Confluence solves my problem. I am able to share knowledge with my team.
What do you like best about the product?
I can search topics based on a title. I can also include an entire doc with details
What do you dislike about the product?
I need to be specific/exact. Many subjects/topics can have different "names" . I hate that I cannot add tags ( I don't think).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing knowledge with my team. This is useful for sharing debugging tips and tricks with my team and department.
Excellent Templates & Team Training
What do you like best about the product?
The usefulness of the all the business strategy templates come in handy for my job. I also like that I can share with my team to make it easy for them to view at their leisure.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had more options. Kind of feels like an Aldi which is nice I guess to avoid choice overload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really improved our team collaboration. It's saves a ton of time with all the templates. Very through design and can see updates team mates are making in the activity feed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It comes highly recommended and you will see why once you use it. It's ahead of the competition and even beats teams in my opinion.

Spaces are hard to find sometimes, and editing can be a bit cumbersome at times.

Live-Collaboration with others, the grouping of related pages, integration with JIRA

Sometimes it can be hard to find a page if the correct tags are not provided

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use, to manage the different spaces, to create great sources of knowledge for the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of right now, really. I haven’t found anything missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of the teams inside the company have their own space, with extensive and useful information for the entire company to use, which is super useful when it’s a fully remote company like Auth0.

Don't be shy, if you know something that could be useful for your coworkers, write it down!

What do you like best about the product?
Great place to keep all company documents and internal information organized. It's a nice repository to keep files and documents segmented and organized. I usually it regularly to get find important sales collateral, internal flows and company information
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it can be a bit cumbersome to find the documents you are looking for. It does require a lot of clicks to find things. If it isn't organized properly it's hard to locate internal documents
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps keep internal and external-facing documents in one large depository. Easy to use and helpful when you need it. Allows product, marketing etc to upload documents for the sales team to use.

Decent but could use work
What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy place to consolidate information. You can pull in different widgets and create small dashboards that work pretty well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search functionality is not great at all. When you have a lot of different people creating articles it is unlikely that they will follow the same layout which makes it very difficult to find what you're looking for. It doesn't seem to do a great job of searching the article content as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is mainly used to consolidate information in a single area so employees are able to find the information they need instead of reaching out to SMEs.

The ability to edit, add links, easily manage, links to Jiras and Dashboard

The tables are not really convenient and really long to load when they are big

What do you like best about the product?
Confluence is remarkable because it allows for my software team to work together in an agile environment. Confluence allows users to create documents and share those documents with team members. This document can be "Read Only" or "Edit Only" or even "Read and Edit". Users can also add comments to documents with suggestions. Confluence also allows for many integrations such as Jira, Micorsoft Teams, Lucid Chart, etc. I am also a fan of the Confluence mobile app. This app allows for quick and easy access to my documents and notifies me of any changes. Creating page trees and paths to other projects is made simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how Confluence is sometimes slow on my web browser. After creating documents, I wish I could export them to something other than PDF. It would also be nice to be able to export to a cloud storage solution. Some Confluence tools are not straightforward and require some getting used to. More detailed documentation would be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence helps me solve the problem of connecting my work issues and tickets with documentation. The benefits I have realized with Confluence are permissions and being able to share documents with others who are specified.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend Confluence to those who are a part of a fast-paced team and looking to collaborate. Just having the ability to get notifications about page updates, comments, and tags helps the team. Once Confluence is populated with all kinds of documentation, their search bar allows users to quickly and easily find any item they are looking for with just a keyword.
