What do you like best about the product?
Confluence is a great tool to manage requirements and provide linkage to Jira
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not much of free tutorial//material online to learn more in depth about confleucne
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides the ability to manage requirements for client and also for internal software development process

I would recommend anyone to use Confluence to manage requirments

What do you like best about the product?
It's great for creating company manuals or documenting company procedures. I like the part where I can save any edits and it doesn't automatically publish it. It allows me to restrict what other people can and cannot edit.
What do you dislike about the product?
It wasn't always very user friendly. The mobile functions sometimes don't work. The interface looks boring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to compile information/documents into one centralized pace place. Making it like a company Wiki pages. Other team use it to create and collaborate project documents.
Best for a common platform of files
What do you like best about the product?
Any requirements we have , we can easily look up at confluence, the structuring is also quite easy to do and find files
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes doesn’t load correctly , search bar is sometimes not efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business requirements of any platforms are stored in confluence without which no software can be implemented at my work

Can be a bit difficult to get used to, but once you do it’s easy to use!

We need one source of truth and confluence gives us that. We are able to input all data and reference that.

Excellent Knowledge sharing tool.
What do you like best about the product?
We are using Confluence for our support team to share our knowledge base within Team members. You can keep records by creating your own topics. Even you could upload screen shot images where it required. It is strong tool to keep updated your knowledge base within your team. Even you can export the page in pdf to keep offline records.
What do you dislike about the product?
It throw every time mail even on an edit on page as well that keeps my mailbox full of confluence mail. Apart from that it is all right about me.

We use to share our knowledge base within support team on different types of issues with our clients.

The ease of using and collaboration on documentation. Integration with atlassian suite

Facing some issues with slowness and performance.

What do you like best about the product?
Confluence allows users to update users about any changes occurring throughout the warehouse. Leaves room for any user to go through and find helpful information as far as troubleshooting goes and even user guides.
What do you dislike about the product?
Confluence is kinda difficult to navigate through if you are not shown how to properly navigate. Would like to see more organization occur as far as how to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to continuously update each other on any software changes that may be coming or already introduced into the warehouse. Almost acts as a user guide itself.

Updates, not updated very often. There are ALOT of add-ons/plugins that are costly and not included in the main package (i.e calendar)

Great for team development documentation & product documentation or any type of documentation your organization may need

It's a great tool to collaborate on projects across different areas and external collaborators, is nice to have all schedules, deadlines, and tasks in just one place.
