What do you like best about the product?

Najar regularly supports us in selecting technology suppliers and handling commercial negotiations with them. Their assistance is invaluable, saving us both time and money by bringing real expertise in market solutions and strong contract negotiation skills.

What do you dislike about the product?

I don’t see any real downsides to our collaboration with Najar. If anything, the only point worth mentioning is that they can’t be experts in every SaaS solution on the market, but that’s entirely normal and hasn’t been an issue for us.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Najar helps us confirm that the proposals we receive from service providers align with market pricing. Its ability to benchmark proposals made to our competitors also lets us streamline our procurement process and make decisions with more confidence.

What do you like best about the product?

Having a person to help me to understand the proposal sent by my provider and also exploring new alternatives to improve the negotiation and pricing was the best part.
Also the platform is pretty much intuitive, and allow me to store and follow up all the related numbers, documents for the negotiation.

What do you dislike about the product?

I currently don't find any downside. The representative was alway trying to understand our need and situation to tailor their recommendations.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Renewing a contract with a long time relationship vendor. The negotiation was supposed to be easy but Najar succedded on making this pricing discussion meetings more easygoing.

What do you like best about the product?

Expertise in negotiation and the concrete leverage on SaaS contracts. The dual interlocutor Charlotte (CSM) + Olivier (buyer).

The negotiation counting model is not obvious. Bugs and product limitations.

Lack of visibility on the SaaS portfolio. Before Najar, there was no centralized inventory of contracts. Théophile started the audit in February 2026 by collecting invoices from you, then completed the list by scanning the Worklife site to detect missing tools; proof that there were blind spots in supplier tracking.

What do you like best about the product?

Najar saves us time and money thanks to true expertise in purchasing and excellent knowledge of the publishers' market. A useful partner in daily life to approach our negotiations with peace of mind.

No particular negative points to mention. The collaboration is going well and the deliverables are on track.

Najar allows us to save significant time on negotiations by handling exchanges with publishers. This has also helped to structure and improve our purchasing process overall. In the end, the benefit is twofold: a concrete reduction in our SaaS costs and an internal team that can focus on higher value-added topics.

I really like working with Najar. Their team are an essential partner in making sure we get the right tools, at the right price and with the right level of commitment. They are key to making sure that we make good - sustainable - business partnerships.

I really appreciate that Najar's team is very knowledgeable and proactive. They provide valuable feedback and guidance on our procurement projects, which is incredibly helpful. Their expertise allows us to make informed decisions on the software we are purchasing and helps us get the best deals. I've noticed they are also very experienced and offer a lot of valuable information. The initial setup of Najar was super easy, and their flexibility and understanding in negotiating contracts have been excellent.

What do you like best about the product?

What I appreciate most about Najar is the full visibility they give us across all of our SaaS tools. It helps us avoid duplicates or forgotten applications, and the automatic reminders for renewals and upcoming deadlines are a real relief.
They also support us with our RFPs by handling the follow-up, consolidating inputs, scheduling meetings, and keeping the timeline under control. Everything is much more structured now, and our purchasing process has become significantly smoother.

At this stage, there is nothing in particular to report. Everything is progressing as expected, and we have not encountered any issues or points of concern so far.

Najar has helped us regain full control over all of our contracts. Previously, it was difficult to keep track of everything, which could lead to duplicate subscriptions or missed renewals. Today, everything is centralized, and the alerts allow us to anticipate upcoming deadlines. We have also implemented a truly structured purchasing process, which helps us avoid overconsumption and makes decision-making much easier.

What I appreciate most about Najar is the transparency and complete visibility of the purchasing process in collaboration with us. We achieved a very quick ROI on all the entrusted subjects while significantly reducing our internal workload in terms of research, benchmarking, and negotiation.

Najar has allowed us to delegate all of our SaaS solutions to them, they ensure the monitoring of our subscriptions, their deadlines, and bring their expertise to identify potential duplicates, forgotten renewals, ... Our purchase control process is considerably improved.
