How confluence has made my work easier

What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely easy to use. For both the page creators and the people looking up the information.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes feel clustered, with too many child pages
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easier to document our processes and information, for all the team members to look up during work.

What do you like best about the product?
The editing tools are simple to use and intuitive. The ease of using macros to perform various actions like searching, content trees, anchors, expand content windows, and more is very helpful. The ease of collaborating on projects with other team members is excellent, allowing for a low learning curve for new users. The ability to save locally various files types and media allows for quick access without having to use external drives like Box and Google.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have noticed, at times, that files are missing, and some links become unlinked for no reason. File sizes for uploading are limited in the file size, so on occasion, we have to link out to a secondary storage drive. Sometimes the macros are not perfect, and we see duplicate pages using the content tree.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has enabled our global support teams full-time access to critical knowledge to help support our customer base.

What do you like best about the product?
I can search topics based on a title. I can also include an entire doc with details
What do you dislike about the product?
I need to be specific/exact. Many subjects/topics can have different "names" . I hate that I cannot add tags ( I don't think).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing knowledge with my team. This is useful for sharing debugging tips and tricks with my team and department.

What do you like best about the product?
The usefulness of the all the business strategy templates come in handy for my job. I also like that I can share with my team to make it easy for them to view at their leisure.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had more options. Kind of feels like an Aldi which is nice I guess to avoid choice overload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really improved our team collaboration. It's saves a ton of time with all the templates. Very through design and can see updates team mates are making in the activity feed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It comes highly recommended and you will see why once you use it. It's ahead of the competition and even beats teams in my opinion.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use, to manage the different spaces, to create great sources of knowledge for the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of right now, really. I haven’t found anything missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of the teams inside the company have their own space, with extensive and useful information for the entire company to use, which is super useful when it’s a fully remote company like Auth0.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't be shy, if you know something that could be useful for your coworkers, write it down!

What do you like best about the product?
Great place to keep all company documents and internal information organized. It's a nice repository to keep files and documents segmented and organized. I usually it regularly to get find important sales collateral, internal flows and company information
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it can be a bit cumbersome to find the documents you are looking for. It does require a lot of clicks to find things. If it isn't organized properly it's hard to locate internal documents
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps keep internal and external-facing documents in one large depository. Easy to use and helpful when you need it. Allows product, marketing etc to upload documents for the sales team to use.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy place to consolidate information. You can pull in different widgets and create small dashboards that work pretty well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search functionality is not great at all. When you have a lot of different people creating articles it is unlikely that they will follow the same layout which makes it very difficult to find what you're looking for. It doesn't seem to do a great job of searching the article content as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is mainly used to consolidate information in a single area so employees are able to find the information they need instead of reaching out to SMEs.
