Great alternative to sharepoint
What do you like best about the product?
Step by step setup when using confluence cloud. User friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
cloud is very expensive when compared to the on prem server edition

team collaboration , easy to maintain documentation portal

if you can afford this product, it is much easier to setup and maintain than sharepoint

What do you like best about the product?
This tool has become very useful as it provides me with solutions for my business activities, has an efficient storage job and helps me make decisions, offers me great technical support and collaborative editing options. Atlassian Confluence serves to tag team members and has integrated tools such as drag and drop, this offers me information on the specific areas of which I require answers. Atlassian Confluence gives me a quick way to document all the knowledge information, it is a customizable tool that makes it even more interesting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Atlassian Confluence can sometimes be a bit limited for browsing exploration, I would also like to have more integrations of different software, I feel that in that way I could be a little more dynamic when performing various activities. However, they have made some improvements, such as synchronizing with some Enterprise Architect definitions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Atlassian Confluence helps us to admit budget and have a better financial follow-up, we can also do reporting functions with nice summaries, we can have a personalization of the company and it can also be customized for each department, we have access to important documentation and it is good for team collaboration, obtaining the approval of important articles. Atlassian Confluence has reports and graphs that are incorporated and that is quite useful for the development of detailed reports and follow-up work, it is highly manageable and organized.

Atlassian Confluence is a tool that can be used for various activities, you can develop reports in detail thanks to its graph and built-in reports. Atlassian Confluence offers you great confidence, you can handle it in the best way and keep track of the solutions and everything that is being used to maintain a good workflow. This also allows you to share with the client dynamically and know how to solve a specific problem.
Best document publishing platform
What do you like best about the product?
The vast no. of plugins available to create diagrams, code snippets, table of contents etc. Also the ability to include child pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times we lose the formatting for the headings and it gets converted to paragraph.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To create architecture and workflow documents.

at times, it is hard to create a new page. we can always add new documents with in a page, but they should make it easy and intuitive enough to add a new page.

What do you like best about the product?
Confluence provides great project management tracking tools and allows for easy creation of wikis and documentation. It has amazing collaboration tools which make working across offices easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the confluence keyboard shortcuts are required and can be difficult to learn for a new user. Also sometimes documentation on Confluence can feel unorganized. I also dont like that there is not a dedicated desktop application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence has allowed for project organization to be efficent and wikis and documentation to be collaborative and easy to understand. It also can make searching documentation for specific keywords or phrases easy and efficent compared with just putting this information in word documents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Confluence is a great piece of software and has very valuable collaborative features. I would highly reccomend Confluence to teams looking for a way to organize project documentation. All in all, the Atlassian product suite is very well done and feels polished.

The search engine. It’s really hard to find old pages unless they are tagged. Also can not creat sub directories similar to google drive

Managing document and harmonizing report templates.

It has many templates to start with. Make sure to use tags in documents otherwise it would be hard to find them years ahead.
Easy to use and find info!
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to organize information in Confluence. Posting information and then moving it around to the best place to keep things organized is very easy. It's easy to view what others are working on and learn more about their perspectives.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a ton of room to customize the format of pages and blogs. Limited ability to change font and colors and things. The tools that are provided are easy to use though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence has helped us collect a lot of information from many teams into one shared space. It's easier to catch up on ongoing projects through Confluence and read through obstacles and success teams are experiencing.
Great Documentation tool
What do you like best about the product?
From Knowledge base to project-related documentation tracking it is a great tool which provides easy usage during a project and making updates to knowledge base content is extremely easy. Drag and drop regions and asset managers make everything quick to update and easy to maintain.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see easier ways to connect to more systems and have more widgets available without needing to customize or install mods.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our shared drive was a mess. And versioning documentation between our technical managers and analysts caused a ton of headache. Putting everything on confluence allowed for better document management as well as working online and not worrying about being able to save our work into our network drives.

What do you like best about the product?
Confluence is the best collaboration tool where all team members can share ideas or knowledge and others can seek help from it. In Confluence , we can make document of any project , so that others can get detailed knowledge regarding project. We can also attach screenshots or any images , which is also very helpful , if visual data is required. We can store all details regarding project such as team members list, clients list ,resources required ,etc and so everyone in team members gets project detail by sharing this confluence document.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes confluence goes down due to server issues or heavy traffic.So during urgency, it creates problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Firstly using confluence , we don't have to search mails or elsewhere for any project details , we can get project details from confluence directly . For any queries related issues , it can be solved by discussion on the project page on confluence. Feedback functionality is also there , so feedback can be provided to any topic shared or file uploaded.
