Improves team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence allows us to optimize teamwork, it is a sophisticated tool that allows us to combine the relevant information in a single space. This helps us reduce interactions by email.
It is an organized system, offers templates to prepare schedules and reports. It facilitates task management, streamlines the creation and development of projects.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far, Confluence has given us satisfactory results. I have no complaints about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increase communication between teams, facilitate remote work and organize the information we need in one place. It's great to discuss and create new projects.

It works for small or large teams.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to share documents and be informed of any updates that have happened across the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit difficult to learn regarding how to navigate the site to find what you are looking for. The lack of a tutorial or at least guidelines for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This informs us of when documents are updated instead of when it has been last opened like sharepoint. It also allows us to see the changes made via versioning.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s a good platform for organizing thoughts among the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could be a little bit more engaging for the users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don’t run into problems while using Conflience. In fact, we use Confluence every day at the office whether it’s for referring to certain content or creating new content that can be easily accessible by others in the company.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Confluence integrates with Jira easily and provides a great way to share knowledge and documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Jira/Confluence can be slow and glitchy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Confluence to log knowledge that I gain as part of my job, and to read up on documentation on new topics as necessary. I actually enjoy the Confluence search function and think it does a great job at identifying the relevant topics to me -- really relieves having to remember where every little piece of info lies!
It is an easy-to-use app
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of the software. The panel is flexible for the user and is also easy to configure. It is fantastic to create documents faster, since it provides templates that facilitate this task. It also allows sharing feedback on documents, making deadlines, update status, organize and filter files seamlessly.
On the other hand, it allows you to connect cloud system which facilitates the transfer of files with team members.

I have no complaints, but I would like Confluence to have more templates

Since we use Confluence, teamwork has improved. Communication between our departments is more fluid. The rapid exchange of documents and feedback facilitate project management.

Customizable but Time Consuming
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence is great for customization. You can share documents and collaborate effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up pages seems painstakingly slow. There should be more templates to speed-line the process. Sharepoint and other services are quicker to setup.

Collaboration and knowledge sharing. integration with JIRA is great.

Great Collaboration Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence has really easy to use even if you are new to this tool. You can create different kind of pages with different templates. Also templates can be customized too which is really good features to have. You can share all the information from project documentation to new in technology to information about team members to through out the organization. The best thing is that it keeps history about page edits so that you can go back and refer on who made what changes at what time. This is really helpful when you are working on large organization. You can integrate other tools like Jira to keep track of the tasks that your team members are working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it allows to edit the page, sometimes if multiple users are trying to edit the same page at the same time then it doesn't work as expected. Apart from that, it is really difficult to find the correct space and page as its difficult to search through the confluence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using it for sharing the knowledge about my project and some newly introduces technology to my organization. Apart from that, I have integrated Jira to get the overall idea about the project's progress.

It is recommended to everyone who wants to keep and share the information about organization, projects and team members to everyone in the organization. It is the best collaborative tool available in the market.

Confluence is the best tool for maintaining the project work. The best things about confluence are :
- Confluence provides the facility of creating the workspace which is private and which is viewable by all.
- In confluence the access is according to user group.
- Confluence has simple UI which is easy to use.
- In Confluence one can create the page easily and can store his work easily.
- Confluence integration with the Jira is very helpful.
- One can create the page for the basic knowledge for the JIra and can link it with the JIra for reference.
- In confluence one can easily comment or like the page.

- The hierarchy structure can be well maintained in the confluence.

Confluence can be used by the company for the better project and resource planning. The company can easily shift to agile method using the confluence and the Jira. The company can do better estimate of human effort using the confluence.
