Too complicated

The whole team is able to use this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can link it to JIRA and vise versa and add pages easily and how you can export easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you can't export the entire book or ALL pages you created - you can only export 1 page at a time.

It's a great collaboration tool - Our entire team can add/edit/remove pages.

Ideas and projects are broken down into individual chunks.

Sometimes feature set can be a bit complex. Integrations with many other technologies.

Team collaboration. Our teams each have their pages and projects are listed under here. Once set up very helpful.

Very easy to use and efficient . Great customer support and trouble shooting

Long wait time for customer support . Hard to wait on

Not a lot really. Definitely not my favorite collaborative platform by far.

Interface at the time I used it wasn't clean, visibly appealing or user friendly.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I only used this for a year so I don't feel that I can feasibly recommend much other than carefully consider all options and review how quickly each option updates their platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
What I enjoy most about using confluence is how easy it is to pick up and start using it's many features to collaborate on projects and important company information. The customization that can be done in confluence is pretty neat as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about confluence is the fact that you have to pay extra for what you think is a simple feature. What I mean about this is that there are third party applications that you might want but will cost you. Some of these applications I do see the worth but others I feel that Atlassian should implement that into their current build.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some business problems that are being solved with Confluence are project communications, tasks and responsibilities and time management.

I like that I can easily search for past issues, create new issues and collaborate on almost anything

I'm not sure I'm aware of all of the features in Confluence

Our company is an active user. We are able to easily share implementation steps and best practices with our entire team. A must have.

In ability to link One Note for a seamless integration.

With confluence I love how it gathers everything in one area, it makes it very easy when I am working to gather all tools so I can have access to everything in one place. It makes communication easier for all of my team members and I to come through and collaborate on projects, difficult cases, support cases, and even sometimes training, It can put everyone on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Logging into Confluence if you have any type of security is somewhat difficult and doesn't always take the first time around. Sometimes after you log in it takes a bit long or it may not even log in at all and you have to completely exit out of the program and try to get back in. This makes it somewhat difficult when trying to log in for a case or what you're doing in time sensitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a huge time saver for me. I have to access a lot of information in a lot of different areas all very quickly and this allows me to have everything in one place putting it always within easy reach. It makes communication easier for all of my team members and I to come through and collaborate on projects, difficult cases, support cases, and even sometimes training, It can put everyone on the same page.

Better your log in processes other than that I love your product!

What do you like best about the product?
Confluence allows you to work online with different teams in the company. A very useful application for working with teams. It is very visual, allows the use of images, videos, and facilitates collaboration with projects that involve visual aspects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Confluence has no drawbacks so far for our company team and for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence generates a division of labor and a simple division of roles. It allows you to use images, videos, texts, which are modified and those changes are communicated to the rest of the members and also allows you to stay updated on the project's news.
