What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom Workplace regularly as part of my daily work for internal team meetings, client calls, and cross-team collaboration. What I like most is that it combines meetings, chat, and scheduling in one reliable platform, which helps keep communication organized. The video and audio quality are consistent even during longer meetings, and features like screen sharing and breakout rooms make collaboration more effective for remote and hybrid teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom Workplace can feel overwhelming at times because of the number of features available in one platform, which may take some time for new users to get comfortable with. Performance can also slow down slightly on older devices during long meetings. Additionally, some advanced features are only available on paid plans, which may be limiting for smaller teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solves the problem of fragmented communication by bringing meetings, chat, and collaboration into one platform. It helps reduce delays and misunderstandings by enabling real-time discussions and screen sharing. This benefits me by improving coordination with team members and clients and saving time compared to switching between multiple communication tools.

It is easy to integrate with my Outlook and Calendly for scheduling meetings. I also appreciate the AI companion for meeting summaries, as it saves me a lot of time.

Zoom Workplace can sometimes be a bit overwhelming to use. Additionally, certain advanced features are only available with higher-tier plans.

Zoom Workplace streamlines meeting coordination by integrating smoothly with tools such as Outlook and Calendly, which helps eliminate the hassle of back-and-forth scheduling and reduces the chances of missed or double-booked meetings. This integration makes managing a busy calendar much more efficient.

I like how Zoom Workplace seamlessly integrates video calls, messaging, and collaboration tools all in one platform. It’s great for remote teams because you can easily switch between meetings, chats, and shared files.

Nothing to dislike on the app everything is looks perfect on our end it's great I love it :)

Its amazing, I love it zoom workplace solves a lot of common challenges in remote work, like communication barriers and fragmented tools.

I love how easy Zoom Workplace is to use, even for those who are unfamiliar with videoconferencing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom is user friendly but it can be a bit challenging to see all of the sharing options that are visible to users.

Zoom is such popular platform and most people have used it, so it makes it easy for us to quickly pivot to this platform when/if necessary and have reassurance that most users know how to use it.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Zoom for its ease of use, reliable video/audio, screen sharing, and breakout rooms. The chat and recording features make collaboration simple, and it works well across devices—great for staying connected and productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often dislike Zoom for “Zoom fatigue” after long meetings, occasional connectivity or audio issues, and the feeling that it can be impersonal compared to in-person interactions. One thing I personally enjoyed was the regularly updated virtual backgrounds—they made meetings fun and engaging. It would be great to see new backgrounds updated seasonally or for holidays to keep that sense of celebration and variety.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace has really helped me stay connected and productive. Meetings are easy to join, screen sharing works seamlessly, and I love the collaboration features like breakout rooms and chat. Recording meetings is a lifesaver, and it all integrates well with my other work tools. It makes remote work much easier and more efficient.

It's very easy to use, create and share meeting links. The AI assistant is also helpful for me to take and share notes with my team after the meeting.

The background options are better and more personal in Google Meets.

It's easy to access. The view is clear and it allows for various backgrounds.

Waiting for the host before you receive a full picture/video.

It solves the issue of being able to connect with workers who aren't at your physical location.

What do you like best about the product?
This software offers a virtual toolbox designed to enhance online meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
720 pixels! Some tools are not obvious in their value. Awkward menu. I use a personalized meeting code that I wish was my default setting for all meetings. I can't seem to set it that way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The calendar integration with Calendly and Google Calendar makes my scheduling a breeze.
Reliable and Efficient for Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy, pretty industry standard, the quality of video is good, you're able to easily set up and join meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
It frequently logs me out before meetings, sometimes causing me to scramble and be late.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to meet with teammates and clients easily. I like how there's a waiting room so I can stay in my own meeting room and let people in as needed, I don't need to find other meeting rooms.
