Good integration with other Atlassian Products but poor organization

What do you like best about the product?
Integration with JIRA and Bitbucket improve productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation and layout is confusing, search is difficult to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documentation for tests, software use cases and product requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
- UI friendly and easy to collaborate, mapping with other atlassian product suite is seamless, intuitive charts and multi pivot mapping with JIRA

- Easy when working with multiple stakeholders

- More dashboards with metrics
What do you dislike about the product?
- When we work with excel data the sheet hangs when we add more than 100 rows, pretty difficult to atleast edit a small change

- needs integration with gdocs/ office365

- deep links with JIRA and Zoho needed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for internal knowledgebase, sharing product metrics with internal stakeholders, story planning

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to collaborate with colleagues on enterprise content management-related activities, being a JIRA solution, the value add it offers integration with other JIRA products and services.
What do you dislike about the product?
None, there is no disadvantage that I can think of at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enterprise content management and enterprise search capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
Two main things that I enjoy about Confluence:

1. It's easy to collaborate on things with other team members. Their inline comments are really easy to use. I've also appreciated that all of Atlassian's tools are connected. So when the Dev team is working in Jira, I can easily pull up the information I need without having. to leave the page and then get back into my workflow in Confluence.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is a small thing but it gets me all the time. Unless you hit the "publish" button, no one can see any changes have been made, even for people that you've shared the document with. I've since learned this is even true for comments that I've tagged someone in. Unless I hit "publish", they will not be notified that I've tagged them. Just a small annoyance but it comes up a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistency and alignment are what we're after with using Confluence and all of Atlassian's products. This has helped us to be more transparent with out product and development teams as well.

Amazing Tool to Keep the Team Connected

What do you like best about the product?
We use this to map out our processes. Our team can login and see exactly how to move forward in each department. We can store templates, new ideas, video links etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the navigation were a little easier, but overall it's a great tool. It would be nice if there were app-like buttons for our different divisions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One place for our team to submit and update processes, templates with the most current data. Saves time! You can log in and find what you need without interupting one of your teammates.
We also use this product to map out future projects, assign deadlines and hold our team accountable to those deadlines.
Everyone on the team can see what needs to get done and the current stage of the project. It brings visibility to our team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Confluence is a great tool that has a lot to offer your team. It brings visibility which is what all teams need.

User Access on confluence docs page can be limited or can be open.

Sometimes search results dont work as expected.

To manage internal documnetation, such as process docs, management docs, technical docs etc.

Great replacement for word/google doc in the company

What do you like best about the product?
Beautiful UI and how organized the pages can look. I keep all of my important documents in Confluence so that I can share them with other people in the company instantly. Real-time sharing is very helpful, too. Notification & Mobile App are also good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem I had was getting familiar with the platform. Maybe a video tutorial would help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem with google doc & word is that I always forget where I put the document & have to waste time looking for it when someone in the company needs it, especially when the document was written ages ago. Confluence makes these documents a lot more organized and easily searchable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'm not sure about their pricing but otherwise, it's a great replacement for word/google docs in the company. Highly recommended.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to find docs and having dedicated sections for different orgs etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I still oftentimes have a hard time finding things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of the benefits I've realized is being better prepared for meetings. Some of the issues is the fact that I oftentimes still take a lot of time to find content
