What do you like best about the product?
I really like this application. It is the best of its kind. + This application has a lot of it. It does not crash.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are almost no drawbacks in this application. Sometimes it slows down, but this is temporary and I think that the developers of this wonderful application will quickly fix it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In this application, I conduct interviews, I look at a summary of different people and much more.

Confluence is very helpful tool to collaborate the work and share knowledge among team.
What do you like best about the product?
The confluence is user friendly. One can easily search the page which he is looking in confluence. In confluence one can easily share the knowledge by creating the page on it. One can do the planning of the work in confluence. The team members can collaborate there work in the confluence. Using confluence, one can give specific task to user. Also we can write meeting notes on confluence, project requirements. Also all the users are notified when some changes are made. The changes which are being made is also highlighted so that one can get clear idea of change. In confluence, we can track each and every version and can switch to any of page. Files are also automatically versioned. Confluence has organized workspace. One can create space for team, project or department to share information and to keep the work organized. One can do announcements on confluence. Confluence restricts content at the three level: Global, Space and per page.The confluence can integrate with JIRA which I like the most. The task in JIRA can be linked with the confluence page. So, the integration with JIRA, organized workspace, collaborate from anywhere, page versioning granual permission control are feature which I like the most in conflunece.
What do you dislike about the product?
In confluence when some issue arise, it is difficult to understand what's wrong. The document editing in confluence is not so good. One cannot copy only one column from the table. Updates are much behind the times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the help of confluence, I am solving the problem of uniformity.The template is being made in confluence and if someone want to share something they have to follow the template, due to this the uniformity problem is being resolved. With confluence, I am managing my work. I am tracking my work with the confluence. I can easily share my findings and knowledge with my team. I can easily integrate my work with JIRA. The version control of confluence is very helpful. The interface is user friendly. Also the macros, provided by confluence is very useful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Confluence is very helpful to small scale industry as well as big company. The company can easily organize their business with the confluence. The individual can also use confluence to track his work and also maintain the findings which he has done.

What do you like best about the product?
The best took for an internal wiki any company could ask for. Documentation falls behind when the system in place isnt user friendly, and confluence is the solution to that. Makes tracking lessons learned quick and effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Text formatting has quirks and bugs when compared with MS Word.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documenting plans, processes and lessons learned. An enormous amount of time is saved with confluence as a central repository for these things.

Good knowledge sharing application
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence is easy to navigate and use. Creating documentation is simple as is updating it - the fact that Confluence also keeps track of the changes helps matters.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can become a bit clunky at times and the search functionality can be a little tricky to filter large results list with.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used JIRA plugins with confluence and it worked well. It helps the team to document the data with statistics at one place.

To be honest, i don't have anything that i disliked about confluence.

Complete documentation of the project with valid charts and flow diagrams can be saved in systematic way. This helps the cross functional teams to understand the project in a better way.
Easy to manage requirement

Anyone can update and track the requirement, can easily check the assigned task and no need to have a proper knowledge of starting a page

Difficult to search on any particular item
