What do you like best about the product?
Delivering intelligent search, useful insights, and engaging tales has been made easier with macheye for all of my work . By providing me with solutions, condensed stories, and audio-visual presentations, it aided in my empowerment.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I don't like about Macheye because it has given me helpful solutions.It has aided me in supplying solely effective remedies.i would like to see a little bit improvement in intelligent search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For all of my business data, it has onlyDeliver sophisticated search, useful insights, and engaging tales.
A great tool to search through complex data with AI and customize your analytics.
What do you like best about the product?
You can onboard a dataset and configured it in a few hours. It's easy to configure KPIs and discover anomalies.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to have a front end to deploy home grown ML models. I believe they can eventually do this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It simplifies analytics because users are able to search using normal business lingo and the system automatically displays the results. It's especially great for non technical business users that want to query data without SQL.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific as such. We wouldn't been happier if the platform had data aggregation capabilities since our data is stored in multiple sources. But since we already have a separate data aggregation tool, it's not a deal-breaker for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are analyzing our sales data. The actionable insights offered by MachEye allow us to analyze the root causes and help us make strategic alternations to our outreach processes.

What do you like best about the product?
AI-Based Search Box is the most attractive feature of Macheye having the use of NLP and the ability to see the generated SQL when required. With good team support, we integrated Macheye into our applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Macheye should have the option of multiple visualizations based on the result data.
Macheye should have the option of selecting the dimension/measures to plot the visuals.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are using Macheye `execute` API through the dashboard vignettes where those APIs are serving data for our dashboard.
For our use-case where we are replicating existing SQL into NLP and not using the search altogether, Macheye does not fit completely, But with good team support, we can integrate into our applications.

Best data analytics for technical & non-technical person.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to see the insights on the data. And it can be used by non-technical person as well because it allows searching in natural language. When it comes to competitors of this product. It is unique.
What do you dislike about the product?
Different formats of report for downloading the data insights not available. There are few. By allowing user to select the format in which that user want to download the data insights for later use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using for data insights. I have huge data and I am using it for exposing the data through APIs. That data insights are made available by search feature of Macheye tool.

What do you like best about the product?
MachEye has an exceptional 'build' interface that provides a dashboard-type experience in the cultivation and creation of content. It is great to be able to see quality, governance, business semantics and usage metrics in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our product names are pretty lengthy. It took some work to get the business semantic layer developed to work with all derivations. This isn't a reflection of the product - it was able to handle the derivations but they needed to be persisted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MachEye provides ad hoc insights into our sales performance that have been useful for our field associates when engaging with the retailers they manage. This has helped the sales team focus on sales instead of building reports.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
MachEye is a powerful tool. Like all tools, MachEye is dependent on the underlying performance of the data layer. When we first deployed against HIVE tables the performance was not satisfactory. We re-launched against Snowflake and both our performance and user adoption improved.
Self-service analytics for everyone
What do you like best about the product?
MachEye works like Google for enterprise data. It is intuitive and easy to use, with no learning curve involved. I could get started with my data analysis on day one itself. The intuitive search box with its search prompts, suggestions, contextual options, and ambiguity corrections makes my search for answers effortless and accurate. I can ask questions in simple language like "top 5 branches by sales" or "growth in sales by product category" and get instant answers in clear and interactive visualizations. MachEye identifies anomalies, trends, clusters, and other deep insights and presents them in a very interesting video format, which I haven't seen before in any other BI tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the videos can seem too long based on how many insights MachEye discovers, but you can use the forward button to go to the next insight.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to reduce the dependency of our sales teams on analysts and trying to cut down the time it takes to get answers or create reports. The on-field sales teams require access to instant information to answer their client questions and to be updated with the latest figures. They also don't have much time to spend on all-day trainings. With MachEye, they can access insights on the go, without any learning curve. With instant and updated insights, they are now confident in taking quick decisions and actions, without risking any delays or losing any opportunities.
Saves lots of manual effort & time for the BI team
What do you like best about the product?
MachEye is a really cool tool that's saved me a lot of manual effort & time analyzing data and answering questions. It automatically makes AI insights understandable for our brand managers and store/operations managers by using natural language search and stories (hiding the complexities of data discovery).
I prepare reports and dashboards for the management team and different business teams on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. MachEye has made it much faster to push out customer insights: a dashboard that would normally take 3 hours to create is now done in 20 minutes. It’s really helped our business users make sense of customer, inventory, and transaction data.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think MachEye could put all the AI recommendations in 1 page that's easy to download or print. Users who don't have a login can't see the live audio/video insights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When users look at a report and come up with new questions, they can now directly ask MachEye and get answers in an English snippet. They can explore data independently, instead of submitting a request to my team and relying on us. Plus, it's much easier to communicate ML customer insights to users when MachEye automatically builds the visualizations and drilldowns. I have more time to focus on my projects instead of doing manual Excel work, cleaning data, and answering questions.

What do you like best about the product?
MachEye has been extremely helpful for our data democratization initiatives - user adoption is high, and users like the "Google and YouTube" experience for analytics. Business teams are empowered to discover insights immediately instead of waiting on the central BI team for reports. Getting AI driven insights to everyone at the org has never been easier. Before we used to present screenshots from BI tools, now we are doing videos.
Also, onboarding MachEye was fast and easy with the cloud deployment option, took us just a couple weeks to get fully set up.

What do you dislike about the product?
Scheduling Reports - We could use more customized functionality for pushing out scheduled reports through email for the small subset of users who are used to that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are primarily a API-Driven data backend and workflow automation company, Our goal was to get insights into the hands of more end-users to build a data-driven decision culture or a data literate culture.
We also recently started a data science project to use AI and ML to forecast business trends, so MachEye's helping with that too. MachEye helps us discover deep insights that users didn't even know existed and deliver those in a seamless user-friendly way. Overall, it's been great working with an agile team who's built a great product that fits our business needs — planning to extend it as a part of our product as well in the future.
