What do you like best about the product?
Effective at capturing requirements and processes which, as a product, are converted to tasks and issues for software development
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s links with JIRA are good but scope for further work, not just software but the ‘soft’ business changes could be included

Software development - more streamlined and visible to manage backlog
A good platform to keep all your work information and knowledge in one place
What do you like best about the product?
I like the idea of having a static place to reflect all your company knowledge, such as good practices, tools, tutorials and information written in one single place and accesible to everyone at the organization. It is a great place to share all the company values and useful info, like having a internal wiki.
What do you dislike about the product?
UX at this platform is not quite the best. It would be better if this is arranged as folders and files instead of this interface like a web page with links and pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the company, we use Confluence as a single point to save all the knowledge of the company, like previous made research, tutorials for new integrations to the team and more. It is our wiki.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Confluence is a good tool. If you want to keep all the company useful info in a static place, better than having it in a shared file, you have it here and it is much better. Recommended to have it, and more if you also use Jira, because you can integrate both.
Great to share documents
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best is that you can organize and share documents and process inside your company in a really fast and collaborative way. You can use it with Jira which is a plus and it helps you to have everything more organized and unified.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike the most is the templates and the UX. It is not always easy to used at first. It is really difficult to navigate between files. In addition, you can not edit properly and freely as I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that Confluence has solved is the way we share our knowledge and process. It became more easier and dynamic to exchange information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend the platform to others because it has information that you always need to have organized and the way that it is share among others it has been really helpful. It is like having a wikipedia inside your company
Best Enterprise Level Wiki
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence is the best software that you can use at enterprise level which gives almost all the information about your organization. Creating documents is very easy in Confluence. It can allow you to upload almost every format of files like pngs to video files. Moreover, multiple users can edit the files at the same time which is very good feature to have. It also allows you to comment on specific document and also allows you to highlight something to the creator of the document.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much which I don't like about Confluence except it's user interface. It is very simple but not that much interactive. It could have been better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Confluence for creating, maintaining documents for my organization. It helped me and my colleagues to refer the documents whenever needed. Whether it will be project related documents or information about team members, I can access them from this single software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is the best enterprise level wiki available in the market. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to have organization level wiki.
Great tool to document and version information
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly way to format complex structured documents. Easy to navigate history of the documents, who edited what etc. Easy to collaborate with colleague on the same document as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
For simpler documents, it can get overwhelming.

I like everything in confluence it is a very amazing and easy to use program, through it I can share it with my friends, I can create notepad I can share it with my friends and they too, we can do work at the same time in the same document , it is easy to install and easy to use and I can use it on my phone or computer.

There is nothing negative like everything in confluence it is an amazing and easy to use program.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that it's an easy to use interface with Nora to store team documents and allow for easy editing and searching.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its UI is a bit boring and it isn't too flashy,but not really a bad thing. I enjoy the interface.

I have not had any issues. We use it for storing team documents and calendars.

Advanced formatting and integrations with other tools creates a repository for organized information.

Difficulty of use to start given the steep learning curve. Once familiar with the platform, it is much easier to use.

Able to share a plethora of knowledge, testing, and much more with many internal partners
Amazing documentation tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use tool with powerful addons and jira integration. Makes the life of any Product Manager, Engineer and overall organisation a lot easies. I easpecially love the Giffly integration for workflow and architecture visualisations and the fact that confluence references are automatically displayed in jira tickets.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is definitely useful to get to know the confluence possibilities via a tutorial/from a power user, especially of the macros, so it can be used it to its full potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mostly use Confluence for documentation and visualisation purposes paired with jira. Especially with Tech teams and large organisations it is great to have a wiki tool which is easy to use for everyone and has a powerful search to be able to find any past documentation.
