What do you like best about the product?
I am on the user end of Confluence, specifically use it for Wiki. I like how it is easy for us to search for articles generated about our Internal Teams. It is nice because in our day to day we need to troubleshoot with customers and we are not a walking encyclopedia of all the processes and details of each department... as such having Confluence and the myriad of articles actually makes our day to day more efficient. The answers are at our fingertips with just a search. Also, it allows us to be better partners to the other departments. This way, instead of bugging them for general knowledge question, we can just easily find it.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to pick something I dislike is that there should be a way for the end user to request edits. For now, we have to go through a separate ticketing system to request edits to the pages in Confluence. Additionally, there is no static URL for pages which kind of sucks especially if you have already bookmarked the page and then it's moved, so def recommend static URLs to be implemented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest issue is product and process knowledge. Confluence and the articles shared by our departments that we work with is a tremendous resource both to our new hires and experienced reps. For the new hires who just came out of a week or so of training, Confluence allows them to easily pinpoint articles and answers for issues that may not have stuck through training. For experienced reps, it allows us to look up information too as well as stay up to to date on any updated articles.

It's great place for your departments to come together and share and build out articles. Good for knowledge sharing.
Tool for internal documentation
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence is a corporate wiki solution that does what it says on the tin, it lets companies manage their internal documentation in a reasonably easy manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is clunky and hard to navigate for large organisations. The UI seems outdated and isn't very intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Internal documentation of software engineering workflows and tooling.

What do you like best about the product?
Confluence is dynamic software that provides an open workspace where you can share ideas and information that are extremely important to generate the momentum needed to do a better job. Confluence has a large number of tools that help you create, manage and collaborate on any task, you can schedule product launch plans and manage marketing campaigns, its interface is very attractive and easy to use also has many integrations finally has a very ethical and professional technical support with a very short response time this helps a lot to the credibility of this application
What do you dislike about the product?
Confluence is a powerful application to manage projects but it has some errors that I would like to diagnose the developers as for example its functions to manage budgets are very deficient I consider that they need to be reinforced, the navigation in its Web site is a little slow and complicated, it does not have available tutorials to be able to have a better knowledge of the functions of the software reason why its curve of learning is a little high finally it is a software that counts on little agile methodologies
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My organization currently uses Confluence as a collaboration tool because it allows us to brainstorm, product stories, change logs, track production issues and do standup meetings. Confluence's knowledge management module is wonderful and has given us as users the ability to delegate, monitor and track the tasks assigned to each employee which has been extremely useful for planning all our projects

Confluence is the perfect application for those organizations that have the need to manage a very broad knowledge base because it has an interface where it is really very simple to search for information about a particular project or topic, in fact I think it is one of the best tools to manage all the information about a project which is important to discuss ideas and be able to reach a specific point that helps us achieve our goal
It contains an extensive list of tools to help me sort through my projects.
What do you like best about the product?
The software is very good at keeping track of each user's tasks. It is very quick to move from one tool to another.
What do you dislike about the product?
They should add more themes to the interface, it would work better and give a more striking color to the customization of each user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence gives us the benefits of control, organization, planning and monitoring of tasks in each department. We can coordinate that workers can visualize in detail the guidelines of any project.

The product is excellent for any colleague who is having problems with ordering important work projects. The support is good, as well as the functionality of each tool.

What do you like best about the product?
It has implementation in many Android, iOS, Saas, Mac sites, among others. It has a very good price, taking into consideration all the tools that the software has. It has product roadmaps that stand out with the other software in the market. Wiki spaces can be configured in a well conceptualized and optimal way. Its ease of use makes it easy to edit the commercial areas. Excellent for entrepreneurs who want to document all kinds of business knowledge such as progress of project development
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when the tasks have errors, for example, the page editing is not configured well enough and does not display the values correctly. The activity of being able to visualize tasks also presents small similar problems. Apart from this, if you are not the central administrator, you will have limitations when you want to structure some web format. Good preparation is required for the effective use of schemes, permissions and editions.

Every week we incorporate to our work the ECM tools that provide more agility in the projects: Mobile access, version control and information management are among the most used by us. We edit content and export PDF files. Decision tracking, status bars, timeline roadmaps are some of the tools that make projects efficient

We would like there to be a workflow management and a digital asset management within the ECM. You could create a customer portal in the project management so that there could be more dynamic communication with them

Confluence is a high level work management tool because it has a great capacity of solution, creation, collaboration and creation according to the activity management of project documents. This tool allows the different employees to obtain research reports, create content such as meeting notes among others. Confluence provides both employees and senior management with the ability to maintain full control of the various information synchronized through the tool to achieve good communication in the meetings held with the tool
What do you dislike about the product?
Within a tool like Confluence and the great help it has provided is very few things that play against one of them is that the backup system is often interrupted on a regular basis making the process a little slower backup information and if you do not have people trained in the area of software will be very difficult integration with the tool will have to do extensive research.

Confluence is a tool that came to our company to solve many problems that we presented in the area of creation, organization and collaboration in project management by offering a large collection of feedback information as well as reorganizing and synchronizing multiple functions within which is also the meeting notes which makes it one of the most useful tools because with their collaboration in the tutorials and storage for the administration links have given us a great support work.

Without a doubt, Confluence is the ideal tool for everything related to the compilation of confidential meeting notes. Basically, everything related to work management is very helpful with a cost that supports all your work at the time of execution.

With Confluence you can create advanced work in which the pages of different reports can be edited at the same time without creating disorganization, where at the same time you can have a system of comments from all the team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
When many pages of the same project are grouped together it can be difficult to find the latest versions of each of them without getting confusing. The best thing we have been able to find in this problem when we cannot delete material is to separate it into groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the help of the templates that Confluence provides, there are many interesting elements to cover all kinds of plans, from project annotations when in a meeting to retrospective reports that serve for an exhaustive review of the work carried out.

For a project to be more exact, it is recommended to opt for the creation of bases for each page within the texts. In this way, regardless of whether or not you are using a template, each of the pages will have personality, so that the project shows its own brand.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that confluence is a very easy and intuitive tool to use without the need for experience. Its design is very attractive visually, it invites you to organize yourself. It gives you quick access to a lot of information whether it is published or private according to your work needs and allows you to work and edit online by work team, the best thing is that it gives you a notification when a coworker edits some document and thus be attentive to any modification.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to edit needs to be improved, a lot. When you edit and organize a text, there are a lot of tools missing that would make it easier to do the job. Another big problem for me and uploading and editing with excel documents to the platform. If you upload your excel document from your computer to the confluence, it's chaos, everything can get messy, and you've got to do it again. I still don't know how to fix it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use confluence to create an internal knowledge base, we’re constantly changing the information reported to the client, so this tool is a relief for everyone. Each vents department has its own department and, of course, its own files. We minimize the time spent searching for old and new information. When we introduce new people to our sales team, being more organized makes it much easier to teach them all the information they need to start working.The option to request permissions to open some files has given us confidence and security, in addition to the option to edit quickly and that the modifications can be seen quickly, they help me to know the progress and the work that my colleagues have done .
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think it is a good way to keep everyone informed and up to date in a small company, ideal for a work environment where collaboration and coordination is needed. I recommend it only for small and medium businesses.
