can also video ALL the classes. This is great!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Dive in and look at How T videos and absolutely make use of the support. Zoom is a great tool for anyone needing to conference - business, families, schools

What do you like best about the product?
From a user stand point it connects to quite a bit of our clients conferencing tools. It's fairly easy for our users to use.
From a tech stand point: It's easy to manage the users and the zoom rooms. "end to end encryption".
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really against zoom, but we have many clients and they use different conferencing tools that do not connect to zoom so we need to download the software for that conferencing software. It makes thing a bit more difficult when zoom is at the same level and Kleenex ( i have a zoom room. that's actually a google meet, Microsoft teams, GoToMeeting, bluejeans, etc.).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems: unable to have face-to-face meetings with staff and clients

Benefits: Being able to connect to staff and clients virtually to have a more personable relationship with our remote employees which aligns with our company views.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want a conferencing platform that is easy to use with fair prices for hardware deployments. Then Zoom is a good choice.
If you want to easily manage users and conference rooms. Zoom is for you.
If you want a conferencing software that allows users from 3rd party conference tools to join into a zoom room. Then Zoom is for you. Zoom has allowed to us to connect our staff and clients to zoom rooms even though they connected using a different software like Microsoft Teams.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to set up a Zoom meeting and to attend. The platform works well over different connection speeds, in a high speed network office setting and over slower speeds.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about it - it works very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems as of now. It has been great to use Zoom to get collaborators from multiple companies together and meet and share ideas and content.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just give it a try on your own before using it in a live meeting so you can get accommodated to how it works. Otherwise if you have used another platform before, Zoom should be pretty easy for you to figure out.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very easy and intuitive to use, even for individuals that are unfamiliar with video conferencing platforms. The user interface allows you to spotlight specific speakers for the entire participant list, which is useful when presenting a topic to a large group of people. The emoticon reactions also allow muted participants to give reactions and responses to questions posed by presenters. File sharing through the chat dialogue box is easy and allows attendees to share files with other participants. The speaker's ability to flip the call to presenter or speaker mode allows the interface to change and provide a dynamic platform on the fly.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the platform had additional UI features such as polling, it would provide another medium for participants to respond to presenters. Additionally, if there was an option to be logged into multiple user accounts (personal and business) for instance, and then selecting which profile you wanted to connect to a call, it would be a useful feature. Right now, if I login to our company Zoom account and someone is already using it on a call, it logs them out and disconnects them from the call they are on. For small businesses that only need 1 corporate account, sharing across users would be an intuitive and valuable resource
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom gives us a professional medium in which to host business calls and presentations with a low monthly overhead. It allows us to record meetings and save them to the cloud or export the files to our storage server for viewing later.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a conferencing platform for smaller calls, presentations or virtual classrooms, Zoom offers a great variety of features for a low monthly cost.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about zoom is the ability to log easily to be able to have a meeting, video conference, or even interview a potential candidate for a job position.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside to zoom is the ability to get connected and stay connected. It skips a lot and logs you out of your zoom room and you have to go and log back into it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems with zoom are getting connected and staying connected. I'm not sure if that is an internet connection or if it's a glitch in zoom. I have realized exactly how easy it is to connect with someone via video share and if you have to you can screen share and give them permission to take over your computer and have them help you with a computer problem if you have one. It's a great place to be able to interview people and have meetings since as of right now we can't meet in person.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just be prepared to have it kick you and out of the meeting and you have to log back in.
