Zoom efficient and easy
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, has multiple features for meetings, and extraordinarily helpful features for webinars. Now that most people know how to use it, it makes meeting-set up easy and reliable. I appreciate that most of it is intuitive, but also professional and great for presentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's odd that you can't copy & paste out of the chat or that you can't download the chat for a meeting. I would like to create breakout rooms while in the middle of a meeting rather than only being able to do so in advance. Some of the screen resolution could be better, or the ability to change your photo (if you're not using video) during a meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While having to reduce in-person interactions during COVID, it obviously provided a way for folks and team members to connect in person. The webinars have allowed me and my clients to reach many more people than we would have had we only had in-person meetings. I prefer Zoom sometimes over conference calls especially when a shared document needs to be seen or worked on together. It's much more user friendly than other platforms I've used before.
Zoom is essential for online meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom works well on all my devices, notebooks, smartphones, and tablet, and I like that I can participate in meetings, webinars, and training from anywhere and from any device. The interface is very user-friendly and very easy to use. You can view all cameras, share screens, record meetings in the cloud, and use chat for interaction. Travel savings were significant after using Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom, in my opinion, has no defects and problems. I use it on all devices, and I haven't seen any issues so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom software is a cloud video conferencing system that we use to create, schedule, and hold virtual branch meetings. The experience with Zoom has been very productive, especially in times of the COVID-19 pandemic that many of us are at the home office. I hold daily meetings with co-workers and clients to align projects, tasks and also make presentations. It's all stable, secure, and makes a positive impression.

If you are looking for an easy application to conduct business, then Zoom is definitely what you want
It Has Transformed My Business
What do you like best about the product?
During the pandemic, I was able to conduct business in both NM and TX utilizing Zoom. People felt much more comfortable with me during virtual presentations instead of in person. I was actually able to increase my business and profitability moving forward. I am now licensed in 12 states and run a "virtual agency" now.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier for my clients to handle everything by just using their browsers. The link to hit to use their browser is too small. I wish it would give them the option to: 1) Small download package (2) Access through browser
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zooom enabled people from feeling uncomfortable with me coming to their home. I was able to do more presentations and save a lot in gas.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to administer, easy to navigate and very user friendly. The back end of the application is easy to administer and the front end it also easy to use. Nice features to create a seamless virtual environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting, it is a bit difficult to gather the information that is not standard and more customized. Having the ability to create reports that are more customized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We always do training in person, and when Covid 19 hit, we were very concerned about how we would provide services to our community, and Zoom helped us take our training virtually. We also would have live meetings and events and we have taken them to the virtual space. It helped us stay connected to our clients and have them still experience our offerings virtually.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You will not regret using Zoom. It helped us work in this virtual world. Very user-friendly, very easy to administer.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy and quick to start meetings, good connection quality as well. Sharing screen is crucial for my role and I use Zoom fo every call. much more reliable than competitors

Sometimes my computer is slow when sharing my screen. Other than that I would say that there is nothing else that I dislike currently. sometimes random updates can slow you down

Streamlined Software for Virtual Meetings and Webinars
What do you like best about the product?
There are many different features to enhance the engagement of attendees. Polls, ability to play music, reactions, etc. The recording feature is also extremely valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to require cameras to be turned on all of the time. This would improve engagement exponentially. I also wish I could capture email addresses for each time someone joins a meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to connect team members from across the country and launched a virtual coaching group during Covid. We have become more productive as a team and are able to pull reports of attendees and use data to make decisions.
Good for organization, but could be improved
What do you like best about the product?
I love the organization of the tool and that you can keep in touch with your team in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not as many ways to interact with other attendees besides the chat.

We can have meetings with all of the staff without everyone needing to be in the same place.
