Zoom is the best way to interact with each other during this pandemix
What do you like best about the product?
The ease and comfort level using Zoom has not changed. though the usage was more during the pandemic, the same still continues

Sound quality and internet lag needs to improve

i m organsining small office events and get togethers virtually with the help of Zoom , it has reduce distances between people

What do you like best about the product?
More recently we've been using the interactive presentation features during business meetings. We really like how they add to the collaborative process and allow sharing of ideas Frequently when doing training presentations, I'll have participants draw on the screen while in whiteboard mode.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't crash so much any more. Though sometimes video wont come up and you have to log in and out and fiddle with settings to get it working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I reach a lot more clients, customers, and coworkers while working from home. I have used Zoom to demonstrate or teach software tools and skills to clients and coworkers that work remotely. I have use it during home hours to play fun games with friends during the pandemic remotely. We would get 8 of us to sign in and play Jackbox or have happy hour, and other fun activities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have a high powered computer system with good video card to avoid crashes. If you have a big event, make sure you test out everyones setup in advance.
Great way to communicate and review documents
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, and sharing documents is very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any video program, it all depends on your Internet connection. If it is not very good, the quality will suffer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used this program throughout the pandemic when doing client intakes and consults. The program is easy to use, clients like it, and it allows us to review documents with clients very quickly. Sometimes reviewing documents (such as contracts) on Zoom sharing screens is easier than in-person reviews.
Zoom is Amazing
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the scheduling feature that has been added and the ability to switch devices mid call/meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not that I can think of. Lots of good improvements keep coming¡
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved the problem of having all of our communication in one place. We have the benefit of starting video meetings with the click of a button!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Zoom has done a great job combining the communication of Phone, Chatting, Texting and Meeting all in one place. All of these features work together seamlessly.
We love the ability to be able to work anywhere with the ability of the Zoom App. I can now call my customers through my Zoom app and it shows the company number, not my personal number.
We also do a lot of screensharing. Often I am talking with someone and need to show them my screen. With one click of a button, I am in a meeting and then I can share my screen.
Texting is now a feature. We don't use it, but it is nice to have the capability if you want to be able to text your customers.
Zoom support is great! And they are always willing to help out and provide a lot of documentation.
They are always adding new features and working hard to keep everything secure. I've only seen security increase since we started using Zoom a year and a half ago. We started using it right prior to the pandemic and I'm not sure what we would have done without Zoom.

this changed the way we do things, especially after covid. we love being able to walk providers through our systems and teaching them all the benefits of our websites through their share screen option

maybe if we could manage accounts with more than one person it'd be great, who knows if that seven an option already

understanding what we do, how we help, and how our website works, without having to travle all around the US for our providers to do their initial set up.
I like zoom, it is easy to use and sometimes I have a bad connection and it still works!

I can do calls or have meetings through zoom, sometimes I have a bad internet connection but I can still have these meetings, also now I can use my earphones for calls

I don't like that this app doesn't have so much options for complements

Well, everyday when I use it I can meet with my boss to discuss work and I couldn't do that without zoom, so I can work remotely and I am happy with that

If you have a bad connection sometimes, the best way to do a meeting will be through zoom
Excellent product - changed the face of legal practice!
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of Zoom is free unlimited one-on-one meetings. During COVID this radically changed the nature of the legal practice allowing consults and client meetings to occur remotely. While many legal practices suffered 15-35% declines YOY in the first months of the outbreak, Zoom allowed us to limit Mar 2020 drop to 12%, break even in April and YOY profit in May. We finished the year out showing limited growth - without Zoom that would have been impossible.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lack of standard principles for use in group setting. While Zoom can't control that directly, this new form of communication does have some growing pains.

Zoom keeping us moving
What do you like best about the product?
The magic of Zoom is that it is simple but also allows for the end-user to be able to accomplish what they need to the way they want to. The platform is standard yet flexible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish communication regarding updates was easier to see/find. I often find myself updating after a colleague mentions a new feature that I noticed

Team collaboration, webinars, face to face meetings are all efficient with zoom!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Spend the time going through the training and thinking about innovative ways to use zoom. We used Zoom to schedule our employees for their covid vaccine, which was a rewarding experience for the scheduling staff and the employees because they could see their scheduler!
Creating new business relationships
What do you like best about the product?
Using Zoom has allowed me to expand my business and engage new people in networking in new areas that were never physically possible. The virtual face2face meetings are, in fact, not only saving time from traveling to meet people but gives me the network option quickly from my own work office or home office with more people than I ever could when meeting people in real. I can easily and quickly schedule a meeting in minutes or even pick up a late meeting for when we have a no-show. Zoom adds the flexibility to work on mobile devices and an internet connection, which allows me to set up anywhere from many places like a restaurant, my car, or even a workspace. I love that we can have closed captions when in group meetings
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes like most software solutions, it will have a go-slow moment or drop a call. To be fair, reconnecting is easy although it does not remember that you had an active call you will need to join again if you had it already saved as a meeting. If you had created a meeting and shared that link but not saved it to your schedule you cant rejoin unless you have a copy of that live meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am meeting people across the world. Networking used only to be done at a physical location, and now I have expanded my network so quickly with so many new people from new places that without zoom, I would be restricted to meeting in my local area. I can grow more meaningful relationships with the people I meet because of the video call as to a telephone call.

Virtual Meetings Made Easy with Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom makes communicating virtually easy, especially with large group meetings. You can alter the settings to your own preferences, including being able to change the screen settings so you see who is speaking at any given time. Zoom is an essential part of my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you login to the Zoom website, the amount of features available can seem overwhelming. It took quite a bit of time to learn how to add more licenses to give more team members access to unlimited meeting times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We meet with clients in all different time zones and locations. With Zoom, we are able to have meetings globally in just a few clicks.
