What do you like best about the product?
I love the functionality to make a "workspace" and teams, And essentially your companies digital library for SOP's and process documentation.

Data is the new gold and this is our bank.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the uncustomizable themes .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realized that having a community effort of documentation brings all the knowledge to the table for all to share.

Confluence has been instrumental in documentation/staffing/ and all company efforts that need to be in black and white.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its indeed pricey - So purchase once you get funding. but it's a worthy luxury to have.

Team Spaces using Confluence

What do you like best about the product?
We are using Confluence as our team repository to share the knowledge base and other internal documentation. We use it for creating high-level project scope, documentation, and tasks. This is very easy and there are a lot of templates to get started as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any collaboration tool, there is too much data replicated across multiple sites and after a while, it will become useless if not managed properly. Also, It would be good if there is a realtime chat option to collaborate on specific tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to have a team space site for all of us to collaborate and share our knowledge.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I definitely recommend this for others as a collaboration tool.

Good Information Repository

What do you like best about the product?
Confluence is easy to use and upload information. The folders and sub folder functionality makes it easy to organize the chaos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Searching can be difficult within Confluence. For example, if you are searching for a specific task you will be provided with hundreds of results to filter through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My organization has been able to centralize all knowledge in Confluence and it is known as the go-to place for any process-related questions.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can integrate so many other tools with our Confluence instance. Things like Lucidchart diagrams can be saved and auto-updated within the Confluence page it is saved to. Great place to house information for the whole organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes difficult to navigate the vast maze of documents, pages, and information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the issue of information silos and onprem saves.

Great product for any organization in almost any space.

What do you like best about the product?
Our business uses confluence to share knowledge, playbooks and track client projects. It is helpful to have one source of truth to track, monitor, retrieve and edit information.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is error on our end, but we tend to have a lot of outdated pages. It would be great to have a feature that sunsets a page if not viewed or updated within a certain time period.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence maintains a database like structure to maintain information as opposed to relying on emails.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to learn and manage, works good for an organization for internal use as well as a knowledge base. It is easy to integrate with other tools as well, eg slack, jira and so on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Search feature might be confusing at first, could be more organized and hierarchical. By making the search feature more organized and easy to use, it will make confluence more user friendly and a go to choice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Internal purposes for documentation sharing and storage. Knowledge base for the org. Also using it to integrate with Slack and Jira which helps automate things in general. Confluence benefits in many ways, one of the most import one is in archival or documentations and for knowledge sharing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a good tool to use, it can be better. But worth a try for things that it can accomplish.

What do you like best about the product?
Confluence is a good source of truth for our many different and agile teams. It's easier to collaborate than I expected (you can leave comments and tag people), but is definitely not as good as Google Docs for actual collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is confusing and clunky, despite many updates to make it more streamlined. In trying to make it more streamlined and easy to use, I think the product becomes more confusing, as key niche workflows are often removed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a source of truth for our many teams; staying in sync

What do you like best about the product?
This is the safest and secure solution. I am having all amazing experiences with Confluence. I would say this is excellent online tool for managing documentation in best possible ways. It has made our whole team unidirectional by keep them focused on the particular projects. The biggest pro of Confluence is that it facilitates you much in organizing documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is the most refined product. It is free of bugs. It is loaded with each and every essential feature in order to make users fully satisfied. It is perfectly doing a great job. Truly speaking I have gone a big fan of Confluence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence is providing great performance. Overall I love the editor which it offers such as including macros, outstanding layouts and tables. Another amazing thing about it is that it keeps our whole team members united by keeping them on a single page for further discussion of projects via meetings. I highly admire its well integration with Jira. This is the first class software which helps us in giving professional look to our documents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I request other customers to must have Confluence, as it comes up with the outstanding ability of hosting a private wiki page. This seems to be desirable software for every organization. You must prefer this software as it helps you organize things according to your own choices.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to add pages and write information in details. Easy search ability and able to group information in different subtypes

One of the issues i always face is when running the videos it needs additional flash updates. That can be improved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to follow team updates and information as team grows. Able to track versions of softwares and how they reach. Group information in tiles
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its easiest and best information and task management system and a must use for large teams
