Very useful collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
I use it to create all project documents Jira for defect tracking, Sprint Agile and hip chat for team room
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to learn for a new comer. Resetting password is issue some times, the mobile app for HipChat does not work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s great collaboration tool. Keeps all documentation at one place, can be used as a single platform across different projects and teams.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great collaborative tool. Start Jira for Free and then download the paid version but it's wonderful product for agile/scrum projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Confluence is an excellent repository for your organization to house it’s knowledge library.
What do you dislike about the product?
Confluence is very simple in application and could benefit some new features and enhancements. Also, improved ability to integrate with other business apps/tools. Also, quite pricey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides my organization with the ability to have a centralized place for employees to browse content.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider confluence for info sharing within your.org. Very easy to use.

haven't found yet. Hard to say but more advanced textbedicand grammar checker would be great idea

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to personalize content and upload files for sharing. It is easy to navigate the site and share information in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything so far that I dislike. I find the site great for large companies to share resources and communicate across offices and/or regions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to share resources and use resources others have shared. It has made us more efficient and also more consistent in the materials we are using with people outside of the organization.

It's a great will, easy to use for knowledge share. It can get cluttered however.

It can get cluttered very quickly. Hard to organize.

I dislike the organization of the software. I find it hard to sort through tons of comments to find the information I'm looking for.

We have realized the benefit of having all SOPs guidance material on one platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Confluence is a very interactive site, where items can be tracked easily. User friendly site that provides a high overview of items and its status.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not direct connection to JIRA, notification on every update (Labels) - it can be too many notifications for just one item

Time Tracking, escalation of items to the right groups, control management, accountability
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Expect a lot of emails, highly recommend to create a new folder just to keep track of these notifications

It has the capability to house a lot of valid information, which is critical to a variety of different departments.

It is an extremely hard software to navigate. In terms of finding information that you need, you can spend a lot time searching for what it is you're looking for.

We are using the software in order to house a variety of information relevant to clients, customers, internal teams, and data.

What do you like best about the product?
As soon as you enter Confluence, you realize that they have dedicated themselves to explaining enough for you to understand everything perfectly.
Confluence is a software that allows you to work online with different teams of your company. I am the head of Software and it is very useful to have tools like this, since you can work in groups in the same project.
On the other hand, it is very visual, it allows the implementation of images, videos, which makes it easier to collaborate with projects that involve more visual aspects.

What do you dislike about the product?
Confluence does not have anything to consider really negative, I think it is an application with a simple and careful interface. The only thing that could perhaps improve would be to add more styles within the program, but otherwise, I have no complaints about this program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teamwork tools such as Confluence generate a better division of labor and a simple division of roles.
Within very large projects there will always be different teams that have to do different activities, therefore, confluence, allows images, videos, texts, that are modified, that those changes are communicated to the rest of the members and also allows you to be aware of any novelty introduced in the project.
Any team will work better and will improve their productivity by having a teamwork tool like this one.

If you want your team and your project to be more competitive and go everything much more quickly, clearly and concisely, you should think about having a program like this.

Easy to store process and procedures both in dedicated spaces and uploaded documents. Is much more efficient then trying to keep a manual updated from multiple people.

Formatting pages cleanly can be tricky. Best way to work with formatting is to create common templates and utilize that format for all documentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reference documents for the call center regarding internal processes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the tutorials to learn how to better use the templates for the various page layouts. Implement Confluence company wide to insure maximum usage.
