Najar: smoother SaaS purchasing management, with real savings from the first year

What do you like best about the product?
What I find particularly interesting about Najar is the overall impact of the solution on SaaS purchase management. Since its implementation, we save time on contract management and, most importantly, we no longer miss any deadlines for renegotiating our contracts, which also leads to better expense organization. Their expertise in purchasing truly makes a difference: we have been able to save tens of thousands of euros thanks to the proposal of new partners or simply by having the information on what discounts can be obtained from various SaaS vendors.

The platform is intuitive and easy to use, which facilitates its adoption by the teams. Moreover, customer support is responsive and always available to assist us when needed.

Today, our tracking of tools and renewals is perfectly managed, and our purchasing process is significantly more fluid and structured.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is still a lack of granularity in the roles that can be assigned to different team members. Currently, there are 3 possible roles: Admin, Coordinator, Requester.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Najar, we finally have a clear and centralized view of all our contracts. Previously, each department managed its renewals on its own and on Excel. No one had a clear view of the overall expenses and the tracking was complex, which sometimes led to forgotten renewals. Now, everything is gathered in one place and the notifications allow us to calmly anticipate each renewal.

What do you like best about the product?
The availability and efficiency of the buyers are truly commendable. The meeting schedules are well managed, which means we do not waste time.

We do not have any particular difficulties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Negotiation of purchases of SaaS or subscription solutions.

Since Najar is not involved in the long-term relationship with our suppliers, their buyers remain focused on a single objective: optimizing the purchase. In this respect, they are both relevant and efficient. They significantly relieve our teams of a substantial burden, while providing expertise that we do not have internally.

What do you like best about the product?
Real savings. Good follow-up from the teams, with continuous improvement of the platform. The solution is also easy to use on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have encountered some technical difficulties related to the SSO connection, which are still not resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool helps maintain rigor in contract tracking (renewal), and the purchase request feature is very appreciable.

Effective Support, With Some Necessary Improvements

What do you like best about the product?
I particularly like the support part at Najar. They demonstrate efficiency while allowing a truly appreciable autonomy for our teams. There is really a considerable time and financial gain. The teams are able to negotiate our contracts without always needing to consult us. I find this very positive. Moreover, the initial installation of Najar went very well, in a very smooth manner and without any particular complexity, thanks to a simple connection via API to our accounting software.
What do you dislike about the product?
We still have a part where we need to manually categorize some suppliers despite having an API connected to Najar to view our cost centers. There is a small manual operation we need to perform. Perhaps the software could improve this by recognizing patterns in supplier names to sort all non-SaaS suppliers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Najar, I see time and financial savings, thanks to their ability to negotiate our contracts without constantly soliciting us. However, there are still manual categorizations of non-SaaS suppliers, which could be simplified by their software.

What do you like best about the product?
The team demonstrates solid expertise in SaaS services, as well as a good command of contract negotiations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Najar portal is useful for working collaboratively with Najar, but unfortunately it does not meet the company's overall needs for contract lifecycle management.

A new framework has been established for managing contract renewals and acquiring new SaaS services.

What I like most about Najar is the availability and responsiveness of the teams, as well as the professionalism in follow-up. The interactions are smooth and efficient.

Nothing major to report, just a few points of fluidity to improve with the business buyers.

Najar helps us manage and secure strategic files, particularly thanks to their ability to negotiate on our behalf on topics where they have deeper expertise than we do. Their market knowledge and the benchmarking they provide allow us to make more informed decisions and optimize our conditions. For us, this represents a real time saver, better control of the issues, and concrete value creation.

What do you like best about the product?
The support to allow me to delegate the "brokerage" part and benchmarking on the prices of SaaS solutions, and thus save time in my daily life.

The online platform. I don't use it because it's redundant with my internal tools.

What do you like best about the product?
Today NAJAR allows me to cover a significant number of cases while providing industry expertise depending on the topics. It offers me the opportunity to have a clear view of all my contracts and work on the ROI of each one.

The platform is not the most intuitive according to some internal collaborators.

What do you like best about the product?
Najar serves as an essential "single source of truth" for our software stack. While having a repository for tools and deadlines sounds simple, its execution is incredibly effective and provides much-needed visibility into our total revenue spend.

The standout feature, however, is their negotiation support. Being able to offload high-stakes negotiations for major contracts to their team is a game-changer. It allows me to stay focused on high-value tasks and, more importantly, preserves my relationship with our partners. By letting Najar handle the "tough" parts of the negotiation, I can maintain a collaborative, positive rapport with our vendors rather than being the "bad guy."
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't have any significant complaints. While we encountered a few minor bugs early on, the support team was exceptional—always responsive and ready to jump in immediately to resolve issues. Because of that level of service, any minor technical friction was solved before it became a real problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My experience has been excellent. I worked directly with Felix on a couple of negotiations, and his expertise was invaluable to the process. Beyond the active negotiations, Najar was a lifesaver when I was handed the responsibility of renewing several tools. It gave me an immediate, clear overview of our obligations and timelines, making an otherwise daunting handover process seamless and organized.
