Documentation and knowledge transfer has never been easier
What do you like best about the product?
The best took for an internal wiki any company could ask for. Documentation falls behind when the system in place isnt user friendly, and confluence is the solution to that. Makes tracking lessons learned quick and effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Text formatting has quirks and bugs when compared with MS Word.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documenting plans, processes and lessons learned. An enormous amount of time is saved with confluence as a central repository for these things.

Good knowledge sharing application
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence is easy to navigate and use. Creating documentation is simple as is updating it - the fact that Confluence also keeps track of the changes helps matters.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can become a bit clunky at times and the search functionality can be a little tricky to filter large results list with.

Knowledge sharing, documentation and product/code design.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used JIRA plugins with confluence and it worked well. It helps the team to document the data with statistics at one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, i don't have anything that i disliked about confluence.

Complete documentation of the project with valid charts and flow diagrams can be saved in systematic way. This helps the cross functional teams to understand the project in a better way.
Easy to manage requirement

Anyone can update and track the requirement, can easily check the assigned task and no need to have a proper knowledge of starting a page

Difficult to search on any particular item

Great team collaboration and the assigned work- actin item can be tracked easily. Great for teams working in agile implementtaion , having Scrum teams

What do you like best about the product?
The ease at which everything is created in Confluence. The material and widgets are first class and works like magic. The best part are the integrations with rest of the Atlassian eco system
What do you dislike about the product?
The feature releases can be a while before they are available for GA use. The UI also changes too frequently for worse. One can miss out on lot of cool features just because of poor navigation experience.
