Excellent communication tool
What do you like best about the product?
This product is flexible and used for many purposes and connect to many people and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like creating complex document features like tabs

What do you like best about the product?
Confluence tries to provide a lot of team collaboration features under one cohesive product, and it succeeds in giving the user an integrated experience throughout its product(s). Confluence is highly configurable to suit different needs and processes a team may have for managing their work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Confluence as a whole is very resource intensive and runs extremely slowly. This was the main reason our team abandoned it as our scrum tracking solution. The number of configuration options can cause the application to be confusing if you're wanting to tweak any of the defaults.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving multiple problems in our organization. The template system makes it easy for people to keep to a consistent format for some tasks, and creating new templates is pretty easy. It integrates well with our multifactor authentication system (Duo).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is the best to use, Reduces the need to email meeting notes and have multiple people save copies locally.

It is great for information sharing and collaboration across my organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be overwhelming due to the breadth of options available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Information is shared quickly and easily and is searchable. This is good for efficiency and knowledge spreading.
An excellent documentation service
What do you like best about the product?
mobile app is extremely useful for reading documentation whilst on the go -interactive features of Confluence serves as the best feature and function......Notification functionality is one of the strong feature present in the tool. Team will get notification through mail if some update the page.
What do you dislike about the product?
]Searching the document is bit difficult if someone forget the name of the document. ......

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Microsoft word's so if you have experience with using a Word document then it should be no problem using the different types of formating options and if you have no experience then you'll get the hang of it pretty soon as it's fairly easy to deduce what each button does. I love how it is able to save any edits you make to a page and it doesn't publish it until you are ready so you are able to make new pages and edit old ones at your own pace and once you are done you can click on "publish". It aloes you to restrict what other people can and cannot edit, it sends notifications to those who have a user in your account. I would recommend it.

Great File Repository!
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent file repository. Easy to sort through any and all files. Syncs incredibly well with Jira and other Jira tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there really isn't much to say here! I haven't had any issues with it at all!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This replaced Sharepoint for all of our file storage and documentation needs. It is majorly faster than Sharepoint, and much easier to sort through. And with Jira, you can easily link to and back with Confluence.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get the whole Atlassian Suite! It has majorly improved our work flows and processes and overall business needs with all of the tools included. Having everything in one place, with an included dashboard to see everything, really helps make work much more efficient, from the top, down to the lower level employees!
Great Documentation Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with jira is fantastic. It's awesome to be able to link features and bugs directly to designs and documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any aspect of Confluence that I have disliked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a centralized resource for all content and documentation has made it much easier to collaborate with product owners, QA, and across dev teams.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy-to-use and its learning curve is minimal. Connects teams so easy without interrupting the workflow. The integrations are useful and allows us to share files such as reports, presentations or marketing plans through cloud storage (Google Drive or Dropbox) quickly.
Another very useful feature of Confluence is the organization of documents, it allows you to easily find the document you need thanks to its effective search tool.

I like the Confluence system I have no complaints about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us good results. Help our team to be more proactive. We can take faster and more efficient actions because the team exchanges communications and documents freely. Confluence satisfies the demands of our organization.

The web editor is ok-ish, it allows you to write down what you have in your mind in some seconds

The web editor is ok-ish but i keep to prefer google docs.

We use it as a simple wiki for sharing knowledge and stuff

What do you like best about the product?
Confluence enables the company to share knowledge and best practices. In addition it is possible to upload files and comment on contents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on how it is structured it can be quite hard to find what you're searching for. The UI isn't very intuitive.

Knowledge sharing; reduction of necessity of asking coworkers for information

Make sure to define a good structure and that people publishing content in Confluence stick to that structure
