Easy to use, saves time
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, once it clicks you start spending an extra few min the first time a question gets asked and only need to send the link or tell the user to search.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some learning curve with how spaces are laid out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documentation has greatly improved. I tend to create how-tos and then send the link now.

What do you like best about the product?
Is a very powerful tool with which you can create a large amount of documents in a very practical way, it allows you to organize these files into sub-folders which allows access to them in a more accessible and practical way. Your search option is great because it gives you an exact search, which allows you to locate relevant documents in a quick way
What do you dislike about the product?
Its learning curve is a bit complex to manage but with a little work is managed in a very practical and useful way, I think a negative part of this tool is that when creating a document at the time of saving it can change of place what would complete your search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
is a very dynamic and practical tool that allows you to create various files and thus keep an adequate follow-up of the documents already created and be able to access them from any device
A great place to store and create reference pages
What do you like best about the product?
The team feature allows you to create better encapsulated pages of information. The search feature allows a quick and comprehensive look when you have a lot of pages to go through.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability for searching with "" quotation marks doesn't aid in some searches and the code (meat) of the program is somewhat a steep learning curve.

Knowledge Base and File-Sharing
What do you like best about the product?
Centralized knowledge base, easily searchable, and seamless integration with Jira makes Confluence our go-to tool for keeping track of documents, projects, and files. The wiki tools give it a nice look and there's so much useful information in the dashboard. I like how the labels in Jira and Confluence are linked to show related pages/issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't upgraded in a while; I'm sure there are more features I'm missing out on, but it serves our current needs, so I have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documentation. Keeping documentation in Confluence has proven to be a great benefit for our team. We use it to track projects as well as update and share requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Confluence because it allows me to share all the documentation between departments, letting each of the functions used by each area of the company be customized. For example, allowing access to a read-only document until permission to edit it is granted.
It also allows me to store all documentation quickly and safely. I really like the way the interface is designed, leaving it to be able to edit the different functions in order to issue a complete and detailed report in order to be able to make a quick analysis of the things that are happening in the company and to be able to make the right decisions about what needs to be done.

What do you dislike about the product?
Something I did not like was the slowness of the process and storage of data in the cloud. However, this was reported to the technical support team and they are looking for the solution to this problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using this system has undoubtedly been very beneficial since it gives us all the relevant information of the company separated by departments. It has also allowed us to increase productivity by letting us link each of the tasks we are working on in order to see the performance of each work area.
Something very important is that Confluence has given us the ability to manage each of the resources we have available efficiently.

This system has become the heart of the company and can surely become yours, because it will let you see all the movements that your company makes and the work done by each member of your team.
Great knowledge based app for keeping up to date within the company
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very useful app, for a company with many teams. It offers a very easy team collaboration and progress tracking. It has easy to customize team spaces.
What do you dislike about the product?
Page and Space creation editor needs more visual tools and options.

We use it mainly for its knowledge-based, and team collaboration option.

I love that it is easy to manage and that you have so many functions which are very practical and useful, you can create a great variety of documents without any limits and share those documents with other work teams which facilitates the handling and exchange of information among others work teams. In addition, it has an excellent functional in its search that allows you to locate relevant documents in a fast way
What do you dislike about the product?
at the time of creating new documents the tool can change the location of the same and this can be a bit tedious when looking for it later, but it is something that is solved in a few minutes

it is a very practical tool to carry out the collaboration between different work teams which helps to improve interpersonal relationships with members of other work teams to improve the development of new documents and archives
Confluence is useful for all kinds of documentation that are used in project.

Document collaboration with team member is very good. Team member can review the document and they can also provide either in-line comments or globally.

Searching is a challenge in Confluence. Too many status updates which sometimes irritating.

limited options to format text, tables, colors, etc.It is not easy to start creating a document and also it takes time to get used to every feature

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Confuence offers such a wide variety of page types and widget types. We utilize many different widgets, from calendars to tables to code snippets. This variety allows our organization to use Confluence across every department and to solve a wide variety of problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't care for Confluence's logout timeframe. It seems like I have to log back into the product every 10 minutes or so of inactivity. Because this service is a secondary or tertiary resource for many positions at our organization, this means logging back in nearly every time we move back into its tab in our browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Confluence to track department-wide calendars, gather and track known issue details across multiple client cases, and as a wiki for various teams and their information.

Confluence is a solid product, and has been consistently reliable for our organization. We utilize its flexibility, and that is its primary strength.
