Confluence makes company collaboration and information sharing easy
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence makes playbooks and instructions easy to follow on one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes confluence can be challenging to navigate if you don't have the direct link to the guide. Searching for older documents takes a while and can be confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By going to the confluence page first before asking company questions, we can see specific instructions step by step.

What do you like best about the product?
Features like markdown support, versioning, and integration with third-party ALM tools are the best features of Confluence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support for open-source plugins is relatively limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowledge management, collaboration are the two critical issues we have solved using Confluence.

I love how easy Confluence is to create and navigate issues and knowledgebase.

I have had difficulties at times getting the pages in the correct place that I am trying to create it.

I am able to create knowledge-sharing pages that help the entire company.
One stop solution for all project related documents.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is, it readily available with the team and we can update the business documnent from any system and any where. It also keeps the track of update history. And the notify button helps to notify the relevant usesrs with the changes made.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about confluence. But there should be some search option where we can search any document by author name.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Confluence as our document repository for our projects.

Confluence is the best way to keep your project documents in a place mapped with the proper listing. Easy to update and share with your team members too.

What do you like best about the product?
Very clean and intuitive interface. We use Confluence to host our internal wiki, which has been crucial in the training process for new employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
None - I really like their platform and have not run into any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence has solved the issue of creating a one-stop shop for all information required in our job. Not only has it been useful for new employees, it has become a resource for more experienced employees to refer to.

What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration is the key to success and confluence helps you achieve that in a very well manner. It can be used for a variety of purpose like sharing knowledge, storing all your project related documents, manage issues, collaborate within and outside the team, you can even create an internal wiki site within your organization that can be used by teams looking for help and utilize and contribute to the knowledge. You can also get rid of multiple tools like share point or shared drives and use single tool for all your needs
What do you dislike about the product?
Formatting tools needs some improvement. You have everything but formatting is noted easy as you would do on a ms word online version but overall great tool to collaborate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a single tool to collaborate across teams and build a knowledge base that can be utilized across the organization and in the process decommission legacy tools like file share and share point. Confluence helped us achieve the same without any issues with smooth transitioning

Confluence provides a place for our entire team to collaborate, share, and edit forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be confusing to navigate, so i recommend going in and playing around with the system before you get started.

Allows a place for everyone on the team to create, collaborate, and organize all your work in one place.

Bring the whole team together for training and explain how to navigate the software.

We appreciate the expansive options for support documentation and logging of help site data and tutorials for users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search option is clunky. It is challenging to use, and despite having multiple buzzwords within the document and or title, it doesn't produce accurate search results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use confluence for help documentation external and internal. The return on investment has been fantastic. Despite hiccups in implementation we can certainly say that we are happy users and will be for a while.

Confluence is a fantastic option for businesses looking to administer support documentation and a single place for admin storage. Our company will continue to recognize the value and will recommend confluence to potential users.

It is not free tool.and navigation is difficult

Mostly for documentation purpose.you can add comments and contribute

Confluence offers a multitude of different diagrams, formats, and pictures within the pages that you can add in.

I find some of the options hard to use a little glitchy. Sometimes my changes do not save even when I try to save them.
