What do you dislike about the product?
It can feel slow with bigger pages, and formatting gets messy when content is copied in. Navigation also gets a bit crowded as spaces grow.

Essential Tool for Clear Documentation and Team Alignment
What do you like best about the product?
I use Confluence on a daily basis in my role, and it has been very helpful for documenting work in a clear and structured manner. It makes tracking tasks much easier, as we can document upcoming activities and clearly see what has already been completed and what is still pending. And its easy to make an page on confluence with tables too, easy to integrate. This visibility helps the entire team stay aligned. Overall, Confluence plays an important role in effectively managing and tracking tasks in my day-to-day work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are 2 things I dislike about the Confluence is that sometime we lost the access for some pages without clearly knowing why, which we already have previuosly. And the other thing is searching some page, it is very difficult to find the pages if naming conventions are not followed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence makes life easier by keeping everything in one place. Instead of searching through emails, chat messages, or different documents, I can find all project details, processes, and updates in a single shared space. It helps the team stay on the same page, reduces confusion, and saves time because everyone knows where to look for the latest information.
Effortlessly Organizes and Finds Documents
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the search feature in Confluence and how easy it is to find documents. It's effective at finding relevant documents, and it's really easy to organize things, especially by team, which makes them easy to find as long as you're using proper naming conventions. I also find it easy to set up and organize everything within Confluence.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure if Confluence has a bookmark feature, and I haven't seen it. I think having a feature to organize and keep track of many stat files in one place would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence serves as a big repository for all our documents, organizing them in a viewable way, making it easy to navigate, create, and store documents efficiently.
A Reliable Platform for Team Collaboration and Documentation
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Confluence is its simple, wiki-style structure that keeps everything searchable and well-organized. It’s super helpful for documentation, knowledge sharing, and cross-team visibility. Overall, it boosts productivity by keeping all project information in one central hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Confluence can feel slow and unresponsive, especially when working on large or heavily formatted pages. The editor sometimes behaves inconsistently, which makes simple formatting tasks harder than they should be. Organizing content across multiple spaces can get confusing, and it’s easy for pages to get buried. Search results are not always accurate, so finding older documents takes extra time. Collaboration features are good, but real-time editing still isn’t as smooth as expected. Overall, it works well, but the user experience could definitely be more polished.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence solves the problem of scattered documentation by bringing everything into one central, organized workspace. It helps my team maintain clear, up-to-date project details without relying on long email threads or multiple tools. Knowledge sharing becomes easier, and everyone stays aligned with the latest information. It also improves onboarding since new team members can quickly access all required documents. The structured pages and templates save time and keep documentation consistent. Overall, it boosts team productivity and reduces confusion across projects.

Effortless Collaboration and Organization in One Place
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Confluence is how it brings all our project knowledge into one organized and collaborative space.
In my day-to-day work, I use Confluence to create and update documentation for QA processes, automation workflows, release notes, and sprint planning. The real-time collaboration feature makes it easy for teams to comment, review, and refine content without long email chains.
I also appreciate how smoothly it integrates with Jira. I can link user stories, test cases, and RCA pages directly to Jira issues, which helps keep both documentation and development work aligned. The templates—especially for meeting notes, project plans, and retrospectives—save a lot of time and help maintain consistency across teams.
Overall, Confluence makes it much easier to maintain clear, structured, and searchable documentation that everyone in the team can rely on.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Confluence is very useful, there are a few areas that can be frustrating in day-to-day work. Page loading can slow down when spaces become large or contain heavy content. Formatting can also feel inconsistent at times, especially when editing complex tables or nested content.
Search results are not always precise, and finding older pages sometimes takes extra effort. Managing permissions at scale can also be confusing, particularly when multiple teams and spaces are involved.
These issues don’t block usage, but improving performance, search accuracy, and editing consistency would make the overall experience better.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence solves the problem of scattered documentation and poor knowledge sharing across teams. Before using it, information was spread across emails, chats, and local files, which made it hard to find and keep updated.
By using Confluence as a central knowledge base, all test documentation, requirements, process guidelines, and project notes stay in one place and are accessible to everyone who needs them. This reduces confusion, saves time, and helps teams stay aligned.
For me, it means faster access to test plans and requirements, clearer communication with developers and product owners, and better traceability when working with Jira during sprints and releases. Overall, it improves collaboration and reduces rework.

A Reliable Tool for Team Documentation and Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The drag-and-drop editor is intuitive, and I like how quickly I can create and organize pages even if I’m not super technical. Real-time collaboration is smooth, and version control is a lifesaver when multiple people are editing the same document. The structure of Spaces and Pages helps keep things organized, and it’s easy to link related content together.
I also appreciate the variety of templates and how it integrates well with other Atlassian tools like Jira.

What do you dislike about the product?
If you don’t know exactly what you’re looking for, it can be hard to find older content, and things can get messy if your team isn’t disciplined about organizing pages. Some advanced features (like Gantt charts or Kanban boards) require extra add-ons, which can get expensive. Also, importing complex documents doesn’t always work perfectly sometimes macros or formatting break and need manual fixing.
The pricing can be confusing, especially as you add more users or integrations.
