What do you like best about the product?
the title itself describes about confluence performance.it is the excellent software which is finely coordinated with the software jira.conferencing gets peculiar.safety part of the information is good and all the documents are keep updated.well this easily get installed in mobile app and easy to retrieve the data.by this tool one can gather all the information and put in one area.so the watch of the data is easier and easy to handle.all the documentation of data updated by this tool easily.this tool is user friendly.it is good to say that it is a very straight forward tool that makes the team members to work in real time.well confluence is the tool which combines all (cloud service,meeting space,social platform ,knowledge) .this all speeds up and so collaboration of team members can be done easily and more easily.as one get using this tool it will be fond of it as it is easy to use and to configure.this software provides non techinal employees ability to create formatted external and internal facing sites.overall this software is awesome and decent for capturing the data and share among the team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
well honestly , there is no point that i consider for dislike of this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
this is the excellent software with easy collaboration of team members on topics like documentation whether on new topic or previous one. it makes data easy to gather and convenient.this software also provides a feature of notification through e-mail to aware the users time to time .well this tool keeps the routine of the organisation simple and productive nature.

well i highly recommend for this tool as this helps a lot in keep updation of documents time to time.this tool makes the effort easier and efficient , production gets increased.if one have started this tool in routine then u will surely guides about this software to other peoples and partners.if your organisation is using jira then one should use confluence.
Great tool for team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
This tool is great for people working in tech and marketing. Great way to create SOP's and living documents for team-wide communication. Great interface, 100% reliable!
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile component is not great! I wish the mobile application for iOS was cleaner!

Team communication and documenting information across different departments

What do you like best about the product?
That I have access to all teams and departments projects and information.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to use and format. Graphs and charts are not the easiest to create, which we could use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating on projects is difficult always but this helps us track and see where others stand.

sometime some templates not works and it takes time to get support.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We give the info about our app on confluence its easy to change the info there like wiki for app
This is clunky, non-visually appealing and difficult to share permissions
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to share with others, ability to publish. It's a standard format, most of the editing features are pretty understandable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Weird formatting, hard to authorize permissions, seems to be a dated interface, not easy to copy and paste from other standard applications (microsoft, etc.) We often have to export (which looks weird) and then attach the PDF's to emails because so many users do not have permissions. No good nesting, so pages published for things like meeting notes create really long lists of pages on the lefhand side.

We use it as project updates, as a "wiki" format, a place to put documents.

It does what we need it to do, but we have to do a lot of workarounds

I like the ease to customize pages and tabs in confluence. Creating your own space and navigating to recently used and recently worked pages. Ability to keep a page locked or accessible to all.Using multiexcerpt included to use content across pages is amazing

I dislike that you cannot jump to specific sections on a page and have to scroll down or up to navigate

Creating information repository to be shared between stakeholders. It can feed information to multiple pages without having to modify each one individually

Easy mobile access, ability to quickly add/edit documents and agendas; ability to create resource pages for various projects
What do you dislike about the product?
Not the greatest user interface. Certain functions (eg hyperlinks) don't always work smoothly; inability to preview Word docs without downloading them

Team collaboration, quick communication of policy/workflow changes to the teams
