Useful to to share knowledge and make collaborative documentation
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to share all the documentation with all the team members. Good working with other Atlassian tools (Jira)

Sometimes it is still unstable and crashes.

Project documentation and linking easily with the Jira tickets

Not always the prettiest or glitziest solutions but really gets the job done

Internal communication, love the watch pages feature, keeps people automatically updated when you make really agile changes often

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Confluence is to operate and edit in. We keep a lot of centralized documentation here, including project plans, testing updates, progress on goals, and training and reference material. It's a great tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the editor can be a little frustrating, but the simplicity of the whole thing really helps out. I don't like the way that pages have to be nested under each other; I wish there was an easier way to organize the sidebars sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to keep all of our important internal content in a searchable central location that allows us all to be on the same page and keep tabs on what other teams are doing.
Confluence part of the holy trinity
What do you like best about the product?
Integration between Jira, Bitbucket and confluence = holy trinity. A place where programmers, project managers, scrum master meets. In my work l have to use all 3 of there. And the integration between these 3 products are so good. Confluence has a lot useful templates

Sometimes it's frustrating navigating trough the folders

Documenting new projects. Making MVPs descriptions, product descriptions

What do you like best about the product?
Confluence is one of the great team collaboration programs. They charge no entry level setup fee and also provide trail version. Atlassian's, jira and confluence together gives us broad aspect for project management as well as knowledge sharing. It helps you to take your team decision by easy sharing your projects asking questing and by voting. You can also search the data afterwards. If I talk about the price it varies with number of features we want to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no major con of this effective collaborative tool. I have found it most helpful tool in the completion of my many projects. The reporting system is reliable and fast and easier than available in other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is the main hub of sharing knowledge with others. It keeps everything organized you can categorize pages, thus saving time and making it user friendly and easy. I also want to highlight about its text editing features, you don’t have to take pain of cut copy past it has advanced kind of features which makes everything easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is very useful app for those projects which needed. For the Confluence team please look into your billing policy, Otherwise it is working perfect and satisfying my entire team.

What do you like best about the product?
The best platform to maintain any data or documentation and also collaborate them with your team members. Templates are available for designing any flow diagrams and inserting in your project plan is very simple. Different type of shortcuts for markup like wiki ( syntax) has made development very easy. It is very advanced and reliable project management software for every business type. You can get vast knowledge about any particular document and topic.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes long time to install and configure. Also it is a bit hard to make any changes in documents and to manage team calendar plug-in is very difficult. Otherwise it is working fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mostly manage my projects on confluence it helps to share my agendas and workflow with my team members in this way my communication skills are getting better because I can easily discuss a certain plan. Also its feedback collecting feature is very useful to take important decisions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
All the growing organizations are using confluence. Confluence constantly provide you with notifications about any changes made by someone, in a particular page, you subscribed so you won’t be left behind.

What do you like best about the product?
Confluence is a collaborative tool that offers team collaboration effectively. It is very easy to assign tasks to concerned persons. Managing projects has never this kind of easier. It has decent interface which enables me to work efficiently. I am being asked about its performance then I would say it is matchless collaboration platform that provides effective services we also van manage calendar and schedule our tasks in advanced ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have excellent experience with this piece of technology. There are no worries about any issue. It keep on providing best services. I appreciate the developer team of this tool that provides great features for our convenience.

It is very user friendly tool. Templates feature is the most helpful feature in this application. This application increases the productivity of our organization. I am getting amazing services. We all are completely satisfied with its all services.

- When someone leaves the business the email from that person needs to prompt to another user that they need to change owners and update to the new person taking over that role.
