Intuitive and Fun With Frustrating Bugs
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence is a very straight forward documentation designer, user guide and project info organizer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Text input is plagued with frustrating formatting anomalies such as text randomly matching the formatting of a column above or below it. Pasting anything into Confluence typically requires reformatting the entire document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Confluence for internal and external documentation.

Dive in and learn as much as you can.

What do you like best about the product?
I work in an IT department, I am currently an infrastructure administrator, we use confluence to store our internal documentation. It is very easy to learn how to use confluence, it's very intuitive, you can have different users with different access levels, it's easy to manage and it's performance is great, it never lags.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a fan of the look and feel of confluence, I guess I don't like the color scheme that much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use confluence to store documents. We are it department, we are using this tool to keep organized our documentation like manuals, internal politics, knowledge base, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You must have a server capable enoughfor this tool, size it according to the manufacturer recommendations.

What do you like best about the product?
This is very open and collaborative where we could save and share our project work with the people around in our business environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes this application takes too long time to respond and this will make our less effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can share documents between large network of people. It's easy during business as any member could access the relevant project they are assigned to and can edit , review and read within any time.This lead to make our communication more easier.

Use this product to enhance your team collaboration inside your business and make your business easier and comfortable.
More flexible tool
What do you like best about the product?
More flexible tool to customize. Easy to maintain and deploy tool. Very user-friendly. Pages can be easily categorized into different spaces.
What do you dislike about the product?
Formatting features. Cost of the product. Plugin support is limited.

More customer interactions are possible now.

What do you like best about the product?
Our company uses confluence as a tool to manage information between departments. It is the "encyclopedia:" for our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't experienced notable issues that I can recall at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Information on services and products that we use are updated to Confluence. It helps us to also know how other departments work as well. I visit the confluence site multiple times a day to either review processes or to ask questions. I can get feedback from others within my organization with suggestions or the answers to my questions within minutes.
Awesome system to keep documentation and information in one place

The ease of working together on one page and increase collaboration

The notification of viewers is slightly annoying when you have a space with a large amount of users.

keep information in one place, instead of in seperate documents in onedrive, google drive or similar

Helps to write jnternal release notes and keeps all of team documentation in one place like a mini Dropbox

It’s very slow and edits to texts and stories are hard to edit and make Changes because of the delay in loading the page

A big platform to save and share information.
What do you like best about the product?
This is a big platform where save and share information with people around your business environment.
I'm using daily at work and I think it's so useful to keep important information organizated.
The most thing that I like about it's the possibility to save all kind of information and make it public or private for some groups. Also, it goes vinculate with your business mail, so you'll receive notices for any change that happen in your groups.

The problem of the possibility of keep so many information is then it can be a little bit difficult to find all do you want.
Sometimes, there are information that you need but you don't know or don't think about find it there.

The benefits of using Confluence it's the awesome amount of quantity of files and information that you can store here.

I recommend because the security and the capacity to save so many information. Also, It's an important and knowed tool by business work, so they have an important community.
Simple collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
From creating pages to adding macros which link up to JIRA, Confluence is a simple space for others to view, edit and comment.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is slightly slow when publishing or editing certain sections in a page.

Confluence is heavily used as a collaboration tool, especially in distributed teams.
Easy tool for data repository and communications
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence supports a variety of media and is really great for joint collaboration projects. We build important trackers on confluence and it easy to comment, upload files, photos, tables, etc. I also like that you can tag coworkers on topics and discussions.
What do you dislike about the product?
That data structuring and notifications can be annoying. On the day I signed up, I got notifications for every page I joined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storing important trackers or tools that require or benefit from joint collaboration.
