Documentation can be fun
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to link articles together, smart tagging within the document, and the ability to collaborate with peers creates the best solution for product management using Confluence.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to dictate what I don't like because most of the my needs are covered by the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of articulating thoughts and ideas to developers and engineers using mock-ups, documentation and notes.
Great for Team Collaboration!
What do you like best about the product?
I loved that Confluence was a web based platform that couldn't be crashed or deleted like OneNote. The ability to have so many different subpages made it easy to store all of our team notes in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only challenge was the lack of easily being able to add excel sheets into the pages - it was a little clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were having issues of OneNote crashing/not saving/having to be owned by one person and shared. It was a much better option for us for the whole team to use.
Confluence for team projects
What do you like best about the product?
I've recently been exploring new options for managing team projects and sharing roles and tasks within a small team working on a startup company. The Confluence website provides a great way to organise tasks by creating dedicated pages which all of the team can contribute ideas too, also allows for tasks to be allocated and everyone on the team is updated of new changes made. Though I've been using the software for a short period of time, I would highly recommend for those working on team projects or product development projects as makes workflow much easier than sending emails with updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Improvements can be made on providing more templates for example beyond product development as would be very useful for business modelling and structuring. Workflow for the software could be improved to further enhance the experience, but it much better than some of the other project management software i've used for team projects, these improvements would make the software perfect for Small businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wanted to develop a more intuitive workspace for my team members to work in and realized this software is very similiar to Trello which i have used in the past so have decided to test on a small scale project management

Very intuitive software, test with smaller team projects first

Its a good software for communication between teams and also for group conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It crowds up my mail box. I would be good if there are not so many mails.

We use it for open discussions and as a conversation platform inside the organization.

Best ever tool use for an large agile team starting from business, architecture, QA and project management

It's how we keep track of all of our information so that everyone can access it around the US. Very handy to learn stuff you didn't along with being a support tool when needed.

The platform is open source style allowing a lot of customization for each team's needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may be a bit too flexible without clear tutorial of all the features to allow users to know all the things they can do for formatting.

Great way to bring others into the conversation. It seamlessly allows you to remark on content, add important information add important information, ask questions, and generally drive collaboration and teamwork. Very good tool to delegate, monitor and track changes to tasks assigned
