What do you like best about the product?
This tool is going great. Indeed a quick way to find each document from my dozens of documents that I found so much tough before this application. Indeed an easy way to upload files from external sources that makes my working more easily. No doubt it is an easy to use and friendly product that can be handled easily without any advanced training which is a key point for me because I don’t know that much about technology. Last but not least I like its integration with other useful products that consumes my more time.
What do you dislike about the product?
In this particular application I don’t think of any major drawback because it’s immense useful. The only bad thing is that there are bundles of documents and notes it becomes difficult to track out each one immediately, it takes some time to find them. So, that’s all from my side nothing more than these troubles me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence is a name of trust for me because with this amazing software I can easily share each and every document from anywhere in the world. This application helps me in creating different types of documents by using its templates that works so well. Also this application is very much secure and provides an immense security to each one of my document. The drag and drop out interface of this product allows me to share a number of files on the daily basis.

Indeed amazing software which is suitable for any kind of organization because its splendid features are quite useful. Also I like the way it enhances my work productivity by saving my time on other useless applications. So, for me it’s a best choice for all my friends and loved ones.

What do you like best about the product?
Confluence has good amount of features which is helpful to any organization. Highlight of confluence is that you can integrate it with other Atlassian products like Jenkins and Bitbucket to make it more effective. Creating document to updating it very easy. You can even add comments and give permission to specific users to read/write the documents. The very helpful feature which I like the most is that it provides history of changes and also provides who made those changes and what lines have been changed. This level of information it provides which is very good feature to have.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI is not good. It is very difficult to look for any specific page. Searching could have been better. These are the main drawbacks I would say which I don't like about Confluence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using it as a wikipedia for my organization which gives almost all the information about my organization, about my team members and about the project. It helped me a lot in getting all the information from a single place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to have organization level documentation then Confluence is the best software you can have. It provides lot of features which will help any organization.

I like that Confluence is basically my company's dictionary. Any questions I have about definitions or protocol or processes are laid out very simply on Confluence and it is organized very well, with any subject easy to find in a second.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I have found I do not like about Confluence at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Confluence to answer all my questions around process, protocol, and definitions which is helpful to have written down as the source of truth.

Great for streamlining team resources and notify everyone when updates have been made. It helps aid in faster team communication and transparency.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform itself is unintuitive and unimaginative. I don't think its a good user experience overall and I think it could use an update or two.

Needs more concise search options and should have better ways to categorize information.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Confluence for internal team collaboration. It's very effective and efficient. Features such as Blog, is a great way to share some new technologies and trends. We use Confluence to create Pivotal Cloud Foundry site to help teams migrate applications.

None. I recommend to use Confluence for internal communications and collaboration.

Use Confluence for internal communications and collaboration. Team members can make comments on published papers and blogs.

Superb and effective tool for organizing work in lesser time
What do you like best about the product?
Getting the best features in one certain application is quite amazing for me. With this amazing application I am able to use to it on my desktop, iPhone and also on Android as well because it has all the features for them as well. I can easily create anything with it by the help of its rich content editor which has all the features to format and as well edit my documents. Apart from this integration capability of it is outclass and always supports me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Atlassian Confluence allows me to collect all the scattered data from different applications within one specific folder by just clicking few buttons. Hence, this particular product provides an opportunity to work in the form of team with full integration. Thus, I don’t think of any objection into this certain product and also it has been a wonderful experience to work on it by each passing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Atlassian Confluence has made my life so organized that I can’t live without it now. With this application I am able to create my type of workspace through its amazing features as well. For me this product is such a blessing in order to create anything from meeting notes and product requirements to make great outcomes. This product comes with a lot of templates that helps me to create amazing pages as well.

Everybody should check out this application in order to make an organized team with a property to handle all the issues in a more manageable way. So, for me it’s incredible and also worthy enough to buy it. It’s a definitely suggested product for team works and also to collaborate among the colleagues as well.
Confluence - Collaboration and Reporting made easy
What do you like best about the product?
Its like a web page which does not requires the skills of web development or any programming language to create. It can be integrated with almost every other data analytics/sharing platform. I am using it with Tableau Server by uploading dashboards on Confluence Pages for reporting purposes. And I am also using it as a collaboration tool for my own division.
Another huge advantage is in-built permission controls which can be managed very easily.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can think of is probably pricing. Also, the server speed needs to be really good if you are integrating confluence with other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it as a collaboration and reporting platform across different department and divisions of our company around the globe. I can manage the permissions myself as well.

All the information stay in one environment and everyone has an easy access. So you will not go crazy to found tickets, mails, calls, messages, ...

You can watch a page and every time there is an update (like someone has changed something or has created a new sub page) you will get a real time notification. Moreover Confluence is easy to use and intiuitive so you will need no training or certification to start to use it.

Like everything Confluence has pro but cons too.
Browser editor to write messages is not the best one.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most important thing you will solve with Confluence, it will be the comunication between people and teams. My strong advice is to use Confluence with Jira to document a tasks and issues.
Best tool to maintain enterprise Wiki
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence is so user friendly and easy to use tool to maintain your documentation repository. Wide range of macros that confluence provide are very helpful to maintain your documents effectively.

Confluence should provide document versioning options and allow the user to download a specific version on the document on to the local machine for editing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are maintaining all the document repository in Confluence. it very easy to maintain the user access at different hierarchical levels and provide document modification access to specific users.
