Najar: smoother SaaS purchasing management, with real savings from the first year
What do you like best about the product?
What I find particularly interesting about Najar is the overall impact of the solution on SaaS purchase management. Since its implementation, we save time on contract management and, most importantly, we no longer miss any deadlines for renegotiating our contracts, which also leads to better expense organization. Their expertise in purchasing truly makes a difference: we have been able to save tens of thousands of euros thanks to the proposal of new partners or simply by having the information on what discounts can be obtained from various SaaS vendors.
The platform is intuitive and easy to use, which facilitates its adoption by the teams. Moreover, customer support is responsive and always available to assist us when needed.
Today, our tracking of tools and renewals is perfectly managed, and our purchasing process is significantly more fluid and structured.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is still a lack of granularity in the roles that can be assigned to different team members. Currently, there are 3 possible roles: Admin, Coordinator, Requester.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Najar, we finally have a clear and centralized view of all our contracts. Previously, each department managed its renewals on its own and on Excel. No one had a clear view of the overall expenses and the tracking was complex, which sometimes led to forgotten renewals. Now, everything is gathered in one place and the notifications allow us to calmly anticipate each renewal.

The availability and efficiency of the buyers are truly commendable. The meeting schedules are well managed, which means we do not waste time.

We do not have any particular difficulties.

Since Najar is not involved in the long-term relationship with our suppliers, their buyers remain focused on a single objective: optimizing the purchase. In this respect, they are both relevant and efficient. They significantly relieve our teams of a substantial burden, while providing expertise that we do not have internally.

What do you like best about the product?
Najar saves us time daily with a clear interface, quick setup, and a very responsive team. We have good visibility on our purchases and the tracking is smooth, with real support when we need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall very satisfied. On the margin, some advanced features could be even more customizable, but the team is attentive and improvements arrive quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Najar helps us absorb peaks in activity and outsource certain purchasing tasks when necessary, without losing quality. They bring method, speed of execution, and a good level of rigor in sourcing, competition, negotiation, and monitoring. Result: less internal workload, shorter cycles, and better supplier conditions.
A true support for commercial negotiation
What do you like best about the product?
The opportunity provided to negotiate with our service providers, which we did little or not at all due to lack of time and negotiation skills internally.

The platform is not fully optimized and is regularly evolving to improve.

A lack of time to negotiate our contracts before their renewal, which saves us on the cost of our licenses in particular.

What do you like best about the product?
The follow-up is of very good quality with professional and friendly contacts. The meetings are effective and regular. They managed to secure discounts or avoid price increases where it seemed unlikely.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may be a coincidence of the schedule, but we changed our contact person for the buyer with them very quickly, just as we were beginning our collaboration. Hoping that the turnover is not too high because, having experienced it with other providers, we lose time and efficiency.

Najar is very useful for tracking all of our commitments with our partners and helping us negotiate attractive rates. They offer different ways of doing things, from consulting to full delegation, which allows us to adapt to our needs and refine according to the nature of the relationship with each of our partners.

It's surely due to the platform change, but there have been a lot of back-and-forths on the contracts.

The team is available and ensures smooth communication throughout the exchanges. Project management is rigorous, allowing for effective steering of objectives. There is also a notable ability to listen and consideration of the client's interests, including during negotiation phases. A reliable and structured collaboration.

The software would benefit from being a bit more user-friendly, but there's no doubt that will happen over time!

Najar centralizes the management of our SaaS subscriptions and provides clear visibility on the deadlines. The tool allows me to identify the necessary optimization levers to renegotiate the company's contracts on factual bases. It is an effective support for cost management.

The procurement expertise, SaaS benchmarks, and structured negotiation approach are major strengths. The team combines market knowledge and a rigorous method while maintaining a constructive stance. On Microsoft, this has allowed us to improve our visibility on SaaS pricing and optimize our IT expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this stage, I have not identified any particular area for improvement. We are fully satisfied with the solution and the Najar teams.

Real savings. Good follow-up from the teams, with continuous improvement of the platform. The solution is also easy to use on a daily basis.

We have encountered some technical difficulties related to the SSO connection, which are still not resolved.
